As I was pedalling under the starry sky, I looked over at my bike's basket to see the small cat cozily sitting there.

"Must be nice to be a cat with a loving owner, right Athena?" I smiled at her.

She gave a little meow in response.

I passed the green light as I biked over the half-empty streets.

"We're here" I said to Athena, letting her know we have reached our destination.

It was a hill surrounded by trees, a bench and a little river flowing down the side, with a clear view to the mesmerising Moon.

My little special place. My secret place.

I let Athena on the grass, I knew she wouldn't run away, she loved me too much anyway.

I turn my head to the sky, a vague breeze combing my silky hair.

"Happy Birthday, Mum" I knew she was somewhere, somewhere far away, and I wish I could celebrate this day with her, but I couldn't get the chance for the past few years.

I looked around to check on Athena, but to my eye, she wasn't there anymore. She wasn't in the same spot, or nowhere near anymore.

I got up to look for her. A sudden worry surrounded my head. How could I loose her?

"ATHENA, WHERE ARE YOU SWEETHEART?" I screamed at the top of my lungs as I ran down the hill through a small forest.

"meow" I heard it vaguely. But I knew she was close.

An unclear figure ran past me, with a tiny black object in their hands.

"MEOWW"

Oh dear. My little Athena got kidnapped by a creature.

I ran fast after the person.

"BITCH GIVE MY CHILD BACK"

The next minute I found myself out of the forest. No sight of the person, nor Athena, but what I could see there were people. A group of people.

Delinquents maybe?

I dunno. They had motorcycles and were gathered around two people.

MIKEY'S POV:

I heard something fussing in the bushes as
I became aware of my surroundings quickly.

"meoow" a small figure jumped out of the bush running towards me.

"A cat?"

I picked it up to check if it had a collar or anything. Luckily it did.

"Athena, huh?" someone must be into Greek mythology.

Everyone gathered around me.

"What's a little cat doing here" said Draken

"Dunno, must like me if it came all the way here"

"Impossible, what are you, a feline bender?" Draken came back at me.

"Yes, yes, you never know"

Another sound came from the bushes.

"Another cat?" I questioned, but suddenly a girl appeared before the bushes.

BACK TO Y/N'S POV:

"OI YOU COCK!" I ran towards the group of people.

"STOP THERE YOU FELINE THIEF!" I screamed out the tops of my lungs, desperate to check for Athena.

My poor child, she's gone through so much in a single night.

Everyone was eyeing me weirdly

"What's a chick doing here?"
"She dare talk like that in front of Mikey and Draken?"
"She got some guts"
"Kick her out already"

"Feline thief?" a short boy with blonde hair said as he had a quite questionable facial expression. Hold up, why he hot tho.. no stfu this bitch stole your cat.

The other boy, a taller one, with a blonde braid and a dragon tattoo on his scalp. He couldn't dare but keep his laughter at the comment. Babes he hot as well what is this

I had quite the anger in me. How could they catnap my dear saint?

"Girlie I don't know what you're talking about but this cat has favourably came towards my hug"

"You call a "favourable hug" catnapping?" I had the nerves in me, how could he be joking about kidnapping my cat.

"catnapping?"

everyone but him and the tall boy laughed at my comment.

"Yes, catnapping. I suspect you of catnapping my cat"

"Why so?" he looked quite intrigued.

"WDYM "WHY SO"? I have witnessed my poor baby getting stolen from my side by a mysterious person. I ran after them, chased them down and ended up here."

"No proof that was me" he opposed my argument.

I was close to saying something else, getting my anger out, when the tall boy stepped up. Looking quite intimidating as he starred down at me.

"Oi you, do you know where you are and who you're talking to?"

A shiver down my spine. Gawd damn how sharp his voice sounded then.

"Yes, I believe I am talking to a catnapper" I pointed at the other boy, trying to sound confident and pissed, but deep down I just wanted to snatch Athena and run for my life.

"Hurghh? You are accusing the Invincible Mikey of kidnapping?"

'Invincible Mikey?' tch. He won't be invincible once he gets a taste of my manly punches. I thought to myself.

"That explains why he's holding my precious Athena in his hands"

The tall boy looked quite pissed with me by now. I felt like he was ready to send me to Mars

"Oi you brat, you dare walk onto our territory and have a go at our captain"

'Captain? Territory? What in the kindergarden's play is this?'

"HUHH? Who you calling a brat? You...you-" i dared not finish that sentence. I started to get more pissed off.

"If you don't leave now, you won't see either of your future or your cat" the more he was getting annoyed, the more was I too.

"Ken-chin, don't push it" said Mikey.

I supposed that was his name.

"YOU SHUT UP, SHRIMPY" I snapped while turning to him.

"HUH? WHO YOU CALLING A SHRIMP? MISS FELINE THIEF ACCUSER I JUST TRIED SAVING YOU"

"MY ACCUSATIONS ARE DEPTH TO BE RIGHT"

He walked towards me with a furious look on his face. He took a step forwards, close to my face, I could feel his heavy breaths.

I was quite sweating by then.

"How tall are you?"

'Why is he asking my heigh all of a sudden?'

"161cm"

"BAHAH, bold of you to say I'm a shrimp. You are literally 1 cm smaller than me"

I had no words. The tension between us was real.

"meoww" interfered Athena. She definitely didn't have enough space in the gap between me and this so called Mikey.

I backed down a bit, leaning towards Athena.

"Oh you poor thing, you got kidnapped by a filthy shrimp" I sympathised with the cat.

A tch expression appeared on the boy's face.

"YOU HEA-" he got cut off by me trying to grab Athena.

"Come on child, let's get you away from this feline thief"

"OI- no"

"Excuse me? Are you gonna give me my cat or not?"

"No. I'd rather keep the cat and kill you" he had that smile on his face like he already planned how to end your life.

"H-huh?"

He leaned over my face again, the movement was sudden so I flinched.

"KIDDING! I wouldn't hit a girl, nor kidnap a cat" he deeply stared into my eyes. Neither of us breaking eye contact.

The relief I felt that second.

He let go of Athena as she jumped in my arms.

"As far as I know, I have not seen anyone suspicious around here, only your cat wondering around on its own."

" I suspect the person responsible for your cat's kidnapping has let her free at the end of the forest, leading her to come for us, while he ran away" states the tall boy.

"And how could I believe your words, tall guy?" I still had a grunge in me. What if they where lying?

"Draken. Call me Draken. I have a name."

"Ook tall guy called Draken."

I turned to the chibi.

"And who is this 'not so feline thief anymore but still might be'?"

He came closer to me. "Mikey." A small smirk on his face. "And you dear lady?"

"Well, I am Y/N. Not so pleased to meet you"

"Not so pleased as well" Mikey said. With an irk expression on his face.
