Jared Shay and Angela Nicolson were the best of friends when they were younger. Their parents were best friends and paired them up together the moment Angela was born. Even thought the two of them were polar opposites~ Jared is a handsome popular strapping young man while Angie is a frizzy haired crooked teeth visitor~ they are each other's best friend. There is only one problem and neither of them are willing to talk about it. One earth shattering disaster prevents Angie from coming back to visit that Shay family. That is until 9 years later when Angie is forced to go back. She realizes quickly that things may never be the same again. Jared is a completely different person.
