🎤INTRODUCTION

My name is Sheha and I'm from Sri Lanka. I'm 19 years old and currently I have volunteered to teach lil ones. I also do my studies as well.

🎤What inspired you to start writing?

Actually it was my sister who introduced wattpad to me. I wrote few books and then thought why not me too 😉.

🎤When did you start writing?

I started writing last year (2020) March I guess.

🎤Have you always wanted to be a writer?

I never thought I would write till I come across wattpad but I loved partcipating in creative writing competitions and i've also been ranked first in all island for my creative writing.🤗

🎤What comes first the plot or the Characters?

Always the plot. I decide the characters later.

🎤What is the most difficult part about writing for you?

For me, I'm too lazy to type and I hate it when wattpad deletes one whole chapter after I complete typing it.😑

🎤When you're writing an Emotional, Sad, Romantic scene,how did you get in the mood?

When I write, I usually live in it. So its easier to write such scenes.

🎤What was your most favorite part and least favorite part of the publishing Journey?

Most favourite part is, I met the best people from around the world and least favourite.. 🤔 Actually I love everything about writing and being in wattpad.

🎤Did you find it more challenging to come up with your First Book?

No, it was the easiest. I completed it in one month.

🎤How many books have you written? And which is your Favorite?

I have written three books except for my short story collection. I love "Withering Hearts" the most.

🎤Which of your books where most enjoyable to write?

I loved writing "Yara and Yuhan". The characters in it are really sweet and nice. I wish I could meet such people in reality.

🎤Tell us few things about your first book? What was the journey like?

Like I told you before, it took me only one month and I didn't take much time to publish it either. I was never worried about number of viewers. I write coz I love it.

🎤What advice would you give a new writer, someone just starting out?

Never get demotivated. Have lots of patience. There's always someone out there to put you down but the choice of falling or standing is always yours.

🎤Are you working on anything at the present you would like to share with your readers about?

Currently I'm not writing anything but I wanted to start writing the sequel of "Yara and Yuhan".

🎤How many plot ideas are just  waiting to be written? Can you tell us about one?

My book "Withering Hearts" is on hold. I've to complete that and the story line for the sequel of "Yara and Yuhan" has currently occupied my head. For now its only that.

🎤Which was the first book you read?

It was BM3 by HopesPrayersNSmiles .

🎤What is your favorite genre to read?

I love mystery/Thriller.

🎤Do you read your book reviews? How do you deal with the Good and the Bad ones?

Of course I do. I love reading them. But Alhamdulillah so far I've got no bad reviews on any of my books.

🎤Who is your Favorite Author?

In wattpad it is sprinkleofhayat
and there are many out of it😜.

🎤Which book is currently on your bedside table?

No story books. As I told you before, Coz I teach, I have books which I teach. I have to go through them every day and night😂😂.

🎤Do you have any writing goal in General or just Wattpad?

I didn't have before but now I'm thinking of becoming a writer. But I don't want to publish any book I wrote here. They'll remain on this platform.

🎤How does it feel when you get so much Support and Love from Reader's?

To be honest, Very few people make me feel blessed and Readers are one of them. I love them way too much.

🎤Lastly would you like to share something with your reader's or writer's?

To readers, Keep supporting the writers/authors. Your one comment would mean a lot to a reader. Make sure you vote and be kind enough to drop a review in the books you read.

To writers, Keep going. Always appreciate your work. Rely on yourself. Don't rush anything. You will get readers at the right time. Trust the plannings of the Almighty. ☺️
