     There was a flash of light as I was brought into a room with Steven, Lars, Green Zircon, a blue Zircon, Yellow, and Blue.

Green Zircon: "And for my second eye witness: The one who recalls the events from the eyes of Pink Diamond herself."

     Steven looked at me in shock.

Green Zircon: "You claim that Pink Diamond was in front of her palanquin when she was struck down, correct?"

(Y/N): "Yes."

Green Zircon: "And you remember Pink Diamond being taken while her form had been dissipated?"

(Y/N): "Yes."

Green Zircon: "There you have it. Rose Quartz abducted Pink Diamond, and that's Rose Quartz. I rest my case."

     She pointed to Steven.

Blue Zircon: "Oh she is good."

Yellow Diamond: "Well I am convinced..."

Blue Diamond: "Not yet Yellow. The defense still has to speak."

Blue Zircon: "Right, well uh, before I start my very, uh, thought out, defense. I'd like to, remind the court that Rose Quartz, did, turn herself in."

Yellow Diamond: "The court remembers. And the court, does not, care."

Blue Zircon: "Uh, of course. Uh, in-INNOCENT, uh the word innocent can mean, oh, many different things-"

Steven: "I DID IT!"

Blue Zircon: "What!? Stop!"

Blue Diamond: "No. I want to hear what she has to say."

     A pillar was raised with Steven on it so Blue could hear him up close.

Yellow Pearl: "State your name for the record please."

Steven: "I, um, I am Rose Quartz. I am guilty."

Blue Zircon: "Wait, no don't say that."

Steven: "Everything you guys said I did, I did. And I did it by myself, I'm sorry, I'll accept any punishment you want to give me. Just let him go. And them. And leave the Earth alone."

     Steven pointed to Lars, and then me.

Yellow Diamond: "Hah, sounds like a solid confession to me."

Blue Diamond: "How. How did you do it? How did you abduct Pink Diamond?"

Steven: "Um, well, I did it on Earth. In front of Pink Diamond's palanquin, I was probably like 'Stop', and she was all like 'Nooo.' so we fought. I think. And she probably did some cool moves..."

     Blue Zircon was banging their head into the pillar, while Green Zircon was looking at her fingers with a smug grin.

Steven: "... I probably did some cool stuff too. There was some jump kicks and stuff. I was most likely deeply conflicted about decided to sh-abduct, her. Definitely crying. I probably used, the breaking point to do it."

Blue Diamond: "It was a sword!"

     She put her hands on her face and burst, the room glowing blue as everyone started to tear up, except Lars.

Blue Diamond: "You, dissipated her, with a sword."

Yellow Diamond: "That is quite enough testimony from you. We shall take a short recess."

     I was back in the room I was in before, Green Zircon had joined me in there.

Green Zircon: "Ha, this trial is already over, there is no way they can pull themselves out of this."

(Y/N): "Statistically there is still at least one way, but in terms of probability, yes it is very unlikely."

Green Zircon: "What do you mean?"

(Y/N): "Well, when it comes to statistics you have to remember, even if it is extremely unlikely, it is still, in a sense, possible. Like how on Earth, the likely hood of getting hit by a meteor at any point is extremely low, but it is never zero. Or the probability of getting robbed in your own house in a good neighborhood, unlikely, but the chance never drops to zero percent."

Green Zircon: "I guess you have a point, but still, it is, ahem, unlikely, that they will be able to pull themselves out of this hole."

(Y/N): "There you go."

Green Zircon: "Who are you anyway? I mean, yes your name is (Y/N), and you are human, but how do you know of Pink Diamond? And why do the Diamonds respect you?"

(Y/N): "Well, I am part gem, I have some of Pink Diamond's memory, and I have exceptional abilities. Hence why Yellow Diamond has made me an honorary member of her court."

Green Zircon: "Hmm, I see. Wait, part gem?"

(Y/N): "Yes, a very long story, in which I don't even know if it's true but the fact of the matter is, I exist, I am here, and I can do these things."

Green Zircon: "I see."

(Y/N): "Yes. Shouldn't you be working on a case to back up your previous statements just in case they do manage to beat the odds and come out on top?"

Green Zircon: "Oh please, did you see them? They were all over the place."

(Y/N): "Yes, but you don't know Steven, I don't know him that well either, but I have spent months with him. He always finds a way to get out of trouble."

Green Zircon: "Wait, Steven? That's what the other human said."

(Y/N): "Oh, yes. Steven is the name that he is referred to on Earth."

Green Zircon: "That is ridiculous."

(Y/N): "Well, that's the truth."

     We were back in the court room. I was standing in between Blue and Yellow.

Blue Zircon: "Rose Quartz is flawed, I grant you, a shallow stratigem who turned on her own kind out of a misguided attachment to a planet and creatures like these."

     Lars was brought back into the court.

Blue Zirchon: "It's indisputable that as the Diamond overseeing Earth, Pink was Rose Quartz's enemy. Rose had everything to gain by abducting her. But even though she may have wanted to abduct Pink Diamond, could she? Blue Diamond, for the purpose of the argument, may I present your palanquin?"

Yellow Diamond: "Is this necessary?"

Blue Diamond: "Isn't it? Please, proceed."

     Blue's palanquin was summoned into the court.

Blue Zircon: "Now, as the records show. Pink Diamond was 'shattered' just outside a palanquin much like this. Witnesses said, Pink had stepped out, only a few steps forward, when Rose attacked her from behind. The question no one seems to be asking is: 'How?'"

Blue Diamond: "I've been asking that question."

Blue Zircon: "A-a-and right you are to ask, my Diamond, because at the time that Pink was abducted, Rose Quartz had been a recognized threat for several hundred years. There were no Rose Quartz soldiers in her entourage, and none in her guard. So how did a Rose Quartz, with no business being anywhere near Pink Diamond, get so close in the first place? Where were Pink Diamond's attendants? Her Agates? Her Sapphires? And where was her Pearl?"

     As she said that, I got a flash. I remember being on Pink Diamond's palanquin. Pearl was nervous, I assured her it was going to be fine. I grabbed some dirt, and crushed and molded it into gem shards. I swallowed it, stepped out of my palanquin. I heard Pearl shape shift. I was so excited. Soon, it would be a new beginning. Pearl, as Rose Qaurtz, dissipated me from behind. She grabbed me, I could feel it, and we ran away together.

     The flash ended. I ignored it as I pretended nothing happened, listening to the Zircon make her case.

Yellow Diamond: "They were with her of course, they saw the whole thing!"

Blue Zircon: "But none of them saw Rose Quartz approach? Wouldn't her Sapphires see Rose Quartz coming? Wouldn't her Agates have tried to fight her off?"

Yellow Diamond: "She must have slipped past them!"

Blue Zircon: "Even if she did, wouldn't her Pearl have cried out in alarm? 'Watch out my Diamond!' No, whoever did this was already close to Pink Diamond, someone her guards would allow to get near her. Someone she would listen to when asked to stop her palanquin and step outside. And someone with the authority to cover it up afterwards! Someone with supreme authority. Someone, like one of YOU!"

     Blue gasped as Yellow stood up. Oh no, it's going down. 

Blue Zircon: "Uh, disregard that last statement I might have gotten carried away."

     Yellow pressed her finger down onto Blue Zircon, dissipating her. 

Green Zircon: "Case closed. Right, my Diamond?"

     Yellow turned around and destabilized her from with a blast.

Blue Diamond: "Yellow stop it!"

     Steven made his way over to Lars and un-bubbled his head. In the moment of chaos I decided to go along with Steven. We went onto Blue's palanquin.

Lars: "Hurry up and drive this thing! Those giant crazy chicks aren't gonna be distracted forever!"

     Steven put his hand on the control pad, raising the palanquin. After a bit of back and forth movement, Steven managed to get the palanquin to launch into the air and through the roof. We started falling as a diamond shaped hole appeared in the side of the court room. 

Yellow Diamond: "You think you can get away Rose? You stood your ground on that little spec called Earth. But your on our world now."
