Hawks and Susie continue to bout, the fight going almost nowhere. The former feels pretty stupid right now, especially since he's literally the second best Pro Hero in the country. However, self-loathing isn't going to defeat this strange android girl.

Susie squeals as she uses a missile to parry Hawks' blade. "You two, I haven't seen you guys in a while!" She puts a hand on the side of her face, tilting her head. They can tell that she's smiling, even if she doesn't actually have a mouth. It's like Spiderman's exaggeration of facial expressions to convey emotion through his eyes, aside from his wild, excessive hand gesturing.

Coincidentally, Hawks' phone for business rings, indicating that the Commission probably needs him. He mentally curses, realizing that no one really knows that he's fighting a literal mech right now. He breaks away from the scratched up missile as it explodes, flying back as he quickly takes the call while he continues to deflect projectiles.

He's called for a mission, and promptly calls for backup after the call and leaves the area, glancing over his shoulder only to see Susie conversing with the threeβ€” particularly the pink ball.

A bubble in Susie's mind pops, the lady remembering something. "Oh, Kirby! I just remembered something," she muses as she grabs a remote out of somewhere and presses a button.

...

For a few seconds, it just seems like nothing is happening.

Until a pink mech suddenly falls from the sky, landing between Susie and the Dream Team. The latter jumps back in surprise. "The improved Robobot Armor!" Susie presents, stepping out of her Business Suit. "Don't question how it came, that's a question for... no time!"

"Look, I even got rid of the heinous stickers you put and improved them!" Susie boasts, patting the arm of the mech. "Why don't you give it a ride, hmmm?" She suggests to Kirby, clasping her hands together.

Kirby nods, walking towards the mech with Meta Knight's skeptical eyes burning into the back of Susie's head, leaping onto the mech, putting on the helmet cramped in the seat and taking its place. The layout hasn't changed so much since the last time he used the Robobot Armor, but there seems to be a few new buttons on the board.

Meanwhile, as Kirby familiarizes himself with the improved Robobot Armor, Susie turns to Dedede and Meta Knight. "Hello, Meta Knight! How is the mask holding up? Hasn't broken since I reinforced it with haltinium, correct?" Susie assumes with emphasis on the material, placing a palm on the side of her face.

"I have not gotten the opportunity to properly confirm the sturdiness in a real battle yet, so I do not have a solid answer at the moment." Meta Knight replies, stoic as ever.

"Oh, Meta Knight, still so skeptical..." Susie hums, before turning back to Kirby and quickly being reminded of Hawks. She blinks, noticing the absence of the hero. "He ran off...?"

A pair of tealish green eyes look down at the quartet below with what seems to be resent and intrigue, eyeing the alleged President and CEO of this strange Haltmann Works Company.

And those soft eyes don't belong to the mysterious "Gizo," not at all.

Well, technically they're not his.

But in this case...

A thin line, a string invisible in the scene extends from her finger, soundlessly hovering its way to the robotic girl.

- β˜… -

Susie's yellow eyes suddenly shift into a light hue of purple, her body stiffening. This confuses the other four; especially the Dream Team. Meta Knight figures that it's probably a villain- someone like Gizo, perhaps. They are unable to question the situation as Susie launches several missiles, two dozens of them.

One thing Kirby noticed is that the Robobot Armor is now faster amd more agile, less stiff; certainly some useful changes. Unfortunately, since Susie hasn't taught him all the new mechanics, he'll have to figure them out along the way.

Kirby raises an arm to block himself from a missile, the metal fortunately sturdy enough to withstand Susie's surely destructive missiles. Thankfully enough, the buildings around here already seem to be rundown and abandoned.

Meta Knight, Galaxia unsheathed, teleports from spot to spot with his physically defying Dimensional Cape and occasionally slices through the missiles with ease.

Dedede either tanks the hits like a champ, eats them whole, or deflects the dangerous explosives with his hammer like he's playing baseball, or actually dodges them.

The possessed, puppeteered, whatever-- Susie raises the protective glass of her Business Suit and with a huff, the screwdriver head on the bottom of her mech starts to rapidly spin around, allowing her movement as she tosses landmines around the ground. Kirby happens to catch one of them and scans the explosive mine, earning the Mode: Bomb. This one is a familiar Mode.

The others are forced to either go airbone-- Meta Knight and-- or be extremely careful with their steps--- Dedede. Dedede aims and swings his hammer down on a landmine as if he's playing golf, the small object angled to explode on Susie.

Dedede silently mutters to himself, "I'm such a genius," as the landmine comes in contact with the side of Susie's Business Suit and explodes while Meta Knight sends numerous beams with the slash of Galaxia as he hovers in the air, his wings beating to stay afloat.

With most of the ground cleared of landmines, Kirby starts to launch Boomsteppers; small, round mechanic bombs that sprint towards the enemy with its legs, exploding when a short internal countdown runs out.

Kirby appears to have fun in the new and improved Robobot, glancing down at the control panel. Repeatedly releasing the familiar Boomsteppers as his eyes rake over the board, he notices a new buttonβ€” it's big, red, and has the words 'SELF-DESTRUCT' on them.

Curious about the effects of pressing the big red button, the illiterate Kirby eagerly presses it. He soon sees a countdown before he gets launched out of his seat, landing on the ground with a thud and a cry. Kirby stands up and turns around just in time to see the mech explode, a flash blinding him momentarily.

Susie stumbles, the Business Suit falling over as smoke rises from the aftermath of the explosion. Meta Knight and Dedede glance over at Kirby, who is covered in dust and soot. "What happened to the robot?" Dedede asks. Kirby approaches the scraps of the Robobot with a small frown.

Susie coughs as she gets up, Meta Knight promptly getting into a defensive stance again. Kirby glances over at her, noticing that her eyes are yellow again. Kirby wonders if her eye color had something to do with her uproar, or if she was just super angry. "Poyo..."

- β˜… -

She sharply gasps as her eyes flicker back from tealish green to purple, lonely standing in a deep, dull alley. Guilt crashes down on her like a landslide for the umpteenth time. She looks down at her hands with hazy vision partially obscured by her long, disheveled hair and shaky, swallow breaths.

Her eyes dart, staring at the loose, bloody bandages on her forearms that cover wounds and scars. Her breath quickens before she sprints deeper into the narrow alley, running as if the walls may close in and crush her soon.

Author Kiivee Speakingβ„’ for the first time in like 3 months or something

Did you miss me? I haven't updated in months, even the drawing book has gone barren.

Well, that's too bad because the Christmas chapter is only going to be out in a month and you'll have to wait even more. It's not even a story chapter but deal with it losers
