slowly unlocked the door, and pushed it open. Entering the apartment, she was cautious of her surroundings, as she closed the door quietly behind her. Take small steps into the main room of her apartment, she looked around for any signs of not being alone.  Katrina then noticed her balcony doors open, and quickly go to close them, turning back around she nearly lets out a scream when she sees a dark figure standing in the middle of the room.

"You are a litte far from home" she says to the figure, "and you nearly scared me"
"You're getting rusty then Kitty" the man says to her.
"And you shouldn't be creeping up on lonely vulnerable women" she says as she turns on her living room light. "What are you doing here Grayson?" she asks him, as she goes to sit on her couch.

"I heard you were awake" he says to her as he sits down beside her.
"And you had to come see if it was true, didn't want to believe Bruce" she says to him.
"Of course I had to see if it was true Kitty" he says as he inches closer to her, and she automatically pulls away.

"Grayson; No! I can't do this, I just got out of a coma for nine months, and you think coming waltzing back into my life is going to make a difference. It's not, I left that life behind, and I don't want to get back into it. I thought you left it behind too" Katrina says looking at him.
"It never really stays behind" he says to her.
"I've had a rough day, and I have to be up early Grayson" she says as she gets up and heads to her door, motioning for him to leave.

"Yeah, I get it. Keep in touch though Kitty, I missed you" he gets up and heads to the door, stopping in front of her, he pulls her close and leans in to kiss her, when she pulls away.
"I can't Grayson" she says as she opens the door letting him leave.
"See you around Kitty" he says to her.
"Yeah see you too Birdboy" she says as she watches him walk away.
