when ni-ki arrived at the parking lot of the university, he didn't expect his sunoo hyung to be leaning on the door of a black aston martin.

he has a car? and more importantly, how is he so hot when he's not even doing anything?

"oh great, i thought you'd be late." sunoo glanced at the younger who is still calming his thoughts.

"nice car, hyung. is this new?" riki asked curiously.

he has a driver's license, but obviously he doesn't have a car yet. he remembers how he whined about not having a car to his mom last year.

"no, i rarely use this because i hate driving." sunoo opens the door on the driver's seat. "get inside, we have to go there before the shop closes."

riki nods and quickly follows sunoo, opening the door and sitting on the passenger's seat.

the older starts driving quietly, one hand on the steering wheel. ni-ki shifts on his seat, observing the contents of sunoo's car.

on the first glance, it may seem as if the car was bought yesterday. the dashboard is clean and empty, except for the jiggly puff bobble head in front.

"hyung, do you like pokemon?" riki tries to initiate a conversation.

sunoo hums as an answer. "yeah, i have their figurines back in my parents' home. when i was younger, i somehow got addicted in collecting them. " the guy smiles at the memory.

imagining a young sunoo playing with pokemon figurines made riki's heart melt. i bet he was so cute when he was younger.

"by the way," sunoo's eyes are still focused on the road. "this isn't your first time going to gangnam, right?"

"uh... sure. but i'm not really familiar with the place yet."

sunoo nodded, taking a mental note not to leave the freshman out of his sight later. "then don't wander around, okay? stay by my side so you won't get lost."

"i won't hyung, definitely." ni-ki smiles brightly, feeling the warmth spread on his cheeks.

after putting the copies of newspapers in the backseat of sunoo's car, they're now on their way to the food market to buy chenle's request.

ni-ki stares at sunoo for a moment before agreeing. "can we, hyung?"

"of course. just don't annoy me or else you're gonna have to go back by yourself."

"hyung, too hot-" riki almost burns his mouth as he eats the takoyaki. sunoo frowns at him, handing a tissue in front of him.

"i told you to wait for a bit before eating that." he unconsciously wipes the sauce on the corner of riki's mouth, while the latter is still busy chewing the food.

after buying ice cream, they stayed in one of the food stalls to sit and eat the food that they bought. sunoo eats the rose tteokbokki while riki finishes eating the takoyaki.

"hyung, your phone's vibrating." ni-ki breaks the silence, pointing at sunoo's phone which is on top of the table.

sunoo just stared at it before shrugging. "don't mind that, it's probably just sunghoon telling us to hurry up."

he looks around. he missed this place, it's been a long time since he hasn't gone to eat on the food market. it's also quite a surprise for sunoo himself that he would bring ni-ki here.

i'm glad that i did, though. at least it feels nice again.

"let's go back now, it's already 4:30." sunoo stood up and grabbed his things.

riki walked in front of sunoo but he stopped when he felt the older's warm hand wrapping around his left hand.

wait... what?

"it's too crowded here. you might get lost if you don't stay right beside me." sunoo's hazel brown eyes was sparkling as he looks back to him.

"stop staring at me and let's start walking, nishimura."

ni-ki didn't answer. instead, he holds sunoo's hand tightly whilst they find their way out of the food market.

riki definitely didn't get lost that day. how could he, when he made sure not to let go of sunoo's hand.
