Riku and 6 other parties cleared through the dungeon with ease until they reached the final bosses door.

Riku: alright we have reached the first bosses door, fight with everything yo....

Screams can be heard from behind Riku and the door when Riku noticed that the door was sightly opened

Riku: prepare yourselves everyone!

He pushes the door open and two players run past Riku but are blocked by the rest of the party.

Suddenly a dark player lands a backflip in front of all the players with his back to them

He slowly rises upwards revealing his armor

A blood curdling roar is heard grabbing the player's in the party attention.

The dark player quickly slides to Illfang and clashes swords making a big shock wave of air.

Both started to swipe multiple times at each with amazing speed until Illfang's health reached half. Illfang backflips away from the dark player and reveals a larger steel sword

The dark player quickly opens his menu and selects a different sword

Both dash at each other while Illfang swipes horizontally and the player slides under his attack while slicing one of it's leg causing more damage. He gets back up turns around in time to counter a attack.

Both back away and Illfang activates his strongest sword skill raising his blade upward for a down attack, the black player activates his sword skill and lowers his blade behind him. Illfang dashes towards the dark player while he remained still.

Just as Illfang starts to move his arms down to slash, the dark player in a blink of an eye swiped at Illfang appearing behind him. Illfang remained frozen until he exploded into crystals.

Player1:No way, he just beat the boss by himself, it took two parties to beat Illfang in the beta test.

Player2: Wait, I remember hearing rumors about a player dressed as a bat in the beta test and he was op.

All the players look in awe as to what they just witnessed.

A congratulations sign appears and he quickly accepts the rewards. The dark player puts away his blade and faces the group of players and angrily walk towards the two players that were inside.

Dark Player POV

Dark Player: What the hell were you two thinking!!!
You could have gotten yourselves killed entering the boss room alone!!!

Riku: Hold on dude, chill out, go easy on them.

Dark player: EASY?! This is not a game, it is life or death. We've lost to many already to Kayaba.

Riku: Look I understand but we'll get nowhere if we fight between ourselves. My name is Riku, currently the leader of this party.

Riku extends his hand, I think about it for a second but ultimately shake it.

Dark player: The Grim Knight, solo player

Riku: Well, great to meet you, you were amazing out there, wish I knew about you sooner.
He said with a chuckle

Riku: So what happened?

Grim Knight:  I got here early waiting for your group to show up when those two decided to be hotshots and take on the boss themselves, so I followed them here and saw their asses being handed to them

Riku: Well looks like you did the right thing, hopefully if you want you can continue to help us throughout the game.

Grim Knight: Look, I won't be joining your little group here, this experience showed me why I work better alone,I will only help you out on defeating the bosses,so...

I open my menu with my hand and send Riku a friend request.

Grim Knight: ...message me when you find it. Contact me only for emergencies.

Riku: Understood sir, suppose your going to the next floor uh.

I nod in agreement
Grim Knight: This is where we part ways for now.

I turn around and open the door to the next floor and enter.

3rd Person POV

Everyone watches as he exits through the door and everyone begins to celebrate as they realize the first floor is cleared. Again the girl with raven hair stays silent as she keeps looking out at the direction of which the Grim Knight left.
