Marv had sneaked through my bedroom window the first night I started Christmas break. He was super excited that I didn't have to wake up for school anymore, so I knew even attempting to get out of bed was going to be challenging. Sleeping in with a family of 16 siblings was even a challenge for me, but it was better than having to force myself out of bed at 6 in the damn morning. I knew Christmas break was going to be good since Marv usually doesn't sleep in my bed with me on school nights, so it was a very pleasant surprise when he came knocking on my window saying he wanted to sleep in with me. It was even better because it was always unusually cold in my room, so his body warmth would definitely help me.

Sunlight poured in through the window next to my bed, immediately feeling the sensation of arms wrapped around my waist. I immediately frowned hearing the sound of my siblings arguing over something downstairs. I closed my eyes again and tried going back to sleep, except I couldn't when my siblings were literally having a screaming match over the last bit of cereal. I smiled and grabbed Marv's hand that was wrapped around my waist, pulling it against my chest and enjoying the wonderful morning. Judging by the loud snoring behind me, I knew Marv was still sleeping. I turned towards him and just stared at him. He squirmed a little bit in his sleep until his eyes blinked open, "How long have you been staring at me?" He asked in a sleepy voice. "Don't worry about it, babe." I giggled lightly before snuggling up to his chest. "Okay." Marv responded. Then I realized there was still some hot chocolate left over, so I forced myself out of bed to get both me and Marv some. "Where are you going?" He sat up, his hair was messy. "I'm gonna get some hot chocolate real quick." I grabbed his coat off of a nearby chair and threw it on. "Why not stay in bed?" He asked me, "I'm gonna come right back. Calm down." I laughed before approaching my bed and leaning over to give him a small kiss. "Fine." He smiled at the kiss. I left my room and walked downstairs to the kitchen, where Buzz was attempting to make eggs on the stove. "Someone's up early." I heard him say as I grabbed two packs of hot chocolate from the top cabinet. "Just because I'm up early doesn't mean you can talk to me." I slammed the cabinet closed and grabbed two empty coffee mugs. "Whatever." Just then the smoke alarm started going off, causing all of my other siblings to appear in the kitchen looking mad and grumpy from being woken up so early on the first day of Christmas break. "It was all Buzz." I put two cups of milk in the microwave. Everyone then started arguing with each other, making me regret even saying anything in the first place. After dropping some marshmallows into both cups, I retreated back upstairs to my room. "What happened?" Marv asked me, "One of my brothers was trying to cook something." I handed him a cup of hot chocolate. "That explains a lot." He laughed as I put a VHS tape into my TV. I laughed lightly before plopping down beside him and covering up. His arm wrapped around my waist as I leaned my head against his shoulder.

Marv sipped some of his hot chocolate, but immediately started coughing. "It's hot, baby." I laughed at his reaction, "I knew that." He responded while keeping his attention on the movie playing on the TV. I smiled widely and grabbed his hand with my free one. "What are you and Harry doing for Christmas? Robbing a house?" I looked up at him, "Most likely. It's not like we're getting any gifts from anyone." He looked down at me. "Marv, baby. You have a girlfriend and you expect her to not do anything for you for Christmas?" I giggled at his adorable stupidity. "You're saying that you're gonna do something for me?" A wide smile spread out across his face, "Of course, I love you." I sipped some of my hot chocolate. "I love you so much." Marv pulled me against him while pulling me into a tight embrace. I set down my hot chocolate and enjoyed the loving embrace. This lasted for a couple minutes until I started to feel sleepy from the amount of warmth I was feeling. "You getting tired, sweetheart?" Marv whispered while he slowly rubbed my back, "I guess so." I responded. "Come here." He set down his cup of hot chocolate on the nightstand. Then he laid down before pulling me on top of him, "We can go back to sleep." I felt his hot breath on my neck as he spoke. "Mmmm." I hummed while wrapping my arms around his neck. He leaned over and pulled the covers over the both of us before his hand gently laid on the top of my head. "I love you, sleep tight." He lightly kissed my forehead, "I love you too." I laid my head on his chest as I started falling asleep.
