And now it's January 16th and I am soooo fucking tired.

"I don't want to get up" I groaned and rolled over in my bed.

"God, you're just as Lazy as Sirius." I groaned as Ember sat on my bed.

"Today it's your turn" I sighed and looked up.

"Wheres Sirius?" she shook her head.

"I'm already saving your ass by putting it off until today so just go through with it and quit leading the boy on, even I know you're head over heels for him." I frowned.

"But I saw his..." I covered my face.

"You were the one sitting there talking about seeing him shirtless." she glared lightly I wined.

"But that was so embarrassing and-" I looked up at her wide-eyed "he's almost scary hot!" I thought back to the moment and the position I was in and I felt like exploding with embarrassment. Ember just burst out laughing.

"If it makes you feel better I've seen Remus nude" I looked up and went to speak "no I was not screwing him, I accidentally walked in while he was changing" I glared.

"Lies" she shook her head.

"Nope" I sighed again tossing out my hand. She placed a bottle in my palm and I stood looking down at my clothes throwing on a bra button-up shirt and my skirt then heading out hiding the vial in my bra and walking down the hall, I didn't even bother with shoes I slightly opened a door that led out into the chilly winds of snow filled air but there were no windows near bye so it was perfect for the transformation, it was cold as shit though.

I worked quickly peeling off my top and skirt folding them and placing them behind a bush I looked down at the potion scowling a bit getting myself mentally prepared for the pain.

"It hurts but not that bad" I turned and you guessed it Sirius sat there but he had his back to me Don't worry I'm keeping watch just in case something goes wrong" I nodded and popped off the lid of the potion chugging it, the horrid liquid slithering its way through my body as a stinging sensation flowed through me. I felt my being changing as my bones broke and snapped back into place in a different position my heart felt like it beat a million times faster as my face slimed and elongated, it was agonizing but I had to withstand it, I didn't want to meet him again, not now that I knew what he was after. And just as fast as it came all the pain stopped at once and I took deep breaths.

"Holy shit that looked like it hurt" I glared at Sirius who stood above me as a growl escaped.

'Jerk!' I yelled but all that came out was a yap. I froze and Sirius laughed pulling out a mirror from his pocket he pointed it towards me and all I saw was a cute little fox...I'm a fox, I went to stand but fell back into the snow with a shiver.

"Here" Sirius reached his arms out and picked me up off the ground and placed me inside his jacket but left me enough space to wiggle around and breath I let out a whimper and he just shushed me, I heard him knock on a door.

"Did you bring her back?" having regained most of my strength I peaked out of his coat and saw Ember looking from behind my door I let out a squeak and she pulled Sirius in causing me to fall back into his coat.

"Alright" I heard the click of the lock on my door and Sirius opened his coat as I fell out onto my bed. I rolled over onto my feet and shook my head getting the new fur out of my eyes, I looked up to see both Sirius and Ember staring at me and I just stared back.

"You're so cute" I saw Ember blush a little and Sirius just nodded.

"To be honest, I expected a tiger or something" Sirius leaned closer and I nipped at him, but he didn't flinch.

"Even when you're trying to be threatening..it just turns adore-" the two were silenced when a knock on the door resounded. Sirius grabbed me and slid both of us under the bed, the knock resounded again this time louder. Ember scurried over to the door and opened it some.

"Ah, good morning" Ember spoke.

"Oh I wasn't expecting you to answer" I heard a deep voice speak "I wonder have you seen (y/n), she hasn't been to my class in a while so I was wondering if something happened that I wasn't informed of"

"That's odd I was actually here to see if I could find her I was off to check the infirmary next" Ember chirped.

"Right I'll join you then" she laughed a little and walked out the room as I heard the door lock I tried to scurry out but Sirius pulled me back I was about to struggle but

"Shit" he cursed to himself flipping over and shoving me behind him as he covered the view of him with the clothes I threw under my bed to hide from Lily and that's when I felt it, he knew the time limit and I was morphing back, though this time it was smooth and fast It didn't hurt he pulled me against him.

"I can't see anything so stay silent" even in the awkward situation I did not question it, he knew his father plenty more than I did so he knew something was gonna happen I just pull myself in tighter to make sure he couldn't see me, I was anxious enough and of course I had to be inexperienced enough that I couldn't transform with clothes, and that's when I heard it the clicking sound of my door being unlocked. So Ember was back, Sirius hugged me as tight as he could telling me that wasn't the case, the door opened and a familiar clack of boots resounded the one Ember just left with is back and I knew exactly who it was I heard a growl.

"Where the fuck did she go" I heard him slam open another door that I assumed to be my bathroom and slid open my closet door as well I heard the clacking of boots get closer and suddenly stop it was silent for a minute.

"Fuck!" he yelled before his boot clacks got further away I heard my room door slam shut and a locking sound resounded.

"I am so changing my locks" I whispered.

"I am so enjoying this situation" I heard him chuckle and I pushed away.

"Are we ok?" I felt him shift as he let go.

"Ya, he's gone to look elsewhere now" He pulled away completely leaving me, feeling a little empty after he fully lrt go. I waved my hands as a tank top and my pajama shorts appeared on me, I followed stepping from the hiding spot.

"Hmm, just as nice" the second I stood I was pulled in.

"You know what today is right?" I frowned stressing out but he just stepped back I looked at him.

"I don't want to force you into anything so my request is that you give me a straight answer" I frowned.

"(y/n), I want to know if you trust me?" (Yes! say yes! Don't be stupid!) for some reason, that paper popped into my head and I thought for a second and I knew what I had to say, there was just this feeling in me that told me I had too.

"Ya, I really do, your one of the few I think I can trust with my very life, I have always trusted you...I just didn't trust what the outcome might be if I allowed someone to know, it's hard to trust in this world, but...I guess I just feel different when it's you" he smiled.

"That's all I wanted to know" I frowned slightly frustrated I crossed my arms waiting "...what?" I tisked.

"I made you wait this long just to have enough courage to give you an answer and in the end, you don't even ask!" he stepped back.

"I-I just thought you would like it better if I did-" I stepped forward and captured his lips.

"I ain't gonna screw you anytime soon but I love you Sirius...I'm just sorry it took me this long to tell you" he was silent as I loosened my grip around his neck and looked up I saw the goofiest look I have ever seen.

"You are just so fucking cute!" he hugged me real tight and rubbed his cheek on the top of my head as I struggled to push him away.

"I love you too (y/n)" I stopped and relaxed.
