It was Christmas Eve and I was super excited, we were making gingerbread cookies and houses. I replied to my messages from yesterday and called my therapist.

I had some comfy christmas PJs on and was going to eat bacon and eggs for breakfast, I still had to wrap up my presents but I'll worry about later.

"Hi sweetie how'd you sleep?" Mom asks me "I slept okay" I smiled and sat down at the table.1

"So you excited to see your cousins?" Mom asks "no offence but no, they're monsters I only like one of them"

Fink🐸I have your present waiting in my room ready to be opened

You: Ooo what'd you get me?

Fink🐸 surprise

You: pain </3 okay well I'm eating breakfast rn so I'll call you later

Fink🐸okay bye, don't choke

I turned off my phone and continued to eat, "So mom I was thinking I could surprise Finn on New Years if that makes sense" I said.

"That's sweet" "yeah, can you ask his parents if I could come from the back and surprise him" "Sure"

-TIME SKIP-

I got dressed for Christmas as everybody was started to come.

I went downstairs and everybody was here and my little cousins ran up to me and attacked me in a hug making me wince.

"Guys be careful" Mom says "sorry" they say, I chuckled and sat down with everyone else.

It was 11:45pm and everyone was sitting around the couch watching TV and I had to play with the kids because I'll get in trouble which makes no sense.

"Y/n/n who's this guy on your phone?" One of my little cousin, Avery asked. "yeah and why is his name Fink?" Another one asked.

"That is none of your business and don't take my phone" I took my phone away from them and saw a message.

You: I'll win 🙄

Fink🐸 yeah ok. So what are you doing?

You: Being annoyed by my little cousins

Fink🐸 awe, just do what I did, run.

"Y/n/n! Who are you texting?" "No body" "I'm not stupid you're talking to your boyfriend" Avery said.

"I'm not- just give me a second"  "no" she grabbed my phone and accidentally pressed facetime.

"Hey ba-"  "Hi! I'm Avery, you're probably  y/n/n's boyfriend right?" She asked. "Okay I'm going to take that" I grab my phone out of her hand and quickly walked the bathroom.

I hung up and came out of the bathroom, "come one y/n/n! Santa's coming soon!" Avery exclaims mentioning her hand to come over

"It's almost Christmas" Mom says and smile "We need to catch Santa!" My little cousin, Logan, said

I got dragged towards the window, looking outside, I stood there  umamused while the kids were freaking out.

"Look! The cookies are gone there's presents!" Avery exclaimed
"Wow" I  sarcastically said. "y/n there's one for you!" Logan says handing a present over to me

I looked over at mom and smiled, I opened the present, it was custom shoes that I've I wanted for a long time.

I got a few more presents from Santa and my family "Here you go y/n" Sophia said, I grabbed the present from her and smiled "Thanks"

I opened it and it was a photo of us when we were younger with and a couple of stress toys. I smiled at her and gave her a hug.

"Can we watch a Christmas movie?" Avery asks "Sure put want you want on" Grandma says, "I'm tired I'm going to bed Merry Christmas guys" I say and go upstairs

I changed into PJs and crawled into bed and scrolled through Instagram

Our facetime went on until 4am, Finn had fell asleep and he looked so cute sleeping, I took a couple of screenshots and went to bed.
