On the last day of college, after successfully passing all your exams, you and your friends decided to hit the club and celebrate your achievements together.
Of course this was mainly Gojo's and Nobara's idea but you needed a bit of relaxation after all those exams you had to take.
You took a sip of your drink, watching Nobara and Maki dance with wild grins on their faces. It had been a while since everyone was together like this, and the joy in the air was palpable.
Inumaki and Yuta sat next to eachother, both chatting about what they'll do this summer break, Yuta and Inumaki both glanced your way, not going unnoticed by you, a smile spread across your face despite your efforts to hide it. You tried to focus on what Gojo was saying but your thoughts kept drifting, pulling you away from the conversation.
Tomorrow, you and Yuta will officially be spending the entire summer together. You hadn't really thought this through, but your body seemed to always act on instinct whenever it came to Yuta. The thought of him meeting your parents filled you with anxiety; you could only hope they wouldn't embarrass you and scare him away.
Gojo's distant voice pulled you back to the present, and you suddenly realized just how lost you had been in your thoughts, completely forgetting that you were at the club.
"I'm sorry i wasn't paying attention, what were you saying?" You sip your drink again, Gojo gave you a look and began to talk about his plans.
"Do you think Suguru would like Singapore? Or maybe even Dubai? I'm really lost on where we should go," Gojo said with a sad pout, glancing over at Geto, who was sharing a cigarette with Shoko, both of them laughing as they chatted.
"Obviously I'm not Geto, so you should just be straight up with him and ask him yourself. Stop being a wimp." You roll your eyes as Gojo lets out a sigh, strutting over to Geto and drawing the attention of the nearby crowd.
From the corner of your eye, you caught glimpse of Choso.
Who you seriously had forgotten about with everything that happened.
He made his way towards you, he looked good as always. You could only be jealous about how he always seemed so put together.
"Hey (Y/N), how you been?" He greets you, sliding down on the stool next to you.
You glanced towards him, offering a tired smile. "I've been okay, you?"
Choso's lips turned to a small smirk, "been alright, just wondering about some rumors i heard."
With wide eyes, you turn to face the man next to you completely caught off guard by what he said, "rumors? there's so many of them i can't keep up with them."
He chuckled softly, drawing Yuta's attention as he fixed his gaze on both of you. You were completely oblivious to it, but Choso caught every bit of the tension.
"There's a rumor saying that you're in love with me and i personally want to know from you. I don't want it to mess up me and my girlfriend's relationship you know." He smoothly replies, swirling around the whiskey in his glass.
"Is that so?" You say locking eyes with him. He raises an eyebrow, a smirk playing on his lips. "Well, I guess I should clear the air then. I wouldn't want to create any drama between you and your girlfriend." He takes a slow sip of his drink, his gaze steady on you. "So, what's the truth?" He asks.
"The rumors are complete bullshit. That girl is just trying to stir up trouble. I never loved youโI had a crush, but that's it. I was never in love with you." You tell him the truth, your mind flashing back to when he rejected you. When everything started.
Choso's eyes widen slightly. "Thanks for clearing that up. Honestly, I don't get why Rika is trying so hard. You're a good girl, so don't let that shit get to you."
Your lips danced in a genuine smile, "thanks Choso! Oh, and i'd love to meet your girlfriend one day. I'm happy for you." You said, Choso placing a hand on your shoulder.
"You're in luck, she's here too. Imma go get her." He replies, his smile widening at the mention of his girlfriend.
As Choso walked off to who knows where, your eyes locked with Yuta's, and you couldn't help but wonder how long he had been staring at you. There was no sign of Inumaki beside him, and as you glanced around, you noticed a few girls swooning over him.
Jealousy surged through you, and you could only hope it didn't show on your face.
He raised his brows, as if silently asking what the deal with Choso was.
You shrugged your shoulders in response. Yuta sighed and stood up, making his way toward you.
"Hey, what was that about?" He asks, curiosity and jealousy getting the best of him.
"With Choso?"
"Yeah, with him. What did he want?" he asked, aware of your old crush on Choso. He hoped it wasn't about rekindling anything between you and Choso.
"He wanted to ask about a rumor, and then we talked about his girlfriend. Why?" You say, a sly smirk dances on your face.
Yuta sighed in relief, "i... I was just curious." He replies a bit more softly then his previous tone.
"Say do you want to get ou-" Before you could finish your sentence, Choso popped up. His girlfriend by his side.
"Oh hey! Yuki this is (Y/N), my little brothers bestfriend." He introduced the both of you. Yuki was absolutely stunning. Girl forget about Choso and get with me.
"Hi! Nice to meet you." You say, with a smile on your face, a bit amazed on how pretty she was.
"Wait, the (Y/N)?" She softly gasps, as realization downed on her.
"No fucking way! She's the bad bitch who punched the shit out of Rika and her friend!" She exclaims, her excitement about meeting you clear.
You were a flattered and a bit nervous, no one has ever reacted the way she did to meeting you.
Choso awkwardly scratched the back of his head, his smile genuine as he watched you and Yuki beginning to talk.
"You're so much prettier in person! Oh my gosh!" Yuki gushed, admiring your features with a grin.
You looked at her, your face flushed and your heart racing a bit faster. Pretty girls were your weakness.
"Stop, you're stunning yourself! How come I haven't seen you around?" you asked, your curiosity about her growing since you had never noticed her before.
Choso stood there with his arms crossed, while Yuta watched the two of you with a small smile on his face. He loved seeing you talk with others.
The girl he used to know would try to avoid any interaction between her and people.
Yuki smiled, her cheeks tinged with a light pink blush. "Oh! I don't go to Jujutsu. I go to Kyoto. It's only a 20-minute drive!"
"Really? How did you and Choso meet?" You asked, curious on how her and Choso met.
Yuki glanced over to Choso, who started talking to Yuta, her smile softening. "We met at a party he was the odd one out and i came up to him because i noticed he had Prada boots on! Then the rest is history."
You chuckled, "that's cute."
Yuki started smirking, her eyes darting between you and Yuta. "Soo, you and lover boy over there, huh?" she teased.
Your face flushed as you shook your head and laughed. "No, me and Yuta are just friends," you said, even though you knew you wanted him to be more than just a friend.
"Girl, come on! Who do you think you're fooling? You haven't noticed how Yuta keeps glancing your way and smiling? And you!" She pointed her finger at you. "I've only known you for 10 minutes, but I can tell you like him!" She practically yells.
Your eyes widened as you shushed her, "Don't yell! He's gonna hear us!" you mumbled, quickly averting your gaze toward Yuta, who didn't seem to notice Yuki's yell. You let out a breath of relief.
Now Yuki stood there with her arms crossed, a smirk on her face. "So you do like him!" she exclaimed.
You sighed, there was no point in hiding it as she already figured it out, "okay fine maybe! But don't tell anybody." You confessed, getting liquor courage from the previous drinks you had.
She clapped excitedly, "Eeek! I knew it! Don't worry your secrets safe with me, pretty!"
You chuckled at her enthusiasm. "Okay, look, put your number in here," she said, handing you her phone. You followed her instructions, typing in your number. "I have to go, but I like you, and I want us to be friends, so I'll text you later! Bye!" She smiled brightly and walked over to Choso, whispering something in his ear as they both waved goodbye and left.
"She's really energetic, isn't she?" Yuta said from beside you, his eyes following them as they walked away.
"She's nice, I like her," you told him, looking up to meet his gaze.
"Choso's cool too," he added, glancing toward you to see what your reaction to him mentioning Choso would be.
"Yeah, his girlfriend's cooler though." You stated, your eyes locking with Yuta's.
He smiled and let out a breath of relief.
"Hey, are you ready to leave now? Our planes at 10am." He asked, checking his wrist watch for the time, it being 1:27am.
You nodded, "yeah, let me just say goodbye to the others. Two months is a long time."
"Okay, i'll stay here." He said, you gave him a smile and began to walk towards Nobara and Maki them being the first you noticed.
"Hey girls! I'm gonna head out i just wanted to say goodbye! I'll miss y'all." You say, bringing them in a hug.
"Aww! I'll miss you two! Make sure to call me i love you!" Nobara exclaimed, hugging you tightly.
"Take care (Y/N), we'll miss you!" Maki replied, smiling softly, the three of you let go and you glanced at them one more time before heading towards where you spotted Yuji and Megumi
"Hey! I'm leaving came to say a quick goodbye!" You yelled over the loud music, Yuji instantly pulling you into a short hug, "I already miss you!" He pouts sadly, Megumi sighed and spoke softly, "take care (Y/N)."
You smiled and left the two boys alone, heading towards Gojo Geto and Shoko, it seemed that they always came in a pair.
"Gojo come here!" You wave him over, Gojo rushed towards you his hands in his pockets as he smiled softly down at you.
"What's up shorty?" He asks, hovering above you.
"I'm leavin', just wanted to say bye." You shrugged, and Gojo's eyes widened. He immediately pulled you into his usual bone-crushing hug. "Use protection! I don't want to be an uncle yet! I'll miss you!" he cried out, making it hard for you to breathe.
He finally let go, patting your head softly, he smiled.
"Tell the others i said bye! I gotta go Yuta's waiting for me." You say, ignoring his usual teasing, then you rushed back towards Yuta who was standing right where you left him.
"Oh! Hey you ready to go?" He asked when he noticed you, his lips curling in a small smile.
"Yeah! Let's go, the music is making my head spin," you complained. Yuta intertwined his fingers with yours as you both walked out.
Tomorrow you'll officially be back home, with Yuta.
