Isagi and Seiren walked side by side towards his house.

It wasn't that far of a walk but as they treaded down the sidewalk, all Isagi could think about was how his parents were going to react to him bringing her home. Seiren glanced around his neighborhood, realizing how indifferent it was to hers. "We're almost there. It's just around the corner." he turned over to her.

"Mkay."

Seiren brought out her phone as her brother was calling her. "Sae." she said, spooking Isagi as he almost tripped on his own two feet. "Be home by eight." was all he said. "Okay." Seiren hummed. "Buy me food." she added on. "Huh? No. Starve." Sae then ended the call, the middle child sighing. Isagi had over heard since her volume was a bit high.

Is that..how siblings act? Why do they speak to each other like they rarely talk?!

Isagi then brought out his home keys, unlocking the door and heading inside. He poked his head, checking to see if his parents were in the living room. "Yoichi! You're home a bit late!" his mother comes in with a wide smile as he was still at the door. Someone had to take a while grabbing her stuff..

"Uh Mom..I have a friend. We're here to work on a project."

Isagi then stepped aside, revealing Seiren as she glanced over to Mrs. Isagi. "Hi. I'm Seiren." she says. "I'm his Mom! It's nice to meet you honey! I hope our son isn't a slacker!" the older laughs while her son rolls his eyes. "Let's just go.." Isagi makes his way into his home, Seiren following after him. She noticed the family portraits by the hallway, just him and his parents.

He's so lucky to be an only child.

"Just uh..stay right here for a bit."

"Kay."

Seiren pressed her back against the wall, her eyes wandering around the hallway while she heard a few drawers slam shut, his closet door reopen a few times. She waited for about five minutes until Isagi opened his door, revealing his messy hair, along with the blazer that fell off his shoulder. "I'm..ready!" he said breathless, stepping aside to let her in.

Seiren hummed before her eyes fell on his bed. Despite him setting out the small mats on the floor for them to sit on, she invited herself to his bed. Isagi turned around after closing the door, slouching his shoulders once he saw her. Yeah..just sit on my bed. He sighs.

"So uhm..what genre are we picking?"

"You're home early Rin."

His mother greeted him by the door. "I have some work to catch up on so I'm not practicing with my team this week." he says, dropping his bag by the door before sitting himself on the couch. "Well I made dinner a bit early. Thought it would take a bit longer." Kei, his mother, chuckled softly while she picked up his bag, hanging it on the coat rack.

"Oh uh Renny's coming home late. She's doing a project." Rin mentions, closing his eyes as the dreading school day tired him out. "Mm. She's always out late Rin." Kei sighs, sitting next to her son before grabbing the magazine she set out for herself to read. Rin then glances at his mother. "Huh?" he huffs, unsure if he heard her correctly.

"Mhm. You and Sae don't notice because she comes in just before you. Is she really doing a project?"

"Oh yeah..It's required for class. My teammates in her class were talking about it."

Rin then grabs his phone, debating to call his sister before Kei gently pushed his phone away. "Your sister is fine. She's out with her friend." Kei smiles at her youngest child, patting his head while he furrowed his eyebrows. "She has friends?" he earned a smack on his arm. "Your sister may be..introverted but that doesn't mean she doesn't have any friends."

"You want to do love songs..?

Seiren stared at him in disgust. "I mean..it's the most easiest topic." Isagi sighs. "I wish it was Mikage instead of you.." she mutters under her breath, knowing the male wouldn't have picked an "easy" topic. "I heard that." Isagi says. "Good." She began writing on her paper, jotting down a few ideas.

"Are we just picking out topics today? I kinda have somewhere to be in two hours." Seiren looks up from her notebook. "We can find a few songs. Look up how they changed and stuff." Isagi suggested while she hums. "Okay." she replies dryly. Isagi glances up at her, he sat near the wall side of his bed while she was closer to the edge.

While she was scrolling through her phone trying to find a few songs, his eyes couldn't help but travel over to her concentrated face. The small pout on her lips and how her cheeks were slightly puffed up. She's really..cute. Isagi could feel his face burn up the more he thought about her appearance. Wow. I totally get those guys now. Referring to almost every guy in their year who had or has a crush on her.

Her small bangs were pinned to the sides of her face, being held up by cherry hair clips. Her hair tied up with a red hair tie, leaving her front pieces out. Seiren brought her school bag onto her lap, grabbing her pencil case while Isagi noticed that she carried extra clothes with her. I should really get back to work.

His room was silent for a whole hour until his mother knocked on his door, opening to see the two jotting down information they both had found. "Are you two hungry? It's getting quite late and dinner's ready." Iyo smiled at the two teens while Seiren peered over to the boy beside her. "I'm not hungry right now Ma'am." she said, turning to his mother. But I'm hungry?! He curses himself.

"I know you are, Yoichi. Come down and eat quickly!" she said before leaving them alone. "I'll be right back.." Isagi mumbles, carefully jumping off his bed then soon rushing over to get himself a plate of his mother's cooking. Seiren sighed, dropping her notebook to the side as her hand started to cramp.

She looked around his room, noticing how obviously plain it was. She figured while she was waiting out in the hallway that he was cleaning up his room. "Boys rooms are always so messy.." Seiren mutters before she spot something poking out from his desk drawer. It seemed to be like a book. Curiosity got the best of her so she grabbed it.

"He reads manga?" the title was familiar to her. Though it was of a volume she hadn't read just yet. Sae claimed he'll buy the next one for her but that was a little bit over a month ago. Seiren took the opportunity to catch up while he was gone. About ten minutes had passed by and she was so into reading that she didn't even notice Isagi had came back until he coughed.

He came into the room and the first thing he saw her do was read his Tokyo Revenger's manga?! He was slightly livid but the fact that she looked so intrigued in it made him calm down just a bit. "I didn't know you read manga." Seiren says, setting it down as Isagi tried not to snatch it back from her.

"Uh oh. Chigiri introduced me to a few.." he looks away shyly. "Number 50?" Seiren says while Isagi sighs. "He has red hair. He sticks out like a sore thumb. Why can't you remember names?" he starts to laugh. "It's such a hassle." was all she said. Ew. She sounds like Nagi now. "I can help you. I mean it's honestly not that hard once you start meeting people." he shrugs.

"See like.." Isagi then grabs a photo frame she didn't seem to catch off his desk. "The tall orange haired guy is Kunigami. Think of him as..Ichigo. This crazy freak isโ€”"

"Ryuusei. My brother hates him."

"Yeah..which one? Cause they both seem to want to kill him during practice."

"Sae."

"Okay that makes more sense." Isagi laughs while she leaned over to him, staring at the picture. She saw how Rin was squeezed between Bachira and Hiori, her brother obviously annoyed by the lack of space while Sae sat in front of his team with the ball in his lap. Seiren tilted her head. The look of content on their faces felt like something she longed for. She sighs.

"That's Number 77 and 34." Seiren began pointing at the two boys while Isagi stared at her. "Bachira..and Hiori.." he repeated. "Number 77 and 34." she stares at him with an odd look in her eyes. "Okay.." he then places the photo frame back onto his desk. "I got a few songs." Isagi then changed the topic, picking his notebook back up.

"Same. Guess I'll see you tomorrow. Bye." Seiren then packed her belongings, rushing out of his room. "Wait?! Should I walk you home?!" Isagi followed after her, slipping on his shoes while she did the same. Seiren watched him almost trip on his own feet, stepping aside while he stood in front of her. "I'm notโ€” It's an easy walk. It's not that late so bye Isagi." Seiren then made her way out all while Isagi said goodbye to her.

She only gave him a small wave, nothing too friendly.

She felt her phone vibrate in her pocket, sliding it into her hand before answering the call. "Mm Number..somehow 10..?" Seiren says, slipping off her blazer, letting it hang off her school bag. "Hurry. I can't save your spot for long..." she heard the boy hum, telling a few kids that the space next to him was occupied. "Got caught up with school." Seiren mumbled.

"Liar..liar..pants on fire. Rin said you were going to Isagi's for a project."

"He's so nosey..and annoying." she scoffs. "Hurry Ren Solo." the male referred to Ben Solo or Kylo Ren, mixing his name up whenever thinking too hard about it. "Whatever. I'll be there. Save my spot." Seiren rushed over to the bus stop, making it in time. "You're the annoying one." the boy then hung up.

"I'm not annoying.."
