" YOU WHAT!?" Shrieked Amelia sitting in the great hall with her slytherin friends gaining everybody's attention around, although not many people were there.

" Yes that beast has to be punished for its sins, and i still dont get it why are you still trying defend that chicken" Draco stated glaring at his cousin.
Blaise and Pansy found it uncomfortable sitting besides each cousin and listening to their fuming argument.

"A beast! Seriously Draco, how could you do that to an animal, how could you be so merciless. It was all your fault to march up in front of him so arrogantly and getting yourself scratched and now you and your father are getting him bloody executed." Amelia said fumingly trying to sound less furious but it was clearly not helping .

" I could have lost my arm" snarled Draco.

" Its just a bloody scratch draco stop being so dramatic " Amelia huffed heavily holding her head in her hands.

" You are being dramatic amelia, what have you got to do with that beast" Draco hissed.

"Stop calling him beast, you are a beast draco, you are the one that is beast over here, bloody merciless beast" Amelia said "you know what i'll just go, now i cant breath in the same room as you" she continued, standing up.

" Calm down Amelia, its just an animal, forget it" pansy said soothingly reaching out dor Amelia's hand.

"No pansy, it is not something forgettable" amelia said bringing her hand out of pansy's grasp.

" Why these bloody gryffindorks are so stubborn" Draco muttered watching Amelia leave the hall.

" Leave it draco" Blaise said.

After her heated argument Amelia found herself heading towards Hagrid's hut. She felt extremely bad for the man, she knew how fascinated he was for the magical animals.

Upon reaching his hut Amelia saw buckbeak sitting outside tied to a chain. This sight of him brought tears in her eyes. She slowly went towards him with pityful eyes. She patted the hippogriff slowly, tears blurring her vision.
' i am so sorry buckbeak' she muttered quietly. She felt someone come behind her, upon turning she saw hagrid standing there with stained cheeks he must have been crying the whole time.

"Hey Amelia what are ye doing there" he tried to sound cheerful but couldnt and that broke Amelia's heart more.

" Just wanted to see buckbeak, one last time." The last part came out as a whisper.

" Come, lets go in" Hagrid said looking the ground. Amelia followed him , going inside the small cozy hut.

" How are you feeling hagrid" she asked while seating herself in a cozy chair.looking up the tall man Although she very well knew the answer.

" They are coming today" he said quietely his voice cracking. And Amelia very well what he meant by 'they'.

" I understand hagrid how much you love buckbeak, i wish i could do something." She said sadly.

" Its okay, will have ye have some tea" he asked. Amelia nodded smiling weakly.

"Here" hagrid said handing her the tea cup , then he heard a knock on and stood up in alarm. Amelia's eyes widened realising who would have come. Hagrid turned to her and quickly motioned her to the back door, she got up and moved towards the door and then again they heard a familiar voice.

" Hagrid are you there" its was rons voice. She stopped and turned around folding her arms. Hagrid opened the door and let the golden trio come in.

The trio's eyes widened on seeing Amelia already in there, who had a smirk in her face.

" Ye shouldn't be here at this time " hagrid said to the trio.

" Then why she is here" harry asked pointing a finger towards Amelia whose smirk grew wider.

" Because Harold dear some people unlike you lads aren't trouble." Amelia said , sarcasm dripping in her tone. The trios already glaring eyes grew more furious. Then Amelia felt something hit her head, a small pebble.

"Oww where did this come from" she yelped rubbing the back of her head.

Same happened with harry a moment later. Then again the vase on the small table was broken , a small prbble hitting it.

"What the hell is happening" ron exclaimed frowning.

" You see where there is your tiny little gang there is trouble" Amelia hissed.

" You-" hermione started but was cut off by a loud knock on the door. All their eyes widened in alarm.

"You all exit from this door quick, minister and executionor must be here, gooo!" Hagrid said in a hushed tone. All of them were pushed by him to that door.

All of them exited from that door and hid behind the bush. Amelia in rush stamped over ron's foot making him trip and fall on face in the bush. Ron started screaming but was quickly silenced as hermione placed her hand in his mouth.

"Shut up Ronald this is not the time for your drama" amelia hissed hiding behind the bush, receiving a glare from ron.

"Oh my god look thats the executionor " hermione gasped. "Oh no no no look at his axe" ron said.

Amelia turned around on hearing a noise come from the bushes.
" I thought i heard something" she said to herself.

"Oh no he is coming here run" harry said as the executioner came towards the bush. They got up ran as fast they could reaching the top of the hill.

" Stop - stop" ron said panting heavily stopping all of them, catching their breaths.

"Look" he pointed where the buckbeak was sitting and the executioner was circling him grinning evilly.

"He is going to kill buckbeak" Amelia said pain in her voice.

" Wish we could do something to save it" hermione said. Meanwhile the the executioner brought his axe to buckbeak's neck, fixing his position. Hagrid was stood facing his back to buckbeak, tears streaming down his face.

" I cant look at this, i cant look at this" Amelia said tears brimming her eyes. She was standing between harry and ron and hermione on the other side of ron.

Noticing both hermione and Amelia started crying both boys moved towards them. Ron towards Hermione and Harry reluctantly towards Amelia. Ron drapped an arm around hermione who was crying in his shoulder. Harry tried to do the same placing his hand on Amelia's shoulder. She turned her face and met harry's gaze which had a pained look in them. Harry saw the girls beautiful hazel brown eyes with tears in them, eyebrows furrowed. She flunged her arms around harry's neck and cried her heart out and harry awkwardly drapped an arm around her waist and other arm soothing her hair. He could hear her muttering ' i cant watch this' 'i am sorry buckbeak' he tried to sush the trembling girl. But a few moments later harry flinched , and Amelia understood the task has been done, she gasped loudly not daring to turn around and look at buckbeak.

She started running to god knows where remembering her time when she rode buckbeak, remembering patting him and calling him a good boy. She didn't knew the trio was following her. They were calling after her but she couldn't care less, this pain caused by her cousin was unbearable. She was cursing draco and his father throughout. Suddenly she felt someone hold her hand stop her marathon. She turned around and saw harry panting heavily holding her hand. The other two following shortly after.

" Stop- sit- down" harry said between breaths. And much to all of their surprise she agreed and sat down. Her cheeks were tear stained and pink due to heavy running. All three of them sat down in front of her in silence.

"I will never forgive draco for this" she began " his father is such as bastard" she said fuming looking the grass on the ground.

"And you were still friends with him throughout" said hermione receiving a glare from harry.

" Its ok Amelia, lets go inside the castle its going to be dark soon" harry said calmly surprising the other three. Amelia started at him in disbelief.

"What" asked harry.

"You are being nice to me" Amelia said still staring him in the eyes. The other other two nodded beside him who themselves were startled.

"What's that supposed to mean, i can be nice when i want" harry said defensively. Making Amelia snort.

" Sure you can Harold" she said laughing quietly which brought a slight smile on harry's face. Noticing harry's stare at Amelia who was busy playing with the grass, hermione and ron cleared their throats gaining both of theirs attention. Hermione and ron stood up, harry following awkwardly. They both gave him the which said ' we will talk about this later' , harry gulped, holding his hand out for Amelia who again started playfully in disbelief but took his hand and stood up.

"Lets go now shall we?" Said ron starting to walk. Hermione following him. The other two followed them too.

"Hey look thats scabbers" ron shouted startling everyone.

"What that cant be true hermione's cat killed him, didnt she" harry said in confusion receiving a glare from hermione.

" Yes i thought the same , that murderous cat killed him but i just saw scabbers, follow me" ron said. Amelia reluctantly followed the group. With endless running ron finally caught scabbers.

" Thank merlin" Amelia said panting.

Suddenly they heard the bushes move and breaking of twigs. All their heads snapped towards the direction from where the sound came from. Their stood a large black dog which launched himself on ron frightening everyone.

"Ahhhhhhhhhh" came ron's ear percing scream. The kept dragging ron from leg.

" Snuffles leave him , what are you doing" Amelia exclaimed worreidly. Harry and Hermione stood there wide eyes watching their friend being taken by the dog.

"Save me, save me" ron shouted again while being dragged.the other three marched towards his direction cautiously, hoping to not being attacked by the dog.

" Snuffles get off, shoo you stupid dog, leave him" Amelia shouted.

" You know this dog" hermione exclaimed.

" Yes, i used to meet him here everyday" came the reply from Amelia's side.

"Then tell him to get off" hermione shrieked, Amelia rolled her eyes at the annoying girl.

" That's what i am doing genius" said Amelia.

" Now is not the time for bickering we have to do something" Said Harry watching his friends being dragged away in a tunnel.

"That's the shrieking shack its haunted" hermione said.

"Really, adventure" Amelia said in a flat tone.

" Stop being a bitch, because you are not helping" Hermione said to Amelia glaring.

" Listen here you-" Amelia began towards hermione but was cut off by harry.

" Pleasee we have to do something" he said moving towards the weird tree, followed by the girls.

"Harry watch out " shrieked Amelia launching herself on harry watching a branch coming towards him with full force.

" Oh god what do we do, we are gonna get killed" hermione said crouching besides harry . Then again a overly large branch came towards them an swept thm into the hole under the tree. Harry landed first and then hermione on him and at last Amelia on the top of the both.

" Get up you hippogriff" harry said in pain groaning.

" Shut up harold" Amelia said getting up and dusting herself followed by the other two.

" Lets go come on" harry said moving forward. They could hear Ron's shrieks coming from upstairs. Quickly ascending the steps they went inside a room from where the shrieks were coming. Upon opening the door they found ron laying on the floor with a horrid look on his face

" Dont come he is an animagus" came ron's shriek on saying his friends and Amelia. Stepping inside they heard the door behind them shut and turned around to see a man in tattered clothes, bags under his eyes and dirt all over him.

It was sirius black.
