"Oh it must be my phone, excuse me for a second boys."

I pick up the phone to hear Makima shouting.

Phone Call:
"Where are you Y/N? It's midnight and you aren't home, what have I told you about leaving the house without telling me?"

Jeez, she sounded like she was my mum.

"I-I'm fine, I was just wondering outside with Athena."

"Where are you? Are you with someone? Do I need to send Gojo to pick you up?" her shouts were so loud through the phone as I quickly pulled my phone away from my ear for a second.

I stared at the boys standing in front of me. "I'm...somewhere..I don't need Gojo to pick me up! I am fine." was I really fine?

"What are you hiding Miss L/N?"

Damn. She always knew when I was lying.

"I'm fine I told you, I am not hiding anything, I am having an..interesting time with Athena"

"Y/N turn your location on, I know today is a special day so please come home"

Mikey was already suspiciously staring at me.
"UHH- I have to go I'll see you soon BYEEE!!"

"Wai-"
*call ends*

"Phew, I have escaped, for now.." I couldn't imagine what Makina would say to me when I come home.

"It's quite late, I can take you home, not that I want to. I am just being nice to a lady." said Mikey approaching me

"I do not trust a feline thief to assist me home"

"Oi oi, I told you I did not steal your cat"

"Come on Athena, we are leaving" I started walking back.

*tUrF* a loud noise made me flinch.

Mikey looked back at me and started walking towards my direction.

"Quite the tough one you're trying to be, huh?"

"S-shut up" I said not even giving him a glare

After I took my bike, we went home. I didn't really tell him or anything. He just decided to follow me for 'protection'

"Nice name your cat got"

"Thanks"
I stuttered for a second.
"Just so you know, I am still not clearing your name of 'feline thief' until I catch the real culprit.

He rolled his eyes "and how is a high schooler gonna do that?"

"I have my ways" by that I meant Makima and Gojo.

"Uuu she claims to have her own ways, like a gang leader, or even more phenomenal, a mafia leader that's got their contacts all over the world"

"Well if you insists giving me such a brave role"

"You are an interesting person. Y/N-chin"

"Yes, Y/N-chin"

There we were. Standing in front of my gate that was leading to my house property.

"Woah quite rich I must say"

"Nah not really honestly, just stylish"

I snoozed the doorbell. Silly me forgot her keys, and now had to face Makima, with an unknown boy next to me.

I heard loud stumps from the other side of the gate as I could see Makina running like there was a marathon.

"Y/NNN!!!! OMG FINALLY GOD BLESS" she said as she opened the door, falling into my hug, not even remarking that a boy was standing next to us.

As Athena let herself go into the house, I was quite suffocating.

"M-Makima..you are strangling me.."

Makina pulled away as Mikey tried not to smile.

She suddenly pulled a serious glaze at Mikey. Even he was quite intimidated.

"Knowing Y/N, you are definitely not her boyfriend, so who might you be?"

"Idk if I should take it as a compliment or not" I said unemotional

"Mikey" he said with a bright smile.

"Mikey..huh" she said like she already knew his name, and not for a perfect reason.

She turned to me and smiled "Ok, thanks for accompanying Y/N. Goodbye!" she said as she closed the gate and we went inside.

"I didn't even get her phone number.." pouted Mikey as he walked away.

"Y/N-chan!!! Welcome home"

I heard Gojo say from the couch, leaning over to see my face.

"Good night" I said as I went up stairs to my room

I jumped onto my bed, Athena following my steps.

"What a long night, good night Athena. Good night mum"

"mmm..good thing it's Sunday"

I walked into Gojo and Makima's office as they were discussing something.

"I need a word with you two"

"Something up?" said Gojo

as I told them what happened last night, they listened intrigued

"I need you to help me find whoever catnapped Athena. I know it might be hard but I do not tolerate these things happening to my poor child."

"Y/N can you stop saying catnapping. That is not a word and you have said it 19 times now" said Makima

"It is now. Athena has clearly been catnapped"

Gojo silently agreed with me, giving quite a confident nod with his head.

"Alright..we'll see what we can find, but unless you know what he looked like, it might take a while"

"I am pretty sure Athena can help me on that" I smirked as I looked at Athena. Neither of them 3 knew what I had in mind.

So I rushed outside the house, holding Athena tightly.

I was planning on getting her to sniff, or recognise the person that kidnapped her last night. Chances weren't high, but they still were. She was a smart kitty after all.

We were walking around, hoping for Athena to react to someone. Anyone.

But then a strange figure walked past me, the person had a hood up. Sus

Athena suddenly got cautious, starting meowing and ran after the person.

"W-WAIT FOR ME!!"

the person realised I was chasing him, so he started running as well.

Goddamnit I am not a good runner.

As we reached an alley, I made a jump, jumping on everything I could, trying to get closer to the person.

Finally I made a 360° jump, landing in front of the person. Quite dramatic but whatever, I live for my name. The drama queen. I don't like drama but god damn am I dramatic.

I quickly mobilised his arm and pushed him to the wall so he couldn't run.

"Who are you and what business did you have last night with my cat" sheesh this low-key sounded weird

I had a serious look on my face, the person was intact. No flinch, nothing.

I pulled his hood down.

He had short, blonde spiky hair and glasses.

"Ah, ah. Looks like you somehow found me,
Y/N L/N."

"Rude of you to speak of my name when you haven't introduced yours. How do you know me?"

"Tetta Kisaki. Mm. Let's say I know it from some people. See, I had my eyes on you for a while"

Confusion. What does a mere teenager want from me?

"Your name, address, pets, guardians, friends" he twisted my arm pulling me to the wall.
"I know everything about you, Y/N." he whispered into my ear.

gross.

I got quite terrified when he started getting closer to me. Slowly touching my torso in order for me to move an inch.

"Get your hands off" I tried moving

"Nah-aaah. No moving" he said as he moved his arm up to my neck

bitch get yo crusty musty ass hands off of my mouth or I'll bite ya.

A tear fell from my eye. I tried looking around for Athena but she wasn't there anymore. Where was she?

"You are so interesting Y/N. All the things with your mum, your family, even you yourself. I know you have more than you show, and you definitely hide a lot of things from the public eye" he said while tightening his grip on my wrists, his hands also on my neck choking the life out of me.

I couldn't handle it anymore. I was slowly losing consciousness.

'P-please..someone'

As soon as I said that, a loud bang came from the street.

"UGG-" I suddenly sa𝐰 Kisaki getting kicked to the ground. My hands were finally free.

Sounds of knuckles cracking, blood spited on walls.

My vision was blurry, I couldn't really see who it was, but I saw Athena coming closer to me, rubbing off of my leg.

I nearly fell when something caught me. Someone perhaps? It's not like a chair could come alive and catch me.

He was quite my heigh, but his warmth calmed me down.

He brushed his fingers through my hair when I fell into his grip.

"I'm scared" a tear leaped down my cheek as he brushed it off with his thumb. I broke down. I was never supposed to show my weakness, my status wouldn't allow it. I didn't really know what was happening, my brain wasn't thinking straight from all the commotion.

I vaguely put my hands around his torso "d-don't leave me now of all times..." I whispered until I fell unconscious, leaving my hands to loosen and my chin fall on the crook of his neck.
