The next day Elaena was woken with extremely shocking news. They were leaving for Dragonstone, all of them.

By the end of the morn, they were on their way, sadness and excitement rushing within them. A part of Elaena was glad to leave, but a part of her would miss kingslanding. She was certain she'd miss her aunt if nothing else.

When they arrived Rhaenyra had allowed them to choose rooms. They all battled for the biggest one, and eventually Rhaenyra said Elaena would have it as she was the only girl.

Sticking her tongue out at her brothers, she quickly ran to place all her items in her new room. She smiled to herself, her new room was much nicer than her previous one. It had more of a home feeling to it.

However just as the family were getting used to their new home, they received horrible news.

LAENA VELARYON WAS DEAD.

The next week the entire family was standing along the sea, watching as Laenas casket was about to be placed into it. The were at the coast of kingslanding.

Elaena looked over to see her two cousins Baela and Rhaena crying uncontrollably. She didn't blame them, she knew she'd be inconsolable if her own mother had died.

Elaena sighed, tooking her head into her fathers arm, who smiled down sadly at her. Although he didn't show it, she could tell her father was very upset by this news. Elaena did not get to see her aunt much, she loved her very dearly.

She looked up seeing her uncle Daemon chuckle madly at the scene. She shared a confused look with Jacaerys.

Daemon was never around much, but when he came he always made time for Elaena. He sent the young girl a smile, to which she returned after a minute. Although he was mad, and trust her, she knew he was mad, he was family.

They all watched as Laenas body was thrown into the ocean, her daughters and brother crying as she was. She was at her finally resting place. She was born to the sea, and in her death, returned to it.

Later on all they all gathered on the large balcony, she saw her mother staring at her uncle, and sighed.

All day it had been like that. She knew her mother and father were not in love, but she didn't mind because they both still loved her dearly.

Rhaenyra walked over to her son and daughter. Jacaerys started giving out about wanting to be at Harrenhal instead.

They had also received more bad news over the past week. Ser Harwin had been killed in a fire, although she knew he was her blood father, she was not as upset as Jacaerys was. The night they found out he was distraught.

"Go and comfort your two cousins, they have just lost their mother" Rhaenyra ordered and Elaena nodded, having to practically drag her older brother with her.

Once they made it to the two, Jacaerys stood back awkwardly, not knowing what to say. So Elaena stood up to comfort them.

"I'm so sorry.... your mother was a fierce woman, and you both remind me of her" She said in a sweet tone, before leaning down and hugging the two girls.

"Thank you" Rhaena and Baela both whispered. Elaena then sat holding both their hands for a moment, before Rhaenys walked over, sending Elaena a smile as she walked away.

Elaena spent the rest of the night with her two siblings, trying her best to cheer her two cousins up, and succeeding, making them forget about their troubles as they played games all night.

Later that night, Elaena slept peacefully beside her brother. Both of them extremely tired from the king day they had endured.

"El, Jace! Wake up" Baela said making the two Velaryon stir and wake up.

"What is it?" Elaena asked rubbing the sleep from her eyes.

"Someone's trying to steal Vhagar!" Baela cried angrily.

"What!" Jacaerys yelled as him and his younger sister hopped out of bed, running to see who it was that had taken him.

Elaena woke her twin, yelling at him to join them, not having time to tell him what was going on. They ran down all the stairs until they reached the bottom floor.

"Jace what are we doing?" Lucerys asked from behind, still confused as to what was happening.

"It's him!" Baela yelled seeing Aemond walk in the door in front of them.

"It's me" Aemond said not caring about their feelings at all.

"Vhagar was my mothers dragon!" Rhanea yelled angrily.

"Your mothers dead! And Vhagar has a new rider now" Aemond said making Elaena gasp at his insensitive words.

"She was mine to claim!" Rhaena yelled at him.

"Then you should have claimed her! Maybe your cousins could find you a pig to ride. It would suit you." Aemond said making Elaena scowl at the boy, she officially hated him.

Rhaena yelled, shoving Aemond back roughly, but he only shoved her back harder, making her fall hardly onto the ground beneath them.

Baela walked up and punched him hard, straight in the nose making him do the same to her, watching as she fell onto the ground.

"Aemond enough!" Elaena yelled in shock as she watched her uncle punch her cousin harshly.

"Come at me again and I'll feed you to my dragon!" Aemond said, ignoring his nieces please. Jacaerys ran up and punched Aemond again in the face, and he fell back a bit.

Elaena walked up the Scene, trying to shove Aemond off of her brother, until he tried to punch her brother again, he missed, but not completely.

He had hit Elaena instead, sending her flying back and she banged her head off the ground. She yelled out in pain, holding her hand to her head, moving it back to her eyes, her cries getting louder as she saw blood. Lots of blood

The entire quietened. All children turning to look at the girl, who was still crying from the pain and the shock.

"What did you do?!" Baela yelled at Aemond who just stared at his niece.

Jacaerys raced forward yelling at his uncle and shoving him onto the ground roughly. Him and his two cousins kicking the Targaryen boy, until he shoved them off once more.

He had Lucerys in a chokehold, making Elaena rise to her feet again hitting him in the face with a stone. Her face still quivering from the pain.

Aemond glared at her, grabbing a stone too, which was more of a rock, throwing it at her face, hitting her on the forehead, leaving a large cut on it. Gods could he target someone else for a minute?

"You'll die in a fire like your father, bastards!" Aemond yelled confusing Lucerys.

"My father is still alive!" Lucerys yelled as his uncle still had an arm around his throat.

"He doesn't know does he?" Aemond laughed.

"Shut up you prick!" Elaena yelled not wanting her twin brother to find out the truth of his true father like she had mere weeks ago.

Jacaerys pulled out a knife, trying to cut Aemond but he was shoved away, and Lucerys grabbed the knife instead. Aemond raised his hand with a huge stone to hit Jacaerys, but he shoved silt in his eye, and Lucerys lunged forwards.

Elaena had now only opened her eyes again, a throbbing pain on her forehead and nose, her eyes widened, seeing her twin do the unthinkable.

Lucerys lunged forward, and stabbed Aemond roughly in the eye.

Elaena yelled out, as did they all. Aemond fell to the ground, holding his eye and screaming in pain.

Eventually guards came to the scene, staring at all the children as if they were mad. Jacaerys ran over to his sister, who was in floods of tears from the pain.)
