Since it's a mental health awareness day and my department is one of the most mentally challenged one, we were sent a beautiful article how to take a good care of yourself in our profession. It also included major signs of one's condition getting bad......I couldn't help but laugh when I've realized I tick all the boxes. Exhaustion, insomnia, weakened immunity (two cold sores in a month? Haha), lack of creativity, shut down, lack of motivation, rapid weight loss/gain and, of course, anxiety. The latest one hit me like a fucking train today due to a SJW coming after one of accounts I maintain and although colleagues backed me up and ensured it's not my content to blame plus the same post has not caused any mess on other platforms, hour and a half later I can't stop shaking. On the bright side I've got to use shorthand today.
