Irene and EA had spent all afternoon talking to each other. Both of them were Hirto's exes, so they got along well because of their hate for Hirto.

"You wanna go out for a walk?" EA asked Irene. Irene nodded. They both headed outside the door and onto the road. The sky was a pale purple colour and the fading sun reflected off of Irene's pendant, somehow making her look even prettier.

EA looked in front of her and saw Hirto holding a girl's hand. The girl had dirty blonde hair that had streaks of red in it, and was wearing a red dress with black stockings.

Who's that? EA thought.

Hirto noticed Irene and EA, and immediately walked up to them. "Hello ladies, or should I say - bots?" he laughed at his own joke. Irene and EA were not amused.

"This is my girlfriend, Russian Roulette."

"Like... the song by Red Velvet?" Irene asked.

"I don't know. I never asked. I met her at a club."

"She's a Russian stripper, you know?" He whispered. "Anyway, so we hooked up once and she became my girlfriend."

"Da." Russian Roulette said, in her Russian accent, while biting her nails.

EA and Irene were disgusted. He kissed Russian Roulette on the lips and walked away with her.

Irene and EA realized that he was trying to make them jealous. It wasn't really working, but they wanted to give him a taste of his own medicine.

"What if we make him feel the same way?" Irene said, turning around and smirking at EA.

"You mean... date each other?" EA asked.

Irene nodded.

"Well... " EA said.

"Let's make him feel jealous." Irene then laced her fingers through EA's. "Will you be my girlfriend?" She asked.

EA nodded and the two of them continued walking without a word as the sunset faded in front of them.

After EA went home and lay in her bed, she thought about how Irene had proposed to her.

Was it genuine or just to get back at Hirto? She wondered. What if she asked me out of pity? What if she doesn't like me at all? Do I even like her? These thoughts clouded her mind, and she fell asleep.

EA woke up the next morning thinking that the previous day was all a dream. She trudged out of her house to the Kpop server. On her way she met Irene.

"Hi!" Irene said cheerfully. "Wanna walk together? I work in the Kpop server too!"

So it wasn't a dream EA realized.

"Sure!" She said. Irene held her hand and pulled her towards the server.

When they entered, EA felt everyone staring at Irene and her. She ignored them and put her head down and walked. While they were going, they passed someone who shouted at them for moving on so quickly.

"They don't know anything." Irene told EA. EA nodded. Besides, they had the right to move on from Hirto. After all, the faster they got over him, the better.

The next few days EA spent were the best days of her life. She didn't know why but she was glad. She felt as if Irene had healed her, both physically and mentally. One day, Irene called her over to watch a movie. When EA got there, Irene greeted her cheerfully at the door and called her in. They sat down on the floor in the living room, with a blanket on the side in case they got cold, since it was a winter night.

"What do you want to watch?" Irene asked.

EA shrugged. "Anything's fine." She said.

"Oh shoot!" Irene said, slapping her head. "I forgot the popcorn. One sec, I'll be right back!" She said, and ran out of the room.

EA watched her go. Popcorn reminded her of that day when she went on a date with Hiroto. She shuddered. She didn't want to think about that time in her life. Suddenly the window rattled. EA shrugged it off and waited for Irene. It rattled again. Then, the hair on her neck stood up and she felt like someone was watching her. It's nothing she told herself. But then she slowly turned to face the window. And saw her dad climbing in.

"Drrrrat, this stupid window!" he grumbled to himself. He didn't seem to notice EA.

EA screamed. She didn't know what her dad was doing in the house or how he found her, but she didn't want him there. He looked up. His face expression changed to that of a brummagem caring look.

"Oh hey girl!"

"D-dad?" EA looked very confused.

"Yeah it's me. Did you forget about me? Gosh, I knew it!"

"Well-"

"Okay anyway, I don't give a damn. I'm here to take you back."

"Wow. You haven't changed one bit. Just like always, you never cared about me."

"Of course I care about you." He stepped into the room.

"Sure." she said, sarcastically.

"EA! I don't have any salted popcorn right now. Are you fine with caramel?" Irene yelled from her kitchen.

"Yeah sure!"

"Excuse me? Who's that?!" Dank Memer said, looking furious.

"Why don't you just go. I'm never coming home." She spat the word out.

"No way. I'm taking you with me." He said, grabbing her arm.

"LET ME GO! WHAT DO YOU WANT WITH ME?!" EA screamed.

"EA, is everything okay?" Irene yelled again, sounding worried.

"MY DAD BROKE INTO YOUR HOUSE!" She screamed but her words were muffled by her dad's other hand.

"I GET 100,000₩ IF I FIND YOU!" He said.

"Huh?"

Dank Memer showed her a flyer. It said 'EASY APPLICATIONS BOT: FIND HER AND YOU GET 100,000₩!'

EA was shocked.

"What is this?" she asked.

"Can't you read?"

EA scoffed. "I bet this is Oilylotion." she muttered.

"OILY WHAT NOW?"

"MY EX-GUARDIAN. NOW LEAVE ME ALONE!"

"GUARDIAN?! WHAT? EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO ME RIGHT NOW. WHO THE HELL IS OILYLOTION AND WHOSE HOUSE ARE WE IN RIGHT NOW?"

"GET OUTTA HERE, YOU DOUCHE!"

"The nerve." Dank Memer scoffed.

EA was about to explode but she heard Irene's footsteps and quickly shoved Dank Memer outside the window. Dank Memer tried to get in and EA pushed him outside. He toppled out the window into the bushes.

"DARN HAT RACK!" EA heard him scream as he fell.

"What was that?" Irene asked.

"Oh nothing. Just my dad."

"Wow! Have you told your dad about us?"

"WHAT? NO OF COURSE NOT! HE WOULD BLAST IF I TOLD HIM I WAS DATING A WOMAN! HE'D NEVER SUPPORT ME!"

"Oh."

"I'm sorry I snapped, Irene." EA apologized. "It's just that with him and Oily, you're the only person who's standing beside me who I feel like an equal with. But..." She trailed off.

"But?" Irene asked questioningly.

"It's just that...'' She said hesitatingly. "It's just that...these past couple of days I've been very confused. Don't get me wrong, these were the best moments of my life, but are we actually together or.... are we dating just to get back at Hirto?"

Irene took a deep breath.

"Listen." She said, "I've been just as confused as you. I didn't know if you accepted just to get back at him, or you genuinely liked me. So I decided to pretend that this was all an act and it was just to take revenge."

"So you don't actually like me?" EA asked, devastated.

"EA, I more than like you." Irene looked into EA's eyes. EA noticed that her midnight black eyes were glistening. "I love you." She said quietly.

EA looked at Irene. "I love you too." she whispered back.

Neither of them noticed Dank Memer in the house, listening to their every word.
