SHUSHES FILLED THROUGH THE ROOM WHEN LUNA entered her and Derek's shared loft. She narrowed her eyes slightly at the sight of Peter, Cora, Boyd, her brother, and Derek all huddled around the table but there was nothing on the table. They just seemed like they were talking.

"I thought you were with Rebekah having a girl's night." Derek pointed out, hands behind his back.

Luna squint her eyes. Something was off and she knew it, she looked over to her brother seeing his eyes flicker towards her phone.

She shifted her eyes towards coffee table before nodding, "Just forgot a movie."

Derek nodded, "Okay, enjoy."

She furrowed her brows at the small nervousness in his tone, "Is there something going on I should worry about?"

"Not at all. Just . . . talking." Cora stated with a tight lipped smile. Her eyes shifted towards Peter who rolled his eyes at their nervousness, he didn't understand why they wouldn't just bring in the hybrid, hell she was stronger than all of them. Though, he would never admit that.

"With Peter?"

The group glanced towards the eldest wolf before nodding. She could hear the small jump in Cora and Boyd's heart making her nod, she sent them a smile showing she believed them.

"Okay, enjoy!" She stated before running out the loft. The wolves listened carefully until they heard the door slam close from the loft underneath them, though Scott took the opportunity to quickly text the hybrid.

The original noticing the look on the hybrid's face, she huffed making Luna send the girl an apologetic look. "It seems that my family are somewhat bad liars, and I know why."

Rebekah huffed taking the phone from her hand so she can scan over the message Scott had sent her.

"And to think, I just placed on this clay mask." Rebekah rolled her eyes before grabbing onto the wet cloth and began to wipe it off roughly leaving Luna to stare at the woman in amusement.

      THE HYRBID AND THE ORIGINAL STOOD OUTSIDE the walls of the mall, they both could hear the chaos from inside. Derek thought attacking would be best when the two ladies were having a girl's night as if they wouldn't know what would've been happening. Luckily, Scott informed her about their whereabouts because he knew with the powers of two more would be greatly appreciated.

"Remember, Rebekah. No killing . . . not yet anyways." Luna shrugged making the blonde original sigh before releasing a small nod.

"Fine . ."

The sound of running made the two turn around the only to see a familiar huntress approaching them. "Allison? What are you doing here?"

Luna's eyes gazed towards the bow and the several arrows in her quiver setting right behind her, "I can help."

Rebekah looked towards the hybrid but she nodded assuring her she could be of use. Allison smiled gratefully before pausing, "Why aren't you in there fighting?"

"Because someone thought it would be an amazing idea to fight a battle without the two strongest women in this goddamn town." Rebekah grumbled at the thought of Derek's stupidity making Luna send her a look but she shrugged. "It's true."

"What she said." Luna pointed to the blonde before nodding her towards the building. "Okay, let's get in there."

The three had made their way into the building with ease, luckily. Their steps were very light, enough that the others wouldn't be able to hear them. Allison signaled she was going at the top making the women nod and proceeded to make their way further in.

"What'll it be, Derek. Pack or family?" Kali's voice boomed through the mall.

Luna could see her pack was defeated, the twins held onto Scott and Isaac while Kali had ahold of Cora. Boyd stood in front of Derek with blood dripping from his mouth looking up at his alpha with fear.

Kali stepped deeper onto Cora's neck making a crunch be heard as she grunted. But everyone froze when they heard a low heavy growl being heard from the darkness. The slowly turned over to see Luna and Rebekah coming out of the corner with the fangs piercing through the air.

Derek looked at his girlfriend in shock that she was currently there.

"No . . ." Deucalion mumbled in fear but before any harm could be brought their way. An arrow pierced the air lodging itself into the twins, Rebekah took the opportunity to knock all the alphas onto their back.

"Cover your eyes!" Deucalion shouted at his the alphas, the arrow flew past the air with flash bombs attached to them. Once Allison was out of the arrows, Luna's eyes landed on Ennis growling towards her brother.

She glanced towards Cora and Isaac who looked at the hybrid, she nodded towards Boyd. "Get him out of here."

And they did as they were told. They lifted up the injured beta that rested in front of Luna and carried him towards the outside. The hybrid looked at her younger brother that stood beside her, everyone watched as Kali and Ennis stood a couple feet from them.

"Ready, little brother?" She asked making him shortly nod. Luna released a roar feeling the veins protrude from under her eyes.

And with that, they took off towards each other. Kali with Scott and Ennis with Luna. Derek watched in fear as they two began to get more closer toward each other.

And that's when it happened, Luna gripped onto the alpha's neck and lifted him up into the air. She used the most of her strength but not enough to kill him and slammed him into the concrete ground.

Derek watched as she lifted her head slowly before looking towards him, he could've sworn his heart stopped when his red eyes met her red ones.

"That's impossible." Rebekah murmured in astonishment. Luna quickly blinked feeling something off about her, her once red eyes turning back to its amber colors.

But she was caught off guard with Ennis slamming her into the ground along with Rebekah. She grunted in pain while Derek slashed the alpha on his back causing the two now to fight. The two began to get closer and closer towards the edge with a large hole of the other side making Luna stare in horror.

She picked herself off of the ground ignoring the pain she felt and ran towards them, but it was too late. The two fell off of the edge, Derek making one last eye contact with Luna to see her shouting for him as she tried to reach for him.

"Derek!" She yelled for her boyfriend, the pain laced in voice was too much. The sound of the bodies colliding against the metal escalators made Luna's heart drop, Rebekah had to speed over to the mother to stop her from falling over the edge.

Everyone watched with sadden eyes as the hybrid had tears running down her cheeks, crying for the alpha.

Rebekah had told everyone to go, that she would make sure Derek was gone but Luna stayed with her to make sure as well. Ennis' body had already disappeared due to the other alphas, all that was left was Derek's.

Luna ignored the form of his body and just approached him but something caught her attention. She approached her boyfriend only to hear a faint heartbeat, Luna gasped loudly looking towards the Original who heard it as well.

"He's alive."

      AND THAT IS HOW LUNA SAT BESIDE THE LOVE of her life while he recovered in bed. Luna had given him some of her blood but since the scratches were from an alpha, they would take longer to heal but it was an improvement. Rebekah took her daughter to her mother's home while Luna watched over to Derek, Scott was off with the others to a cross country meet, she tried to reach them but none responded.

A slight groan caused her to turn her head to see Derek awakening, she immediately jumped up. "Woah there, take it easy."

"What happened?" He groaned softy, placing a hand on his forehead.

"You obviously survived the fall from Ennis. I gave you some of my blood to heal you, which has shown progress but . . . the alpha scratch takes a while."

Derek sighed as he was fully sitting up, "We have to find the others, they think I'm dead."

Luna shook her head resting her hand in his shoulder, "I tried calling them but no one was answering. They're probably at a hotel for the night, we'll tell them in the morning."

He slowly nodded looking down at his marks embedded on his torso. Luna sighed, "They're slowly beginning to close, much faster with my blood in your system."

"I never got to say thank you." He stated making her meet his eyes, a soft smile was plastered on his lips. "I should've told you about the attack . . . but I didn't want to risk you getting hurt and have Hope here with no one."

Luna smiled at his words letting her hands bring up his face slightly when looked down at his lap, "I would never leave you or the others behind especially if it cost my life. Besides, Hope will never be alone. She has the others by her side willing to risk it all."

Derek's eyes shifted towards her lips, the air in the room began to thicken making Luna smirk. "I love you. Always and forever."

"Always and forever." He muttered before latching his lips onto hers.

Luna carefully climbed her way onto his lap, letting his hands grip onto her waist, his fingernails digging into her waist. His lips began to trail his warm, wet kisses down her neck causing Luna to softly moan. Derek couldn't wait any longer, he ripped the front of her shirt revealing her bra.

He quickly flipped the two over where he was on top as Luna dragged her fingers down his stomach she noticed the deep scratches were beginning to heal faster than usual. She smirked causing him to do so as well and letting his lips set on hers one more. Luckily, everyone was gone and the two were left alone for their pleasurable night.
