THINGS STARTED GOING DOWNHILL. Nick and Elisa got a taste of what a solo career felt like, Joe was trying to find himself, and Kevin started a normal life for him and even married Danielle while people were loving Nick's and Elisa's albums. But things changed for the Jonas Brothers; they weren't happy anymore, they lost sight of the fact that they were a band of brothers who just loved music.

So, on the night of October 29, Elisa was in her room on her phone; obviously, she knew that the Jonas Brothers broke up and Joe took it the hardest since it came from Nick. She didn't know how long she was texting him, but he obviously needed to talk to someone.

Elisa : Joe, I know it hurts but it doesn't have to be a breakup. Maybe you guys just need a break from all this.

Joe : I don't know, Eli. This was all I've known.

Elisa : It'd be okay, Joe. Maybe this break will be good for you guys. Get a different perspective on things and then you guys can figure it out.

Joe : Maybe. Thanks Eli, for listening.

Elisa : Hey, anytime, bud. Talk to you later?

Joe : Yeah.

Then, things came crashing down even more. Elisa did stay in touch with Joe and Kevin for a bit but very slowly, Joe and Kevin lost contact with her, creating a bent in their many years of friendship. At first, Elisa was very angry with them but, her anger then turned to sadness since deep down, she missed the old days where she could just hang out with her best friends.

Within the world of music, it was only Nick and Elisa as they continued on with their lives. Their solo careers were on fire and they rocked many gigs, sometimes they'd even have a gig together. Both of them even got offered a role in the movie Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle; Nick as Seaplane and Elisa as Bethany, which they did accepted. As the two moved on with their lives, neither one of them were able to keep how they felt about each other a secret anymore, confessing how they felt which lead to them dating, but now, their relationship was about to take a special turn.

On the night of September 20, after celebrating Elisa's birthday, the couple were now at Nick's concert where he had something special planned for her. Yesterday, Nick had called her parents to tell them his plan and to ask for their blessing — which he got from her parents and her siblings. All he had to do was tell her. Elisa stood in the VIP section near the stage with a soft smile on her face and cheered and clapped alongside the crowd when her boyfriend got onto the stage, signaling that it was starting and music could be heard.

The crowd cheered and clapped as Nick kept going. Elisa smiled as she cheered for her boyfriend and clapped, not having the slightest idea of what he was planning.

Elisa felt her cheeks turned pink a bit as her green eyes met with his. With her cheeks pink, she smiled shyly and cheered for her boyfriend while the crowd was starting to sing along.

Elisa smiled and clapped, cheering as loud as she could for her boyfriend.

Her warm, soft green eyes met Nick's eyes and for that second, it felt like it was just the two of them in the world.

The crowd cheered and clapped as Nick came to an end, Elisa cheered and clapped as loud as she could for her boyfriend. "Thank you, everybody! Now, as you all know, there's someone very special here tonight and you all may know her." Nick announced.

Elisa felt her cheeks turned a bright shade of pink when her green eyes met his and the crowd instantly cheered, everyone knew about the them being a couple.

"Babe, come on up here," Nick said.

The crowd couldn't help but cheer and squeal as Elisa went onto the stage, slightly blushing and her boyfriend brought her over as they both stood in the middle of the stage. Nick met her soft, warm green eyes and staring into them, he knew it was time to pop the question.

"Eli, we've been in each other's lives and pretty much know everything about each other since we were kids. And since the day you came into my life, I've always been in love with you and I always will. You were there every step of the way through the bad and the good with me and I wanna do the same for you." Nick told her, stuck in a gaze of staring into her green eyes.

Elisa couldn't help but blush as she listened to him. She was always going to be there for him cause she loved him with all her heart and she always will.

"You're so beautiful, Eli, and I am crazy in love with you, and I want to spend my the rest of my life with you. You're the star that twinkles at night, the breeze that makes things feel right. You're the sunshine that drives the blues away, the beat that makes my heart beat everyday... Elisa Evans, will you marry me?" Nick asked, causing the crowd to gasp and squeal.

Elisa felt tears of happiness filled her green eyes and her heart started beating in her chest. She could hear the crowd telling her to say yes as she nods her head yes.

"Yes. Yes, yes, yes!" Elisa said, letting Nick to slide the beautiful engagement onto her finger.

The crowd then squealed and cheered as loud as they could, clapping as hard as they can before they all started chanting for them to kiss. With her cheeks slightly pink, her green eyes met Nick's eyes as the now engaged couple leaned in and kissed, causing the crowd to cheer as loud as they can.

The engaged couple could hear the sound of pictures being taken and they both knew that this was gonna be all over the news, but they didn't care about that. Because in this moment, they were happy.
