A/N~This was requested by Garmaufairytale, I hope you and everyone else likes it. Sorry it's taking forever to post, college is stressing.

TW~Blood, injury, car crash, mentions of alcohol.

Y/N'S POV
I'm currently driving home from work, exhausted after another day of rushing around wards and treating patients.

Don't get me wrong, it's a rewarding job but it's so tiring, 12 hour shifts are just that bit too long for me.

I drive down the roads, on my way to the parking lot where Chris, Matt and Nick are filming their Friday car video. Normally, I just park my car beside their's and jump in the back next to Nick.

As I wait at a red light, I notice a car, speeding up behind me. I'm not entirely sure if the driver will slow down or crash into me.

As I release the clutch, ready to move my car out of the way, the car hits the side of my own car, causing the it to spin rapidly, my head being thrown against the window, and then my car flips upside down, hitting a lamppost, and then I feel an excruciating pain all over my body, before I fall unconscious.

Chris's POV

Me, Matt and Nick are all laughing and joking about waiting for Y/N to arrive from work, but I have an off feeling about today, and that makes me worried about her.

We have the radio on for a bit letting Nick read out fan questions, and then we hear of a car crash.

"Just now on (Street name), a drunk driver has hit another car, flipping them, then the hit car collides with a lamppost. Ambulances, police and firefighter are at the scene, trying to get the person from the car. More updates later on." They speak, and we look at each other shocked.

"That's only a few blocks away. God, that poor person." Nick says, and then my phone starts to ring.

"Hello?" I speak into the phone.

"Is this Chris Sturniolo?" The soft voice asks from the other end of the phone.

"Yeah, that's me. Sorry, but why are you calling?" I ask, a bit worried as to what this phone call is about.

"Your girlfriend, Y/N Webber, was in a car crash on (the same street name). She's in critical condition, but could come to the scene and go with her in the ambulance?" She asks, and my heart stops. Matt and Nick are still confused, as they can't hear the conversation.

"Y-Yeah, I'll be there." My voice cracks, before ending the call. "We need to go to where the car crash was." I say, a tear falling down my cheek.

"What?" Nick asks, as Matt looks at me, concerned as to why I've started crying.

"It was Y/N...in that crash...a drunk driver hit her car." I state, hearing Matt turn the engine on, and Nick sympathetically pats my back.

"We'll get you to her Chris, she'll be okay." Matt says, driving down the road, following the blue and red flashing lights.

When we arrive, I take a deep breath before heading to the scene, Matt and Nick following behind for support.

"Are you Chris?" A medic asks, and I nod as an answer, not trusting my own voice at the moment. "She's in that ambulance there!" She shouts over the loud sirens, and my brothers thank her, before we walk to the ambulance.

And there she was...my girlfriend, covered in wires, ECG stickers, neck brace, everything.

The paramedics leave to get into the driver and passenger seats, as I sit beside Y/N. Nick and Matt leave to go to their car, saying that they will meet me at the hospital.

"Y/N...baby, I'm here. Oh god, why did it have to be you." I spoke, a broken sob leaving my mouth as I move a strand of her hair away from her face, knowing she hates when her hair is like that.

"We should've picked you up from work. Fuck, I'm so sorry Y/N. You're gonna be okay though, I know you will because you're my brave girl, aren't you?" Of course she won't answer, but if she can hear me somehow, I want her to know that I'm here for her.

The paramedic starts the engine and we make the fast journey to the hospital, not once does my hand leave hers. Not once do I look away from here, scared that if I look away for a second that I might lose her.

The ambulance comes to a stop, the engine turning off, and then the back doors open.

"Sir, we're taking her straight in, you'll need to wait in the waiting room." The paramedic unloads the stretcher from the back of the ambulance, as my hand is ripped from hers.

"Y/N! You're gonna be okay baby." I say, as they wheel her into the trauma center. I turn around, seeing Matt and Nick coming out of their car and then walking towards me, embracing me in a hug.

"She's gonna be okay Chris." Matt said, and I nod, but the tears haven't stopped falling from my eyes since we heard the news.

We all go to the waiting room, sitting there. Silent. Waiting for anything, an update, a kind word from someone, anything, but we've been left in the dark.

Jake is also here, since he's Y/N's older brother, and he's worried sick about her.

"Anyone here for Y/N Webber?" A nurse calls and we all stand up, signalling that we're all here for her.

"She's just come out of surgery, and she's slowly waking up. She had a lot of trauma and injuries from the crash. Her right leg and arm is broken, 3 fractured ribs and a stitched and bruised abdomen from the steering wheel." She says, and each thing she lists, the more worried I get.

"Can we see her?" Jake asks, and she nods, leading us to her room. "Now, only 1 at time though." We look at each other for a moment, it was clear that it would either be me or Jake.

"Jake, you should go. You're her brother, you even known her longer than me. I'll go in after." He thanks me and then enters her room.

Y/N'S POV

I slowly wake up, opening my eyes, but shutting them quickly due to the bright lights of the hospital room. Why am I in hospital?

"Y/N?" Someone says, and I squint my eyes to see who it is.

"Jake?" I ask, and the figure nods, sitting beside me.

"Do you remember what happened?" He asks, and I shake my head. "You were in a car crash sis. A drunk driver hit you as you were going to the parking lot. You just had surgery." He says, and it all comes flooding back to me. The driver hitting my car, as I tried to move it out of the way, flipping upside down, hitting the lamppost, then darkness.

"Chris is worried sick about you. We all are, you're gonna be okay though, because we're Webbers." I nod, letting out a small laugh, which hurt my ribs and stomach.

"Careful, you broke your right arm and leg, and 3 ribs. Your steering wheel went into your stomach, bruising it. They said you'll be here for a few days." He states, and I groan laying back against the pillows on the uncomfortable infirmary bed.

"I'm gonna go. Nurse said only one at a time, so I'll let Chris some in okay?" He asks, and I nod, as he pats my left shoulder gently before leaving.

Not even a few minutes after, Chris comes in, and rushes to my side, taking my hand in his.

"Hey baby. How are you feeling?" He says, leaning in to kiss my forehead.

"Fucking sore." I say, and he breathes a laugh. "That's my girl, joking her ass off even though you were barely alive 6 hours ago." He replies and I nod, squeezing his hand.

"You're gonna be okay." He whispers, rubbing his thumb over my knuckles. "I know." He smiles at me, kissing my hand.

"Matt and Nick are here too, you want them in?" He asks, and I nod, watching as he leaves the room, to return with Matt and Nick.

"There she is! I don't think I could've survived that!" Nick says, as they both fist bump me, making me give a pained laugh.

"Chill out. She's still injured." Chris says, sitting back beside me again, as Jake comes back in too.

"Let's get into the role of babysitters!" Jake shouts, and the other three start laughing, rubbing their hands together to scheme.

I groan, laying against the pillows again, listening to Matt, Nick and Jake making plans, as Chris looks at me with concern, but also love. He knows that I'm going to be okay, and I know that too.
