Makena walked into the house and set her stuff down on the table, "Amara! I'm home!" She called out but paused when she didnt hear Amara call back. "Amara?" She called out before walking up the stairs. She walked into her daughter's room to find Amara sitting at the end of her bed, holding a picture in her hands.
"It's him. He's the alpha." Amara said in a slight whisper making Makena furrow her brows, "Who is?" She asked. Amara did say anything, just held out the picture making Makena walk over. She grabbed the picture to see it was one that she took of Amara and Peter a few years before the fire. "Your- Your father is the Alpha? Are you sure?" Makena said and Amara nodded slowly as a tear fell down her face.
"He killed Laura." She whispered and her mother sighed softly before wrapping her arms around her daughter.

Lydia watches Allison take a normal arrow and twist off the bullet point and replaces it with something. "What does that do?" Lydia asked, "We're about to find out." Allison said as she takes a firing position in front of a tree in the distance. Setting the arrow just under the sight, she pulls back on the nocking point of the bowstring.
Lydia tenses up as Allison aims then lets the bolt soar. the bolt exploded against the tree with a bright flash, strange whirls of light spinning into the air. "What the hell was that?" Lydia asked as she and Allison looked shocked, "I don't know."
"Well, that was fun. Any other lethal weapons you want to try out?" Lydia asks sarcastically, Allison went to turn to them but stops. She turned her head as she listened to the woods around them. A moment later, they all hear it. Movement through the brush and leaves.
"Hold this." Allison says handing Lydia the bow, "What? Why?" Lydia asked. "Because I thought I heard something." Allison answered making Lydia's eyes widen, "So... what if you heard something?" She asked. "So I want to go find out what that something is. Don't worry, it's probably nothing." Allison said and started walking away but Lydia spoke up again, "What if nothing is something and that something is something dangerous?" Lydia said.
"Shoot it." Allison said then takes off leaving Lydia to glanced around nervously.
Allison walked through the woods for a moment before pulling out a taser gun. She heard a twig snap behind her making her turn around, instantly pulling the trigger. Amara groaned as the two needles hit her shoulder and arm. "Amara?" Allison asked, running over to her as Amara fell to the ground.
"Trigger." Amara said making Allison's eyes widen, "Oh! Oh, God. Oh, God." She said as she turned the taser off before getting down next to Amara. "I'm so, so, so, so sorry." Allison said and Amara shook her while while sitting up slightly, leaning back against her hands. "Don't be. It's comforting to know that you can protect yourself against a possible serial killer." Amara said making Allison chuckle.
"Are you okay?" Allison asked and Amara nodded, "Yeah, yeah. Believe it or not this isn't my first time being tased." Amara said as Allison pulled the needles out. "I didn't know it was you. If I'd known it was you, I-" Allison said panickedly and Amara chuckled, "You would have totally still pulled the trigger."
"No! Of course not. I-I'm so sorry. Are you sure you're okay?" Allison asked and Amara nodded, "Yeah, I think that might have to be a feeling I get used to." Amara said and Allison smiled and furrowed her brows. "What were you doing here anyway? Were you... following us?" She asked and Amara scoffed, "I'm weird, but I'm not that weird." She said and Allison raised her eyebrows at her.
"Scott told me that your dad said that you run this trail sometimes, and I was hoping a walk through the woods will get my mind off of some things and possibly catch you alone. Then I saw you and Lydia and didn't want to bother you guys." Amara said and Allison furrowed her brows. "What for?" She asked and Amara pulled Allison's necklace, that Scott gave her, out of her pocket.
"Found this at school." Amara said and Allison's eyes widened, "Thank God! I was beginning to think it was stolen." Allison said and Amara chuckled. "Definitely not. Here." Amara said before sitting up to put it around Allison's neck making Allison smile at her. "Well, thank you for finding it. And for bringing it." Allison said and Amara smiled at her and nodded before cringing slightly.
"I don't seem like a stalker now, do I?" She asked and Allison shook her head and chuckled in amusement, "Hmm... No. I just think you're weird. Like you always are." Allison said making Amara playfully scoff. "Ouch." She said making Allison laugh while Amara stared at her with a small smile.

Amara laid in her bed, staring up at the ceiling when her mother walked in. "Are you thinking about your dad?" Makena asked and Amara shook her head, "No... I'm a bad friend... and a bad Hale." Amara said making Makena furrow her brows as she sat down next to her daughter. "Why do you say that?" She asked and Amara sighed, "I think I'm getting a crush on my best friend's ex girlfriend whose an Argent." Amara said and Makena nodded slightly.
"That doesn't mean you're a bad friend or a bad Hale. You dont control who you fall for." Makena said and Amara shook her head, "Scott's in love with her, I am a bad friend. And now is not the time to have a crush on an Argent... especially when you don't even know if she likes girls." Amara said.
"And why you ask her if she likes girls." Makena said making Amara sit up and look at her crazy, "Do you not realize how bad I am at talking to girls? I can't just ask her if she's attracted to girls." Amara said and Makena chuckled and shook her head slightly. The door bell rang making Makena sigh and get up, "I'll go get that." Makena said.
"I'll be here. Drowning in my gay sorrows." Amara said dramatically making her mother chuckle as she walked out, closing Amara's door behind her. Amara sighed softly as she laid back down, staring up at her ceiling. There was a knock on her door making her furrow her brows before getting up.
"You know you dont have to knock, mom. You were literally on here a minute-" Amara said as she opened the door but stopped when she saw Allison standing there. "Ago..." Amara finished and Allison smiled at her awkwardly, "Your mom let me in." She said and Amara nodded. "Right." She said before stepping to the side so Allison can walk in, "You can sit anywhere." Amara said and Allison said down at the end of the bed.
"So, what's brought you to my place?" Amara asked and Allison sighed softly, "I wanted to ask for your advice for a couple things." She said and Amara nodded slightly. "Well, I'm not the best at advice, but I'll try." She said as she sat down next to Allison who was quiet for a moment, "I don't think I have feelings for Scott anymore..." Allison said in a slight whisper making Amara raised her eyebrows.
"Why?" She asked and Allison shrugged slightly, "I don't know, it's just- the more I think about it, the more I realize I'm not having feelings for him anymore... Honestly, I think I'm getting feelings for someone else." She said and Amara gave her a look. "If you say you have feelings for Jackson, I am kicking you out of my house." Amara said making Allison laugh and shake her head.
"It's definitely not Jackson." Allison said and Amara sighed in relief, "Good because you are better than that. Honestly, I don't understand what Lydia sees in him." Amara said and Allison chuckled. "Actually, the person is a girl... Which is more confusing because I never thought I like girls before." Allison said and Amara nodded, "That's fine. Feelings change all the time." Amara said.
"Yeah, but I don't want to hurt him." Allison said and Amara sighed softly, "I've been friends with Scott for five years. He's understanding, and if he's not at first then he will be eventually." Amara said and Allison furrowed her brows.
"I should you guys have been friends since you were nine." She said and Amara shook her head, "Stiles and I have been friends since we were nine. Scott and I didnt like each other until we were eleven because he stole my favorite crayon and broke it so I stole his chookie." Amara said making Allison laugh. Amara stared at her with a small smile before clearing her throat, "You said you wanted advice for a couple things. What was the other thing?" Amara asked.
"It's about my family..." Allison said and Amara raised her eyebrows and nodded slowly, "Alright." She said. "A little while ago, I caught them in a lie. A small one. When my aunt first arrived, she had car trouble, and... my dad said it was a flat tire, but she said she needed a jump start." Allison said and Amara awkwardly shrugged slightly, "Could it have just been miscommunication?" Amara asked and Allison shook her head slightly.
"Yeah, that was what I thought, too. And then, I found glass on her car, like her window had been smashed in. I've been overhearing some really strange conversations. I think some of it has to do with... Derek." Allison said making Amara raised her eyebrows, "My cousin? Are you sure?" Amara asked and Allison nodded
"Yeah. I think that he's not-" Allison started to say but got cut off by Makena walking in, "Mom." Amara said, giving her mother a pointed look. "Sorry, but you left your phone downstairs. Scott called." Makena said while handing Amara her phone, "Did you answer it?" Amara asked. "Yeah..." Makena said and Amara cocked an eyebrow, "What did he want?" She asked while glancing down at her phone and Makena glanced at Allison before sighing softly.
"Your father's taking Melissa on a date." Makena said making Amara's head shoot up to look at her mother in shock. Amara's knee bounced slightly as she bit her tongue and slowly nodded her head. She took a deep breath before getting up, not saying a single work as she walked out.

"Because wouldn't there be someone trying to save you? Look around, Jackson. There's no one. No one cares that you drive an expensive car. No one cares about your perfect hair. And no one cares that you're Captain of the lacrosse team." Derek said as Amara walked into the Hale House.
"Excuse me." Derek's head snaps up to see Scott perched at the top of the stairs. "Co-Captain." Scott said and Amara cleared her throat making Derek look over at her. "I'm here too, I hate him but I know Peter put you up to this and right now I hate Peter a little more."
Scott launches himself down the stairs, transforming in mid-flight, snarling through sharpening fangs and dragging Derek to the floor right in front of a stunned Jackson. Rolling to his feet, Scott takes a protective stance in front of Jackson who looks on him in his transformed state with a mixture of fear and awe. Derek looks up, now also transformed and baring his fangs.
"Move."
"No."
"Fine. I'll kill you too." Derek said and Amara moved to help Jackson up. Jackson cowers back in the shadows, moving to the side of the stairs as Derek and Scott werewolves circle each other until Amara make them stop, the three of them seeming to sense something. That's when they hear it, strange whistling sound of something soaring through the air.
"Cover your eyes!"
A flash bolt blasts inside the house and explodes with a blinding light. It's followed by a volley of gunshots. Jackson screams out as both Scott, Derek and Amara take hits. Scott tumbles to the floor hollering in pain, as he rolls over onto his back he looks at his stomach in terror. Smoke wafts up from the wound meaning he's been hit with a wolfsbane bullet.
Amara looked down at her thigh to see the same thing making her dig her clawed hand into her bullet wound. She groaned and gritted her teeth in pain before pulling the bullet put and tossing it to the side.
"Take Scott and go!" Derek said making Amara look at him crazy, "What about you? I can't just leave you here!" She said. "I'll deal with the hunters. Go!" He yelled and she hesitated, "Amara go! I'm not losing my last sane family." He said and she sighed. "That's depressing if I'm the last sane Hale." She said before she got up, quickly limping over to Scott
She pulled him up and started running towards the back door when a bullet hit her arm groan. She growled under her breath and kept going.
Still running, still trying to escape deeper into the woods, Scott finally tumbles to his knees. He lurches up, black liquid at his lips making Amara sigh weakly, "Come on Scott, we gotta keep going. We at least gotta get somewhere for my mom to get us." Amara said trying to help him back up.
She had managed to get him back to his feet and walk a little longer until they both collapsed onto the ground. Amara whinced in pain, looking down at her arm which had blood trailing down it. She took a deep breath, flicking her claws out and was about to try to pull the bullet out but someone behind her spoke up.
"I wouldn't do that." Someone said making her spin around to see Deaton walking over, "It looks deep. You might not be able to reach it without making more damage. More damage means longer healing, even for a Werewitch like you." He said making her look at him chocked.
"How do you know that?" She asked as he crouched down next to Scott across from her. He looked at Scott for a moment before looking at her with a smile, "I know a lot more than you guys think."

Amara sits on a chair in the animal clinic as Deaton works on Scott, Deaton had already took the bullet out, cleaned and bandaged her arm. "How do you know what I am?" Amara spoke making him glance up at her, "Talia used to tell me a lot about you." He said and she looked at him confused. "You knew Auntie Talia?" She asked and he smiled. "And your mother. They told me all about the signs of an elemental witch you were showing." Deaton said.
"I'm the one who taught your mother all about them." He said and she stared at him for a moment before looking at Scott. "Is he okay?" She asked and Deaton nodded, "He's healing."
