It has been nearly a decade since the presence of the villain that ruled Japan's Underworld was last felt. The villain All for One just suddenly vanished one night, not to be heard of again by heroes, villains, and criminals alike.

That is until Toshinori Yagi, All Might himself and All for One's arch nemesis, happened to meet the villain out in the open, and with a nine-year old child in his arms no less.

Just what the hell is going on?
