I know it's been a while since I did something with this story, but I plan to resume Marilyn's story at some point — hopefully soon. I've decided to make this a completed story, and when I continue with Marilyn's story, it will be in a second Blood of Life book. 

I'm so glad you have all been reading, voting, and commenting so much; it really means a lot to me. I absolutely love hearing from any of you.
