It had been over a year since the Lab Rats visited Mighty Med and the ten of them had defeated the Incapacitator. Since then, a lot had happened on both sides.
Even though neither side had bothered to keep in touch - they simply didn't have the time - no one had forgotten about each other. Not much time passed each time Chase popped in Madison's head again. She didn't know why he had made such an impression on her, but it was definitely a lasting one.
Bree also caught her eye in a way the others hadn't. Yes, Madison was not fond of her at first - due to her extremely irritating obsession with her brother - but once that was over, she was a lot better to be around.
It took a long while before Oliver finally stopped talking about Bree. He kept keeping up that once they would meet again, he would ask her out. Madison had many talks with him until he finally realized that she was right after all. He then went back to stalking Skylar - to her annoyance.
And as expected, Kaz hadn't thought much of the bionic siblings. After they left, he focused back on his life before them and maybe that was for the better too.
Evelyn on the hand missed the bionic siblings greatly. She finally saw them again after two years, and it only lasted about a day. She had lost their numbers a long time ago - even before they visited her - and never thought of asking for their new numbers.
Skylar was just happy that the bionic "heroes" left again, and the others could go back to their life at it was before.
The five teens were seated in one of the recreation rooms. Madison and Oliver were still shaken up about the news of their mother - Madison a little less since she knew what happened would happen. Skylar, Kaz and Evelyn didn't know how to talk to them.
An uncomfortable tension was hanging over their heads, as the silence grew louder.
A sudden rumble under their feet got everyone looking up.
"What was that?" Skylar questioned about the shaking ground.
"An Earthquake?" Evelyn suggested as the rumbling got stronger.
Madison looked at the ceiling. Something's not right, she thought. As if on cue, a part of the ceiling - which happened to be located above her and Oliver - collapsed. Large rocks began falling towards them. Madison activated quickly and used her Earth manipulation to throw the large blocks into the corner before it could hit her and Oliver.
"The building is collapsing. Everyone, get out!" she yelled to the others.
As another part of the ceiling collapsed, Evelyn swiftly blew the parts away from harming anyone.
Skylar was leading the pack but got stopped by a huge pile of ceiling pieces. She ran the other way but got stopped again by another part collapsing. "We're trapped."
Oliver used his super strength to make a hole in the wall of rocks, as Madison manipulated the pieces away from the scene.
Once the path was cleared, the five teens ran through the hallways to the main entrance of the building.
Right before they could get out of the crumbling building, a scream called for them, "Help!"
"Help! I'm stuck!" another cried for help. Evelyn and Oliver immediately went to help the second superhero. Even with super-strength, it was difficult for Oliver to lift the heavy rock under which the superhero was stuck. Evelyn helped him, by aiding him with air. She blew the rock up the last few inches so the superhero could escape.
It was not as easy for Madison, as Skylar and Kaz helped out more superheroes in the main entrance, trying not to get crushed by the shatters of the walls and ceilings.
Madison ran over to the first superhero screaming for help. When she stood before her and calculated how to most efficiently help her caller, she got surprised by a pillar falling across from her. She slammed hard on the ground, unable to lift the pillar from her body.
"I can't breathe," the superhero spoke, as she began to cough; all the smoke had caused most people in the building to cough uncontrollably by now.
"Neither can I," Madison retorted, but spoke so softly that the other superhero hadn't heard it. She could free both her hands and now had a choice; save the superhero behind the caved-in hallway - and possible more superheroes - or save herself.
She activated her Earth manipulation and pointed her hands to the hallway. She screamed as she made a small free passage, using all the power that she had left.
The superhero from the other side was fast to make her way to the main entrance, and so was the superhero after her.
Madison screamed even harder - though it was almost inaudible with the noise of the failing building - but was able to keep the passage open long enough for the other superhero to make his way through.
Madison felt her lungs quickly fill with air. She looked up to see that The Crusher had lifted the pillar off her and the two gave each other a knowing smile. He helped her up and out of the building.
"Mads!" Oliver exclaimed at the sight of his sister. He ran towards her and pulled her in a tight hug. "I was so scared something happened to you."
Madison hugged her brother back. Her heart began to slow down at a rapid pace, as she felt safe in his grasp.
Skylar looked at the two embracing each other and got a little jealous. It's just a hug, she kept thinking to herself, but secretly, she wished that Oliver would hug her like that - which he definitely would if she only asked.
Kaz looked devastated at the building that was once Mighty Med. "Who would do something like this?"
"I could name a ton of people who would want to destroy the residence of superheroes," Evelyn spoke softly. Even she had to admit that she didn't see this coming at all. She didn't know that villains could sink this low.
"What do we do now? Where do we go?" Skylar asked the relevant questions. "I've got nowhere to go."
"We have to find the people responsible for this and make them pay," Kaz said, ignoring part of what Skylar said.
"How are we going to do that?" Oliver questioned his best friend, finally releasing Madison from his grasp. "We've got no equipment."
"We just have to find someone that does," he replied shortly. It was noticeable that he was very upset about the destruction of Mighty Med.
"I think I know someone who has the technology for that," Evelyn spoke up, getting everyone's attention.
Madison already had a feeling of who it might be. "Please don't tell me it's him."

"Why are we climbing up all these stairs, while Big-D gets to use the elevator?!" Leo huffed, as he slowly crawled up the last stairs. His siblings were staring down at him confused.
"I run thousands of miles per day. A few stairs aren't that hard, Leo," Bree mocked her younger brother. She got a growl back from Leo.
"I do agree with Leo that it's a bit ridiculous of Mr Davenport," Elizabeth sided with Leo, who had finally arrived at the right floor.
Chase spoke up, "Yes, but would you have really wanted to stand in an elevator full of his face, where his newest song about himself sang by himself is playing?"
"Okay, I get your point," Leo then finally bulged.
"Besides, it was only eleven stairs," Adam added to the conversation. "I just saw the sign with "Floor 11.0" on it."
He got an immediate reaction from Chase. "Adam, that sign said "Floor 110"."
"Oh," Adam said as the realisation came upon him.
Mr Davenport came out of his penthouse on the 110th floor and looked at his children - one completely covered in sweat. "You're finally here. I've been waiting for so long."
"You try to walk up 110 flights of stairs." Leo scowled at his father-in-law.
"There is an elevator. You could've gone up after I had gotten up here," Davenport replied with a roll of his eyes.
"And get bloody ears and eyes? No thank you," Elizabeth retorted. Davenport glared in response.
"So, what's with all secrecy, Mr Davenport? Where are we?" Bree asked her father, changing the subject.
"We're at my penthouse in Centium City," Davenport explained. "It's the most technologically advanced skyscraper in the world."
"And yet, you managed to ruin the elevator." Leo mocked him.
"Fine! I'll change the elevator, but let me tell you; It will be boring," Davenport finally gave in.
"That's all I'm asking for," Leo said.
Davenport unlocked the door through which he just came. "This will be your new home," he said, as he led the five bionic siblings inside.
"Wow," the siblings said in unison, once they saw the inside of the penthouse.
It was enormous, that's for sure. There was a large living room area, with an orange-brown couch and blue chairs. The kitchen was rather small compared to the rest of the room, but it was big enough for five of them.
"I have to admit. This is a very cool penthouse," Chase mumbled. He took in the place that he would be calling his new home, after living on the Bionic Island for two years.
"Pretty cool, huh? I used to live here when I was a bachelor. Ah, if these walls could talk," Davenport explained dreamily. Then suddenly, his eyes widened. "Wait, they can! Walls off, walls off," he repeated while trying to turn off the walls.
"This is so much better than our room on the Bionic Island," Adam admitted, not even a little bit afraid of hurting Davenport's feelings. "I always got blinded when I entered our room there."
"Yeah, this one time, he got so startled that he fell backwards into a trashcan," Elizabeth recollected with a laugh.
"I found a perfectly good banana that someone just threw away for no reason," Adam said, as he too recollected the events. Elizabeth and the others' laughs disappeared at the thought of seeing Adam eating a banana from the trashcan. "It was only a bit brown."
"I-" Elizabeth began to speak, but she couldn't.
"Anyway... This is incredible, Mr Davenport," Bree beamed, while still walking around the room. "And the view, wow."
"About that, let's all go outside. I have some news for you guys," Davenport said, all of a sudden becoming serious. He walked over to the terrace with the five teens. On the terrace was a large logo consisting of a black triangle upside down with a blue frame and the letter EF written in silver. "This new logo will resemble your new team, or as I like to call it; An Elite Force."
"Are you adding more people to the team? I mean, we're with five already?" Chase questioned his father.
"Yeah," Leo added. "And we're a pretty good team by now."
"You are a great team, but you're lacking certain abilities that these people have," Davenport continued his explanation.
"When will we meet them?" Elizabeth asked.
"Right now," Davenport smirked. He twisted the large logo, and five teens appeared - teens they had seen before.
Madison, Oliver, Kaz, Skylar and Evelyn were standing in a heroic pose behind the logo the entire time.
"I used the hologram wall!" Davenport shone. "They have been standing here the entire time."
"Five hours to be exact," Oliver added.
Skylar looked over at Oliver with a knowing look. "Don't forget the two hours we had to practice standing."
"It should've been three because you're still not doing it right," Davenport spoke through gritted teeth and fixed Skylar's posture.
"Also, let's not forget the continued bleeding ears," Madison said.
"Why were your ears bleeding?" Adam asked confused.
Madison nodded. She knew they didn't go up the tower in the elevator. "I see you went with the stairs."
The siblings nodded slowly, afraid that they already knew what caused the bleeding.
"Mr Davenport attempted a very, very high note," Evelyn explained, shivering by the mere thought of the incident. "And that was on floor 3."
It was safe to say that the siblings felt bad for the teens.
"It's great to see you guys," Chase said excitedly and leaned over to Davenport. "What are they doing here?"
Four of the five superheroes couldn't get themselves to talk about why they were there, except for Skylar - but even she was struggling to say it out loud. "Mighty Med hospital was destroyed."
"What? Who would do that?" Bree asked. Worry was evident in her voice.
"This is what's left," Kaz muttered, feeling the lump in his throat grow bigger. He showed a picture of the destruction to the bionic heroes. "We don't know who did it. That's why we're here. We're not stopping until we find who did this."
