"I know what my favorite words are now" I looked up smiling as Sirius laughed at me, but a clap caused me to jump, Sirius turned and we both looked at the man who sat on the bed behind Sirius.

"How...Heartwarming" my eyes widened as fear spread through me but I glared stepping in front of Sirius who tried to pull me back but I stood my ground, I crossed my arms.

"So you decided my head just wasn't enough?" I glared at Tom as he stood.

"Well not exactly" he appeared in front of his hand shot out but it went right through me. I stepped back.

"More along the lines of I came to talk. But then I noticed the scene unfolding in front of me and I couldn't help but watch, so sweet I almost shed a tear" he clapped but then stopped halfway through the second one "a clap and a half to the next role model couple at Hogwarts.

"The hell do you want" Sirius built up the courage to ask.

"I would watch what you say boy, your father isn't that far from killing you himself, I would hate to do it for him"

"Liar" he scowled a bit.

"I just came to say you won't see me for a while I got planning to do but watch out because I will show up again...and you'll regret EVER resisting me." I rolled my eyes.

"Are you done? I kind of have a surprise birthday party to attend"

"What when did you find out about that?" Sirius asked oblivious to the fact that if I wanted to I could read his mind.

"Not now, I turn back to Tom only to see a small box signed happy birthday I kicked it away but a noise coming from it made me stop, the top of the box full of and out slithered a tiny snake, Immediately I rushed over.

"Oh my gosh I'm so sorry you poor thing" I went to touch it but Sirius grabbed me.

"It's from him or have you forgot about it already" I frowned wanting to help it Sirius stepped over and reached out slowly, his hand got closer and closer till he...just touched it, it didn't attack but wrapped itself up around his finger curling into his palm.

"The hell?" he looked down at it as I looked over his shoulder.

"My turn!" I let out a small squeal of excitement lifting the snake out of his hand and placing it in my own "mine!" I run over to my dresser and summon an old cage from my house it was used for a gerbil but I think it will work for a snake" I opened the lid and placed it inside.

"I play with you later but for now" I turned back to Sirius only to find him right behind me, he wrapped his arms around me but his face wasn't loving.

"Are you gonna quit wasting my time or are you gonna screw me already" I struggled against him.

"What the hell Sirius let me go"

"No way in hell babe, now that you confessed what's the point in just letting you escape.

"Sirius I don't know what happened but you need to snap out of it" I free one of my arms and push against him "SIRIUS I SAID ENOUGH"

"So you don't love me"

"Sirius I already told you-"

"I should have known, you took to long, you're with that Slytherin scum aren't you!" I shook my head.

"No, I'm n-"

"Well I won't let them take you from me" he leaned down as I continued to try to push him away "you will always be mine" he forced his lips against my own as I tried to pull back.

"Stop!" I managed to get out before he forced himself upon me again "Sirius!" I warned as I struggled the best I could.

"Why don't you love me" he scowled his voice was deep, too deep my eyes widened and I glared harshly.

"Because you're not my Sirius!" I pushed him back.

"God, why are females so frustrating. They always let the guy there dating screw them so why are you so different!?" the Sirius look alike pulled me in tighter with hidden strength.

"Because my Sirius would never do anything like this if I told him to stop! He loves me." suddenly the grip loosened.

"It was worth a try" Tom looked down at me and I felt like throwing up.

"You will regret your existence" I glared and he just rolled his eyes.

"Why do you always make such empty-" he just barely dodged the green light that came from my hand"what the hell"

"You recognize that spell don't you?" he stepped back.

"You just aimed to kill me!" I glared harder.

"And by the end of this, I will have succeeded" I stepped forward shooting three more of the same curse.

"You idiot! You're going against your own morals!" I shook my head.

"You have it all wrong" he stepped back again.

"You refused to kill!" I shook my head as his face grew shocked and twisted with terror.

"I refused to bring justice to those who I knew to be innocent"

"Sis why are you doing this"I froze my spells ceasing as three children stood in front of me. (don't fall for it)

"Jessie, Leo, Kaity...I'm sorry to do this to your memory"

"(y/n) what-" Jessie began but I shot the curse once more hitting them as they all fell to the floor.

"Why did you do it (y/n)"

"Big sis you broke your promise"

"It hurts big sis"

"Why us"

"Why couldn't you save us?"

"You lied to us"

"You lied"

"(Y/N)!" my vision changed and there I stood in front of Sirius as uncontrollable tears ran down my face.

"(Y/N) what happened one second you were putting the snake in the cage then the next it was gone and you were standing there bawling. Please tell me your ok, oh god I knew it was a trap, I'm so sorry I let them do this to you" I shook my head and stepped back.

"Prove it!" he looked confused.

"What?" I glared.

"Prove that you are my Sirius" I backed up even further.

"Okay!" he put his hands up "alright what do you want to know?"

"When did we first meet?" I know if it wasn't him then they would know about the past life but if it was he would only know about the ally.

"We met when I attempted to give you the rose" I took another step back "but you ran away and I had no clue why so I asked and you didn't give me a straight answer" I smiled a little, of course he wouldn't connect the dots of my past life to this one.

"How the hell does something always seems to ruin your birthday?" He frowned but I just stayed silent.

"But it didn't" I looked up smiling at him "because I don't have to reject you anymore, I get to be with you instead" It was silent for a minute and I couldn't see his face he just stepped forward hugging me and that's all I needed to hear "I'm so sorry I made you wait"

"No" I looked up at him his face stern "don't you ever apologize for your emotions, you were unsure, I'm happy you waited rather than throwing yourself at the opening, it means you're genuine..." he leaned down his forehead touching my own "that's all I ask for" he closed his eyes I smiled big as nothing but joy filled me and I nodded.

"Sirius?" he opened his eyes.

"Hm" I looked up.

"I want a pet snake"
