It was night time in Dragonstone, Elaena favorite time of the day. She was sitting in the library reading a book, when suddenly her husband walked through the doors.

"Hello" she smiled sweetly at him.

"Hello? Are you jesting with me?!" He said looking frustrated.

Her face scrunched up in confusion, why was he upset? "What is it jace?" She asked sitting up.

"I've been looking for you all evening!" He said continuing to make his way up to her.

"I've been here all evening" she said with a light smile.

He sighed finally relaxing from his anxious state "I'm sorry, I just...I worry for you, all the time" he admitted sitting down before her.

She smiled placing her hand on top of his which rested before her on the couch. She sighed contentedly, leaning onto his side.

"I know my love, but you need not. I would never leave you, ever" She promised looking up at him.

He smiled wrapping an arm around her waist, his head resting against her own. "I know" he whispered kissing the top of her head gently.

There was a moment of comfortable silence, both of them simply enjoying each other's company. "How's are little one?" He asked.

"They are fine" Elaena answered, looking down at her bump with a smile.

After a moment she turned to look at him "I was thinking...if our baby is a boy, I'd like to name his after luke" she said.

Jacaerys smiled down at her, his hand cupping her cheek "That's a wonderful idea" he whispered before giving her a gentle kiss.

The two stayed in the library for another hour, talking of their plans for the baby, making both of them even more excited for its arrival.

Eventually Elaena fell asleep in her husbands arms. Jacaerys smiled down at her, before swiftly scooping her up in his arms.

He walked through the halls with her in his arms, being careful not to wake her, until he reached their chambers. He gently placed her down on the bed, playing with her dark hair.

"ēdrugon sȳrī issa jorrāelagon" He whispered kissing her forehead before walking away from her. (Sleep well, my love)

The next morning Jacaerys and Elaena walked through the castle together. Now that they were practically stuck on Dragonstone, all they could do was go on walks.

They had enjoyed going on rides too, but with Elaenas current situation that was out of the question.

As they walked Jacaerys turned "Perhaps we should go see mother"

Elaena nodded at his words "I can tell she feels guilty after the other day" she said.

In no time they were outside, walking up the steps to the large balcony where they knew their mother went when she was troubled.

As they made it up, Elaena walked past a guard who bumped into her, apologising.

Elaena had to hold Jacaerys back as he went to have a go at the guard for bumping into his pregnant wife "Leave it jace, im fine" she pleaded.

Jacaerys rolled his eyes at the guard before placing his hand on Elaneas lower back, guiding her up to their mother.

"It was a bold attempt" Jacaerys said speaking of the attempted dragon claiming ceremony.

"I admire you for it mother" Elaena said trying to cheer up her mother.

"They say you struck lord Bartimos today, in view of the staff and guard. The household is abuzz with it" Jacaery said.

Elaena had to hold in a smile as she pictured the scene. Lord bartimos had deserved it, she was sure of that.

"He's lucky I did not have his tongue" Rhaenyra said.

"What did he say?" Jacaerys asked as he turned to her.

Elaena leaned her head on his shoulder as she watched her mother, waiting for her to answer.

"I have tired of being protected. I bring to mind too much their mothers and daughters. They must see me a ruler" Rhaenyra said.

"My ruler is my mother" Elaena said smiling at her mother.

"And we would not wish it otherwise" Jacaerys added.

Rhaenyra and Jacaerys started bickering about their plans, making Elaena sigh. Theses days she hardly got to talk to either of them about anything normal.

Rhaenyra noticed her daughter's frustration, and turned to her with a gentle smile "How are you feeling, my dear girl" she said placing her hand on her bump.

"I am well" Elaena answered with a happy smile.

Before either of them could say anything else a guard stood behind and then and announced someone's presence.

"The lady mysaria" the guard announced.

"My queen, our gift is sent" Mysaria said making Elaena and Jacaerys share a look of confusion.

"What gift?" Jacaerys asked.

When he got no answer he huffed, Elaena knew how much he hated being left out of plans, which was seeming to happen quite a lot lately.

Jacaerys stormed off making Elaena frown. She then looked between her mother and Mysaria and sense a bit of......romance? She hid her smirk the best she could and quickly walked away to catch up with her husband.

Once she made it inside he was speed walking ahead of her. She tried her best to catch up but being pregnant slowed her down.

"Jace wait! I cant keep up!" She yelled in annoyance.

He quickly turned around feeling guilty that she had tried to reach him, he hadn't heard her.

"I'm sorry I didn't hear" he said walking up to her.

"I hate it when you get upset with our mother" Elaena mumbled.

"I'm sorry, it's just, she's so frustrating sometimes" He sighed.

"Careful brother she may slap you like lord bartimos" Elaena joked with a smile.

He laughed at her words, pulling her closer to him by her waist, giving her cheek a gently kiss.

"Is it just me, or does it seem as though our mother may have something...going on with mysaria?" Elaena asked.

"Knowing our mother, there probably is" Jacaerys smiled with a sigh.

She laughed "Will you accompany me to the Dragonpit?"

He gave her a warning look, he had to have a long conversation about no more riding with her.

"No! Not to ride I just want to see pearl, I hanging visited her in so long and I feel terrible" She said with a pout.

"Alright" he sighed linking their arms making her smile in excitement.

Elaena ran the best she could up to her dragon who leaned down when she saw her rider.

"Pearl!" Elaena yelled in excitement. The dragon leaned its head down and Elaena hugged it with a smile.

"Nyke missed ao" Elaena said kissing her dragons large head. (I missed you)

Her dragon whined in response making her rider laugh at her.

"Princess, I bring good news, it seems the eggs have hatched" One of the keepers said.

Elaena squealed with excitement. Pearl moved slightly to allow her rider to see the hatchlings.

"Your dragon has not allowed anyone else to get close, so we've not yet seen them" the keeper bowed before walking away.

She walked over to the three baby dragons, she gasped at their tiny size "Pearl your a mother!" She said.

Elaena had decided that she'd allow her dragon to raise the hatchlings. Most dragons were given away when they were born. One of course would belong to her baby, but the rest would unclaimed.

She had asked the keepers to stay away from them unless it was very necessary. She smiled as the hatchlings walked over to her, nuzzling their heads against her hand.

"You sweet babies need names!" She announced.

She looked at one that was slightly yellow "You shall be meleys" she said.

She turned to the fully black one "I think you'll be called firestorm"

She turned to the last one, which was the biggest out of them all, and was a mix of the other twos colours "You shall be Drogon" she said.

She admired their size and she knew they'd be just as big as their mother, if not bigger.

The dragons continued to nuzzle against her hand making the keepers whisper in shock. Most dragons wouldn't let any human near them, not even their mothers rider. It was clear Elaena had already developed a trust bond with them.

She finally stepped away from them as they began to play fight with each other. Her attention went back to Pearl who leaned down to muzzle her rider gently.

However the dragon froze, looking down at her riders little bump. She leaned her large nose closer and sniffed it making Elaena laugh.

"Ziry vestragon īlon both shall sagon mothers" Elaena said. (It seems we both will be mothers)

The huge dark dragon understood the high Valyrian words and lifted her head up. She began flapping her wings in excitement.

The air she created from doing it knocked some of the keepers off their feet. Elaena put a hand over her mouth as she laughed.

"Gīda pearl!" She laughed as her dragon eventually leaned back down, nuzzling the girls pregnant belly, being very careful not to hurt her.(calm pearl)

She turned to Jacaerys who she watched the entire scene unfold and she pouted her lips to him finding her dragon totally adorable.

"We must go love" Jacaery said with a smile.

She nodded as the keeper beside her held out an arm to lead her away. Elaena gasped as her dragon began growling at the keeper who quickly scurried away.

"Ziry's ok nyke'm sȳz" she told her dragon petting the side of her head softly. Her dragon calmed down whining one last time before walking away, as did Elaena. (It's ok I'm fine)

"What was that about?" Jacaerys asked with his brows furred.

"I think she's even more protective of me" Elaena sighed. Pearl was already very protective over her rider and snapped at any keepers that pulled her attention from her.

"Me and her both" Jacaerys said with a smile making Elaena laugh softly.
