"Everything is alright. . . Don't worry, bro," [Name] reassured, embracing him like never before. They repeated these soothing words yet Frisk still remained afraid.
'Everything isn't alright. . . It isn't unless you're by our side. . .'
SWASH!
"IT'LL BE THE HARD WAY THEN," Galett screeched as she launched her hand at the Dreemurr siblings, preparing to hurt them in any possible way.
THUMP!
The siblings, who were possibly about to be killed, looked up to see what stopped Galett.
"What do you think you're doing. . . ?" Asgore questioned the spider woman, grabbing her arm with force as he sent daggers at her with his glares. Right behind him were the Royal Guards who accompanied him, ready to take down this spider and to save the children.
After what felt like a couple of minutes, Galett was held down with chains. And all the kids were free.
"Gotcha, buddy!" Royal Guard 01 scooped Papyrus up as the skeleton smiled in delight. "My hero! I wanna be as tall as you!" Papyrus exclaimed with a wide grin, figurative sparkles shining above him. Royal Guard 02 was seen patting many kids in the head while another Royal Guard restrained Galett.
"I cannot condone this behavior. Especially when innocent children are in danger," Asgore spoke up, lifting Frisk up and tugging him neatly under his cloak as he held him. Asriel and [Name] tugged his cloak as they looked at Galett from behind their father.
"What will happen to her, dad?" Asriel asked, looking up to his father as [Name] mimicked his act.
"She is coming with us. Each family involved deserves an apology," Asgore announced, "I will come up with an appropriate punishment afterwards."
"Are the chains necessary?" Galett sarcastically asked.
Asgore sighed before lifting his paw, revealing a grumpy Muffet biting his hand as she growled under her breath. "I am having enough with this little one's misconduct," Asgore stated, not even faltering by the small stinging pain he received from Muffet.
"It is time to go home, guards! Prepare the cage!" Asgore commanded the Royal Guard, making them start creating a cage made out of pure magic. "Yes, your highness!" They replied with a salute, finishing off the cage. Papyrus watched everything with starry eyes, hoping one day that he would be a part of the royal guard, too.
"I'm here, son. . . You're safe now. . ."
"Look at Daddy's favorite. . ." A monster kid harshly spat out, watching Asgore comfort Frisk silently. Unfortunately, they were heard by Sans. "Leave him alone," Sans told them.
". . . King Asgore? Could you please tell our parents not to ground us?" Another monster kid requested the King, worried that their parents might ground them for not arriving at home on time.
"None of this was your fault, dear children," Asgore reassured them with his calm tone, making some monster kids sigh in relief. "Your parents are with the Queen. They will be thrilled to see you safe."
. . .
"MOM!"
"They are here!" Toriel gasped, swiftly turning her head to see most of the children running up to their parents. "Thank heavens!"
From behind the wholesome reunions were King Asgore, who was still holding Frisk, the Royal Guards escorting Galett in her cage, and Sans and Papyrus, who were down in the dumps. They knew XGaster probably wouldn't be worried for them. The same possibly included for Alphys, too.
"He's not here. . . Not even Alphys. . ." Papyrus muttered in a solemn tone, looking down to the ground. "They might be too busy for us," Sans wondered, wiping away his tears.
[Name] couldn't help but notice this, feeling bad for the skeleton brothers. With one last embrace, [Name] excused herself from the wholesome reunions to go see if the two brothers were alright.
"XGaster isn't here, right?" [Name] asked the two, receiving solemn nods in response. [Name] frowned, knowing that another side of them just wanted to give XGaster a piece of their mind.
Wait. . . What has XGaster done to them? No, no. [Name] only didn't like him being neglectful towards the brothers. Nothing else.
That's what they told themselves, at least.
Without even any hesitation, [Name] opened their arms wide enough to welcome the two in their arms. Noticing their action, the two accepted their embrace request, crying on [Name]'s shoulder as they patted their backs.
"Whoever you are. . . I do hope you understand the situation you find yourself in," Toriel gave a scolding look to Galett, who sneered as she cursed this kingdom under her breath. "We are fellow monsters trying to live in harmony. We do not terrorize helpless creatures. Why did you think your actions were correct?"
"Whoever I am. . . ? Really?" Galett mocked, tilting her head in an intimidating way as another irk mark appeared on her face. "How can you be that ungrateful after all I've done for this foolish kingdom. . . ?"
"I beg your pardon?"
"Of course, they don't know her. Nobody here can have programmed memories of someone who wasn't supposed to exist in the first place," Chara informed Frisk, giving Frisk a head pat out of sympathy just like what he did to [Name].
"I AM GALETT, QUEEN OF SPIDERS!" Galett screeched out, making the children cover their ears. "We have been fabricating silk for ages. . . Silk that you have deliberately taken from the forests for your ugly clothes and furniture!" Galett stated, making [Name] wonder if that was the reason why their clothes were usually soft. "We never got a 'thank you' for anybody. I got tired of being nice. . . I can't even celebrate my little girl's birthday without being looked down on by you all!"
"Maybe if she never kidnapped children, this would have never happened," [Name] whispered, making Sans and Papyrus nod in agreement.
"Ah! So, you created her with a low profile so no one would notice her. . ." Chara chuckled before giving a smug look to Frisk. "Nice try, Frisk. . ."
"But [Name] found her once in the last timeline. . ." Frisk muttered, catching Chara's attention yet again. "Say what?"
"That doesn't justify how you treated these poor children," Asgore argued back with a stern look. Toriel couldn't help but notice Muffet hiding behind her mother, glaring at them with a pout and sad look.
"Soldiers, release her now," Toriel commanded, making all eyes turn on her with surprise.
"What?" Asgore muttered out in disbelief. "But honey, she-"
"We cannot solve this if someone is deprived of their liberty. We must be an example for this future generation," Toriel informed him, taking this matter into her own hands responsibly. The many monster families behind her hummed in agreement. "Just look at her little girl. . . it's her birthday. . ." She pointed out, gesturing to Muffet.
Asgore sighed. He couldn't help but agree with her.
FSSH!
"At your service, my Queen!" A Royal Guard complied with Toriel's wishes as they made the cage disappear (with magic!).
"Hmph! She's lucky that Toriel's compassion is stronger than dad's," Chara commented with crossed arms.
Clink! Clink!
The chains on Galett dropped to the ground as she walked towards the Queen with Muffet in her hands. "Is this a dirty trick or something?" Galett wondered, looking at Toriel with a bit of shock.
"Of course not!" Toriel reassured with a smile. "We are going to discuss this from one mother to another."
Both mothers were unaware that their children were sending death glares and threats at each other.
Galett turned her head, finding this situation that she was stuck in a bit. . . "This is awkward," Galett admitted, finishing the sentence before she spoke. Muffet perked her head up while sticking her tongue as she heard her mother's words, her attention now on her instead of Asriel.
"We could start with an apology to these parents for worrying them," Toriel suggested, her smile never faltering. Galett groaned before facing the families, who all sweat dropped a bit once they heard her apology.
"Sorry. I didn't mean to scare your spawns," the spider woman apologized with hesitance, almost like she didn't want to do this. "I follow a strict, healthy diet anyway."
"Not my fault if any of you happen to be part of it."
"W-We forgive you, Miss Galett!" The families were quick to forgive her, still a bit scared by her last bit of the apology.
SLAM!
A loud sound echoed through the room as everyone's eyes turned to XGaster, who slammed the nearest wall as he held a look of angered fear. "ARE YOU OKAY!?"
His sight alone made Sans and Papyrus' moods lift. "XGaster! You came!" The two cheered in unison and delight, happily walking towards XGaster's way. XGaster's heels clacked across the halls once again as Sans continued for him and his brother. "Don't worry! We were scared a bit, but we are. . . fine. . .?"
The two watched XGaster walk past them. And as he passed by [Name], they gave him a stink eye before going to comfort the skeleton brothers again.
"King Asgore! Do not move if you want me to save you," XGaster instructed as he walked towards Asgore's way, with him having a concerned look once he spoke.
"Wh-What are you talking about?" Asgore questioned. Frisk peeked his head out slightly to meet XGaster's gaze, which was nowhere directed towards him.
"There is deadly venom in your body. Do not even try to speak or it will reach your soul in no time," XGaster informed him in a casual tone. This news made XGaster flinch slightly as he began trembling, beginning to feel the effects of the poison (and right on cue, too). "This little girl who bit you is more dangerous than you th-"
XGaster turned to meet a surprised Galett, surprising the man himself. ". . .Who are you?" The two asked each other in unison, both expressing the same amount of surprise and confusion at the same time.
"Dr. XGaster, this is Galett, a new friend of ours," Toriel informed him as she began growing worried for her husband. "Miss. Galett, this is the royal doctor," Toriel turned to Galett to introduce her to XGaster.
"Is my husband going to be okay?" Toriel stammered out with a whisper.
"Hi, Uncle!" Asriel waved at XGaster with a smile, not really phased by the fact that XGaster just spilled the news that his dad might die.
Again.
Toriel walked over to Asgore, taking Frisk in her arms (despite carrying Asriel herself) as he stood still, petrified. "Oh, Asgore. . ."
"Erhm- Right. . . I should take Asgore out of here. He will have to stay in bed for a while," XGaster informed them, beginning to shake only for a bit.
"Yay!" Muffet cheered, lifting her hands up in the air in her great triumph. "Did you hear that, Mommy? I'm venomous!"
"I didn't know that. . . How did you find out so easily?" Galett questioned, quite shocked to hear the news that her own daughter was venomous. But she was pretty proud, nonetheless.
XGaster snapped his head away from her. "I am a qualified professional," he replied.
'I made her.'
Ayo- That sounds so wrong.
Galett bit her finger as he looked at the man in front of her with a seductive manner. "Only as a doctor? Or also in other aspects of your life?" She asked seductively, which made all the kids cringe.
"That's it. . . He's gonna give us the rage look, then pull out his overwrite button and we'll have to deal with the "new timeline" crap all over again!" XGaster exclaimed, his face filled with shock and fear as he dramatically fell behind. "Damnit!" Frisk cursed under his breath, worried about the possibility.
They were met by a new face.
XGaster turned to Frisk with a judgmental or concerning look. Nonetheless, the look on his face was out of pure disgust. ". . . Woah, hold up. That expression is new. He's being judgmental or he's just concerned about you," Chara was taken by surprise but couldn't help but start laughing his ass off. "I agree with him in both cases, haha!"
"Aw come on!" Frisk harshly whispered.
"Enough of the chit-chat," XGaster excused himself walking towards the skeleton brothers and [Name]. Papyrus hid behind Sans as they looked up to him, with [Name] crossing their hands in order for XGaster to ignore them. "Sans, I need your magic to help me lift Asgore," XGaster told him, "Be as cautious as possible. Hurry up."
"B-But. . ."
"NO! DO IT YOURSELF, YOU FOOL!" Papyrus shouted at him, making Sans and [Name] flinch before they covered his mouth out of reaction. Papyrus' screams were muffled as he protested.
"What he's trying to say is that we're really tired! We just wanna go home. . ." Sans sent XGaster a weary smile, trying to not find themselves in any more trouble for the day.
XGaster scoffed before speed walking to Asgore's direction, "Yes. I want to go home as well. I am wasting my time with you two. . ." And with many problems, XGaster managed to lift Asgore using his two bare hands as he stomped away, rushing away to cure Asgore. This left everyone in shock and concern, with [Name] chuckling at the sight.
"He seems to be struggling a bit. . ." Galett commented. "That is the way he does his work," Toriel confirmed, growing more worried for both Asgore and XGaster.
Sans took Papyrus' hand as Papyrus pouted, rushing to follow them from behind. "W-We should go with him. . . Sorry for the disturbance, Queen Toriel and Garlic!"
"It's Galett," she corrected him with a frown.
"Have a goodnight! Bye Asriel, Bye [Name], Bye Frisk!" Sans bid farewell to everyone. The three kids waved goodbye back to them, with Frisk looking nervous.
"Well, I think everything's settled. So, let's call it a day," Galett spoke up, preparing to take her leave as well.
"Not until giving Muffet one last birthday present," Toriel chirped in with a smile, making Asriel and [Name] look at her with shock and fear, growing afraid of what might happen. "One request before bedtime, what do you say?" She asked Muffet, who seemed to be observing her crown with sparkling eyes. Muffet hummed in thought, having a pretty good idea of what she wanted.
Muffet soon found herself proudly sitting on one of the thrones with a grin.
"Dread the almighty Queen Muffet! The King of Monsters has been overthrown!" Muffet exclaimed with glee, having a mischievous smile as she kicked her feet happily. "Worship the pudding or face my deadly venom!" She warned with a childish tone, pointing at the air as if she were really royalty. Toriel smiled softly as Galeet cooed at the sight, clasping her hands in joy as she cheered for her daughter.
"That's my little girl. . ." Galett cooed.
The Dreemurr kids on the other hand. . .
"Thank God it's only for tonight," Asriel whispered, hiding behind [Name] as they were growing a bit scared themselves. But they smiled at Muffet, nonetheless. Frisk stood still with his famous "Frisk" face as the ghost of Chara cringes back, hiding behind [Name], too. "I'm getting goosebumps."
"Oh, Queen Muffet!" [Name] bowed, shocking Asriel (and Chara). "I have something to say."
"What is it, peasant?" Muffet questioned with a smile, crossing her arms as she huffed in delight.
"I can make you one of these pretty things one day. . ." [Name] quickly stammered out, looking at the floor out of embarrassment. "Just for you, Queen Muffet."
Muffet's many eyes shone in delight as she clasped her cheeks. "Really!?" She asked, making [Name] nod with a smile. "I don't mind. . . it is your birthday today, after all."
[Name] felt kind of bad when they rejected giving her a gift. The least they could do for this chaos was give her a heart locket of her own.
This thought alone made Asriel and Chara run away in fear.
. . .
[Name] sat beside Sans as Papyrus already fell asleep on his shoulder, keeping him company for the time as Asgore checked on their father. Sans didn't really mind. He was growing pretty bored and tired himself. But he can't just fall asleep, so he appreciated [Name] being there.
"You are welcome to sleep over again if you want to," [Name] offered, making Sans shake his head in disapproval. He didn't want to bother the royal family again, but he wasn't against the idea of having another sleepover again. "I asked my mom, and she said it was alright, don't worry," [Name] reassured with a tired smile, showing that they were also growing a bit sleepy.
"I don't want to disturb any of you again. I don't want another mess to happen because of us," Sans told them as he lacked energy in his voice, rubbing his eye sockets.
"It's no problem. We might have been in the same situation if Asriel and Papyrus never messed around, anyway," [Name] reassured him again, patting him by the shoulder.
"Come on, buddy. Let's get you two to bed."

"My Lord. The creation 'Asgore' is now in a stable condition. Your performance as a 'doctor' allowed us to simulate a natural recovery process."
"I wouldn't have minded losing Asgore. . . But my visions have shown me that he is an unconditional part of my future. What I hate the most about being able to see fragments of time is that I don't have access to sudden turn of events like today. Not having the other half of my soul that allowed me to overwrite and control people at my will is making things very difficult for me."
"I know that decision was required for my goal. . . so I must pay more attention and be physically prepared for what lies ahead in the years to come."
"By the way, I have found the experiment's creation data hidden among the 'fillers' document. The one we never really care about. 'Galett' was added in the ninth timeline. Frisk recreated a Muffet similar to the one in the alternate universe 503. In other words, a cheap copy."
"Everything is ready to eliminate her."
"Sadly we can't do that. At least, not yet. The future has told me that Muffet must live. I'm sure Frisk created this 'guardian' for his old friend because he only wants her to be safe. I will take advantage of that. As Muffet grows stronger safely, we can focus on other things."
"I can't use the magic I have left in front of the experiment if I want to keep the current complications of my soul a secret. Sans and Papyrus could be useful if we make them strong enough to assist me in case of emergency."
"Even some of its 'close ones' would work as a barrier between us."
