After having dinner with her godfather, Amelia left his office and headed towards the common room. While ascending the stairs she found crowd in front of the fat lady's portrait.

"What's going on" she said to herself.
Making her way from the crowd she stopped in front of the portrait besides the golden trio and saw that the portrait was torn off and the fat lady was missing.

Letting out a gasp she gained the attention of the trio. Hermione eyeing her suspiciously.

"Where were you?" She asked her narrowing her eyes.

" I dont see how this concerns you?" She said in the same tone while narrowing her eyes. Hermione scowled and was about to say something more but was cut off by percy weasly.

"Make way, let me see, i am the head boy" he announced.

"Professor dumbledore, the fat lady is missing" he called to the old man ascending the stairs.

Dumbledore reached upstairs and asked about what happened percy weasly explained everything .

Dumbledore went to another portrait and asked them about where is the fat lady. He told her where she was and he reached to her with children following him.

"What happened my lady" he asked to the women covered in feathers and dirt in the portrait.

"He was there, he was there, he attacked me" she exclaimed heavily.

"Who?"

"Sirius black" she said, several gasps let out and all eyes turned to Amelia.
She frowned and backed away and looked at dumbledore.

"He tried to get into the common room, i didnt let him in and he attacked me, that monster" the fat lady cried again. All the children were glaring at Amelia.

"What?" Asked Amelia.

"Where were you?" Asked hermione again.
" Yes tell us where were you, she has been missing since evening, she didnt even show up at dinner" said Ron shouting at Amelia.

" Ms. Black where were you?" asked mcgonnacal with Snape standing beside her frowning.

" I was with prof. Lupin" she said loudly holding her head high.

"Lair, i saw her going towards the black lake" said a gryffindor boy.

" Ms black is it true that were at the black lake." Dumbeldore asked politely.

" I-uh- yes, but why does this matter" Amelia exclaimed.

" It matters because you were with your father" said hermione loudly. Amelia's eyes grew wide in anger.

"Yes she might have been helping her father get inside the castle and kill Harry" said ron fuming and pointing his finger at Amelia.

" Weasly, watch your tongue" snarled severus.

"Ms. Black in my office now" said dumbledore quietly dismissing everyone. He headed forward with the other two professor and Amelia stood at her place not moving an inch and glaring the old man from back. Snape noticed her and furiously marched towards her and held Amelia's arm and dragged her all the way long, his tight grip hurting her.

"You are huting me" she hissed to severus, but he ignored her.

" Sherbet lemon" dumbledore said quietly and they entered the office.
Severus dragged her inside.

" Have a seat please ms. Black" dumbledore said smiling. Amelia reluctantly sat down while glancing at severus who as usual had a scowl on his face.

"Yes sir?" She started.

"Where were you this evening?" The old man asked.

"I was with professor lupin, headmaster, why is everyone questioning me?" She said earnestly.

"I know that you are smart enough to know the reason." Dumbledore said with a weak smile

"And why did you go to the black lake?" Snape's voice came from behind, Amelia moved uncomfortably on her seat.

"Yes ms. Black please answer to that." Dumbledore encouraged.

" To spend time with myself in peace" Amelia said in a poisnous tone.

" Very well, i know ms. Black you might be finding it frustrating because of your father" said dumbledore but was cut off by Amelia's glare but continued " but you must understand whatever we are doing is for everyones safety and yours too"

" We just want you to be careful, and we know you will not fail us" dumbledore said offering a warm smile. Amelia sat there emotionless ly.
When she was dismissed, she headed out of the office, but was harshly pulled by her coller behind her neck.

She knew who would do such a thing with her, the person was dragging her all across the corridor with amelia facing the back side of the corridor, she didnt retort because she knew what she would come to if she did .

On coming on halt Amelia turned and folded her arms and stood against the wall having an unimpressed look on her face. After standing there sharing few minutes of silence Amelia huffed and started.

" Thankyou for the affection now please will you tell me what was all this drama for?" She asked indicating the the dramatic walk.

"How irresponsible you can be" snape hissed.

"How secretive you can be" she retorted back indicating the incident which happened in snapes office.

" Dont change tha subject" He sneered warning her with one finger raised.
"And you should be well aware of the fact that going out alone in the evening near black lack is not something a normal student would do if their murder of a father is on loose from azkaban unless they have something mischevious in their head" he continued, with Amelia's gaze intensing in on him furiously with every word.

" You think i am i have been with him planning to murder potter." She sneered.

" Every student in hogwarts thinks so" he sneered, not denying what she said, " and by pulling such stunts you are going to prove them right" he continued.

Amelia was to retort back when her godfather interrupted their 'conversation'. " Amelia you have to go to the great hall the sleeping arrangements are made over there for everyone, rush quickly before it gets darker" he said in a rushed tone.
Not uttering a word Amelia yanked herself from her uncles grip and left.

Upon reaching the great hall she was met with an unexpected sight. There were students laying in their sleeping bags on floor. Sleeping on floor wasnt something she fancied and that too with almost a hundred students around. She wanted to find a comfortable spot for herself beside someone tolerable. She roamed her eyes to find the redhead twins, but was met with a terrible sight when she saw both the boys layed beside each other with a girl with each. She darted her eyes away in disgust. At the end of the hall she could spot some empty space, she moved her legs towards the directed quickly grabbing a sleeping bag and sprawled it on the cold floor. Sighing she laid down on it, trying to ease her mind of her non stopping thoughts. She covered her face with the blanket, not wanting anyone to see her.

After a while she felt like something in her surrounding changed, she heard shuffling and felt sudden warmth. Opening one eye she faced the back of someones head. Those chocolate brown hair felt familiar, she wanted to say something but couldn't. The person in front of her started stirring and turning around. She immediately brought the covers again on her face, feeling some uneasiness.

After a few moments she started lowering down the covers cautiously to see the persons face. Upon lowering the covers she was met with those brown eyes again which seemed to take her breath away, those eyes were totally focused on her.

"You" she whispered, not breaking the eye contact.

" Yes Me" the person whispered back with his lips tugging upwards.

" Hi" Amelia said blushing.

"Hey" he wisphered back with his cheeks heating up too, both of them laid in silence facing each other, not breaking the eye contact. None being able to utter a word. After what felt like hours Amelia finally spoke up.

" Good night i guess?" She asked quieter than a whisper blinking slowly.

"Yeah good night" came the reply.

Both drifted to sleep closing their eyes. The sound of the head boys shouting, the teachers patrolling didnt bother her as she felt complete serenity besides the hufflepuff. She wanted to open her eyes to take one more glimpse of the hufflepuff. She shrugged the urge off and went to sleep with her lips tugging upwards slightly.

Meanwhile after several rounds of patrolling Remus stepped in the great hall to take a glimpse of his goddaughter. Upon reaching their he was met with an amused sight. His goddaughter holding of a certain hufflepuff boy, both sleeping soundlessly. A smirk tug on his lips at the sight in front of his eyes. Suddenly he felt someone come beside him. Turning around he saw severus who had the usual scowl on his face. But it grew more as he saw his niece. Her hand in the hands of a boy.

" Done with the patrolling i assume severus." Remus started the conversation.

" Yes" came the reply. Remus noticed he was busy on glaring the sight in front of him, a chuckle escaping his lips.

"Whats so funny" snarled severus.

" Its just it feels like you are gonna throw that boy in a burning cauldron, nothing much" Remus said suppressing his laugh and thinking about the future conversation the uncle and niece duo ganna have.

Severus didnt respond he started towards his niece but was stopped by remus.

" Now now severus we dont wanna disturb the whole hall, do we? Let the kids sleep peacefully." He said grinning.

" Whatever you say lupin" severus muttered yanking his hand out of remus' grip. He marched furiously out of the hall, his black cloak flying wildly.

" Grumpy old man" muttered remus in severus' dramatic instincts. Having one last glance of his goddaughter remus left the hall.

Hey guys! Its is now the 11th chapter. We have come a little far and i am also quite impressed of my consistency. So i just wanted to know whether you are liking the cedric part in the fiction or not, or maybe i can add up another character. I just wanna know your guys opinion. You know its my first time on wattpad and i have the littlest idea about fanfictions so just kind of wanting to know how far are you guys liking it. You can even suggest something, that'll be a great help. I' ll be waiting for a feedback.
