her outfit was inspired by Rangi from the Kyoshi books. Rangi is my all time favorite fire bender besides Azula. so, i came up with the idea of Keira being Azula's daughter, and having a look alike armor from Rangi's armor.

Keira has the ability of firebending (blue flames too), lighting bending, and redirection of lightning.
