"I think that you should take your chance till you still can"

Why she had to say that? Soojin's own words were howling in her head, when the bullet hit Yuri on the back.

Soojin screamed terrified, and she wasn't the only person to scream. Hyunsoo next to her was also yelling at the man to stop, when he sent another bullet in Yuri's body, hitting her head. They could see blood splashing in the air.
   The boy wanted to run to them, but he got pushed away by Uimyeong. The tears strolled down teenagers' cheeks, when the man turned around to standing residents, shooting to them like to the ducks. People started dropping on the floor, so Soojin tried to attack the man, but she was easily pushed away like Hyunsoo. She groaned loudly when she hit the floor, trying to stood up. She looked around, wanting to see Jisu, but she wasn't noticeable. Soojin felt her stomach twist.

"Jisu?!" she yelled

The volley shot sounded, but this time it was Yikyung, pointing at Uimyeong. The woman laid on the ground, taking out another pistol.

"She's alright!"

Eunhyuk waved to Soojin, who slowly got up from the floor. He was holding pale Jisu, next to him was standing terrified Eunyoo. On the floor was dying Byeongil, who got shot by the man, with ms. Son crying next to him. Soojin's stomach twisted when the man stopped moving.

"I should've known when you were sulking after killing that woman," said Uimyeong to Hyunsoo

The girl's face dropped when the boy got pinched to the mirror, through his body came out the blade from the man's hand. The same as ms. Ahn. Soojin walked closer.

"Wanna hear something funny? Let me tell the truth," said Uimyeong, but his voice sounded different. Soojin was watching this scene, frozen in one place, "You didn't kill anyone. You know how? Because that woman was me"

He started laughing loudly, sounding like some maniac. He was ms. Ahn? Did he mean that he can shape shift or what? Is ms. Ahn still alive or not? Probably not, because no one found her in past hours, but is that so, when she was actually killed? Soojin was very confused.

The girl looked around, noticing the gun laying close to her legs. She rushed for it, trying to remember how to shoot. Luckily, she remembered everything that Yikyung had said to her. Soojin put the weapon on her arm, and squinted her eyes a little.

She pointed the gun at the man, and shot from it, but she missed. She then shot again, but missed again, trying not to hit Hyunsoo. For the third time, she shot Uimyeong on the arm. But all of this didn't matter, because this man was freakin immortal.

„Soojin, stay back!" yelled the boy terrified, seeing that she is the only person close to them, while others were hiding in the back. He was afraid that something could happen to her.

Uimyeong looked at her and smiled. He pulled out the blade from Hyunsoo's stomach, who dropped on the ground with a loud groan. The man took a step back, and pointed a gun to his head.

The girl felt her heart started beating much faster, "No! Hyunsoo!"

The man smiled and pulled the trigger.

The gunshot sounded.

But Hyunsoo didn't felt pain anywhere in his body.

However, Soojin did.

She looked down at her body, which shuddered after the bullet hit her. Soojin put her hands to a stomach, when she felt a thick hot blood flowing out down her legs. She took her hand away, and looked at it shocked. It was all dirty from blood. The girl raised her head to look at Uimyeong who was smiling widely, while pointing the gun at her. She heard a muffled scream from behind, which belonged to Jisu.

Soojin felt dizzy in her head. She looked around feeling weak in her legs almost falling down, when she saw the boy's gaze.

"Hyunsoo?"

The boy got up from the floor so fast, almost tripping over. He caught the girl in his arms at the moment, before she collapsed on the ground.

His eyes widened and mouth dropped, when he saw a blood on the floor. He held the girl like a baby, having her head on his hand, with the other one embracing her body. With shaking hands he pulled the girl's shirt a little, only to see a round wound after the bullet from which the blood was flowing. Soojin grimaced, feeling the numb pain, when tears started to strolling down her cheeks.

"Hyunsoo..." her voice was quiet, and it cost her a lot of pain to speak

"Shhhh, you're alright Soo, you're alright," his voice cracked, as he started stroking girl's hair, brushing them off her face

"I'm not, Hyunsoo," Soojin shook her head slightly, "I'm gonna die. I know that"

The boy sobbed, when the girl tried to lift her hand to touch his face. She put a finger on his cheek.

"Hey, hey, hey don't cry," she said wiping off the tear, one of many, from his cheek

"Soojin, you can't leave me," the boy wepted. He put a hand on her stomach, pressing the wound, so it could stop bleeding, but it didn't help much, "You can't leave me, Soo. Don't leave me, please"

"I'm not leaving you," the girl tried to smile, "I'll stay by your side. Remember? Even when you're gonna get tired of me"

Jisu was on her knees, feeling that she's gonna break down in any second. Eunyoo started sobbing, while Eunhyuk held her by arm, not looking any better. Even he had tears in his eyes.

"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry," Hyunsoo lowered his head, crying in girl's chest, "I'm so sorry, I didn't want to be like that, I'm sorry"

"And you said that I apologise a lot," Soojin tried to giggle, but she started coughing, and the blood flowed out from her mouth as thin trickle, "It's okay Hyun, I'm not mad. I could never be mad at you"

Soojin was shaking terribly, and the boy raised his head to look at her again. He was holding her hand, which was slowly getting colder.

"Can you hold me closer?" she asked quietly, "It's really cold here"

Hyunsoo nodded his head, and moved the girl even closer to his body, embracing her tightly. She started swinging with her, like with a little baby.

"I love you Soojin," said Hyunsoo, "I love you so much"

"I love you too," girl cried, feeling metallic and salty taste in her mouth mixing, "I don't want to die Hyun, I'm not ready," she grimaced, "I always wanted to open a bakery, you know?"

Hyunsoo nodded his head, choking on his own tears, "And you will, I promise"

Soojin grimaced again, "Don't promise me impossible. It makes me feel dumb. Don't do that to me," she cried. She closed her eyes for a second, but opened them right after, giving the boy a heart attack, "Please don't do that to me"

"Alright, I'm sorry," Hyunsoo wiped his cheeks, making it dirty with girl's blood, "Just don't close your eyes, Soo, please, just don't close your eyes," he cried

The girl nodded her head, "I'll try"

But she knew that it's gonna be hard. She felt how all her energy is leaving her, and how her eyelids got heavy. She just wanted to sleep.

"Jisu, Eunyoo, the kids, mr. Han..." she wheezed, "You need to take care of them. Please..."

Hyunsoo nodded his head rapidly, "Of course. We will do that together, you know? Because you'll be okay"

Soojin cried loudly, and right after started coughing, when even more blood flowed from her mouth. She was very pale.

"Thank you, Hyunsoo" she said after a while. He almost couldn't hear her voice, "You made those few weeks the best I ever experience. How... how sad that we can't have more time together"

The boy sniffed his nose, and stroked the girl's cheek. He wanted to tell her so many things, but no words could escape his mouth.

"I hope that I'll meet Nayeon and Jaeheon," she whispered, "And maybe someday we'll meet again, Hyun"

"We will, I promise. I love you"

Hyunsoo gave her a long kiss on the forehead with trebling lips. The girl put her heavy hand on his cheek.

"I want to kiss you for the last time"

Hyunsoo's tears were wetting her clothes. Soojin fought this for so long, and she couldn't do it anymore. She was tired of everything. Soojin was tired of fighting every day, trying to protect others, and she was tired of crying all this time. She couldn't live anymore without her friend, without her sister. Soojin just wanted it to end. All this pain that she experienced through her whole life could finally end. Even if she's gonna miss her boy, who made her so happy, she couldn't fight it anymore. But for the last time, she wanted to feel his lips on hers. People say that everyone has three possible wishes, but she had only one, and it was this one. Soojin rubbed boy's cheek with her thumb.

Hyunsoo moved his face closer to hers, and gave her a gentle kiss with his trembling lips as she asked him. His tears fell on her face, mixing with hers. Soojin smiled slightly, and slowly closed her eyes.

She never opened them again.

The boy sniffed his nose, moving away his face, "Soojin?" he shook her a little, trying to wake her up, but the girl didn't react, "Soojin open your eyes! Please, you need to wake up! Soojin!"

Hyunsoo put his face in her body, and screamed, but his voice was muffled. Jisu put her hand on her chest, feeling the stitching pain in her heart, as she bursted out crying. She started hitting the ground with her hands putted in fists, but she didn't have much strength to do that, so she gave up quickly. She was held by Yikyung, crying in the woman's arm. Yeongsu and Suyeong were embraced by ms. Cha, crying loudly. Eunhyuk hugged his sister, who covered her mouth with the hand, sobbing quietly.

Hyunsoo raised his head, and screamed at the top of his lungs, until his voice got strained. He started hitting himself on the chest and head, yelling girl's name. He then hugged her body, lifting it a little. He put her head under his chin, stroking her cheeks, arms, and hair.

  The boy was almost choking on his own tears, trying to catch the breath. But why would he even try? What was the reason to live on? Hyunsoo didn't kill himself, and still lived, because of Soojin. She was the reason that made him stay.

And now she was laying dead in his arms.

"Soojin, please..." he whispered, "Wake up..."

He kissed her forehead, but her skin was cold. The girl stopped shaking, but the boy didn't. He put both hands on the floor leaning a bit forward. The boy screamed, but it sounded more like a squeak, as he was losing his voice.

Then he heard a laugh behind him.

Hyunsoo was taking a deep breath, trying to catch the air, when he turned around to Uimyeong. The man was smiling and clapping in his hands, but he was still holding the gun.

The boy felt how something inside him exploded. All this anger that he felt for those years, was nothing comparing to the anger he felt now. This man killed Soojin, and was standing right there laughing.

   Hyunsoo got up from the floor, standing on shaky legs. He looked down at girl's body, and residents behind him. Then he turned to Uimyeong and with loud angry growling, he attacked the man. He acted like he was going to kill him, and that's exactly what he was planning to do.

Uimyeong easily avoided his punch. He pushed Hyunsoo with his strength. The boy hit the big mirror, and dropped on the ground. The mirror fell on him, locking him under the weight.

"Nobody can leave!" yelled Uimyeong as the residents took steps back terrified

Yikyung held crying Jisu in the hug, trying to move her away, but she didn't want to.

Hyunsoo under the mirror, pulled out his hand, as he was reaching for something. From his whole arm started coming out spikes. Without a problem, he took off the mirror, trying to got up. His body was squelching, and many more spikes were coming out. His eyes turned black, when he stood there, with one arm looking like an eagle's wing, but instead of feathers were those little blades. Uimyeong turned to him, and smiled proudly. He started clapping on his hand, while the boy took a step closer to him.

Hyunsoo embraced Uimyeong with his wing, as the spikes were stabbing the man, who let him do that. The boy was tilting his head to look how Uimyeong was slowly getting destroyed.

Eunhyk raised his crossbow, ready to shoot at the monster, but he was stopped by Eunyoo.

"Stop it, it's still Hyunsoo," she cried

The boy's grip on the weapon was very tight, but he didn't shoot. He pursed his lips, not knowing what to do.

Hyunsoo let go Uimyeong, but the man wasn't there anymore. He turned, or maybe he died, in some slimy, black thing, what moved on the floor. The boy trembled, trying to walk. The veins on his face turned black, along with the eyes. He started swinging his wing, destroying the surrounding things. Jisu held in her hand a Molotov cocktail. Eunhyuk took a step closer, but he quickly moved back, when he got almost hit with the wing.

To the lobby appeared Han Dusik, standing on his own legs, moving forward to the Hyunsoo. He saw Soojin's dead body, when his stomach twisted, and he felt tears in his eyes.

When the boy was about to attack the residents, the man hugged him. He got pinched to one of the columns, spikes were stabbing his body, as he growled from pain.

"It's okay, Hyunsoo," whispered the man with all his strength that he still had, "It's okay, it's not your fault"

Another spike pierced the man's body. He was breathing heavily, trying to catch the breath.

The spikes on Hyunsoo's arm were slowly disappearing, as his eyes turned to normal again. He felt someone hand tapping him on the back, whispering the words to him, and by the voice he knew exactly who it was. And he realised what he did.

The boy started crying, hiding his face in Dusik's arm.

"It's not your fault, Hyunsoo. It's not your fault"

The man was slowly closing his eyes, as the life fled. Hyunsoo fell on his knees, still hugging Dusik, sobbing quietly. The man's body dropped on the ground, but the boy didn't let him go.

Not until he fell on the floor unconscious.
