Don't be fooled by the title. This chapter will contain a bit of SPICY THINGS, at least as much as I can write without screaming or cringing. But no actual smut because I'm horrid at writing that. Very short, cliche and even OOC but regardless, enjoy!

Monoma felt a bit concerned. His boyfriend, Shinsou, was acting more distant then usual. Sure, Shinsou was quiet, often observing the others rather then being one of the people speaking up right. Yet, he's been way more quiet and distant, as if he's ignoring the others or as if he's dozing off on his own, which is something he usually doesn't do.

Monoma and Shinsou have been together for about 5 months. The two were always open about anything with each other and always were. The things they knew about one another was definitely something. From private family matters or secret interests that they would have never told anyone else. Even before they started dating, there was a lot of openness and trust from the beginning.

So it felt very odd for Shinsou to not bring up an issue for days on end. Yet, Monoma remained stubborn on waiting for his lover to bring up what's bothering him first. Everyday, he dropped subtle hints that he'll always listen, hints such as sweet nothings and small kisses, he even tried to stop being as smothering to show his patience. Yet they were all to no avail as Shinsou said nothing.

Currently the two lovers sat playing various video games with a few of their classmates at the common area. It was the weekend so the students didn't bother going to their rooms as early as they usually would. It was a lively evening as shouting, laughter, cheering and conversations can be heard.

As much as Monoma grinned and laughed, he couldn't shake the feeling of Shinsou's stare piercing through him. He was being quiet again, in fact, he was like that all day, once again. This was getting ridiculously concerning for Monoma. He felt worried. Was Shinsou alright? Did he do something wrong? His thoughts were all of Shinsou, it distracted him from the gaming.

A few more minutes passed by. He heard a sigh from Shinsou as he stood up. "Eh, I'm gonna go head to my room. You guys enjoy." He spoke up after awhile of not speaking a word. Without a thought, the others wished him goodnight with kind smiles before returning to their games. They didn't notice a single thing, unlike Monoma.

The blonde's lips curled inwards uncomfortably. This was really bothering him. It's been days! What did he do? He already recalled everything that he once did, went through his social media wondering if he accidentally said something that would offend Shinsou, even asked his classmates if he did anything that would be considered horrible, especially to a partner. They never told him anything useful. They didn't know a single thing did they?

"I think I'm gonna head off now too. We had a fun day didn't we?" Monoma grinned. A forced grin that felt almost painful to keep on. After he and his classmates exchanged a few words and they told him what they planned and then, their goodnights. Monoma made sure to get over with it quickly. Afterwards, he went on, rushing to his bedroom which he shared with Shinsou. The others did notice the rushing and really did pass it on as him being sweet and clingy. How clueless of them.

He rushed up to his room and opened the door. There was Shinsou, he was stood near his dresser with a blank expression. He didn't even greet Monoma upon him entering and didn't say anything. All Monoma got was a mere and brief glance. Monoma grew so impatient and desperate to know what was going on now. He quickly rushed up to Shinsou.

"Love. Can we please talk?" He went straight to the point. The impatience was destroying him. Concern filled his eyes, showing so obviously on his expression. Shinsou merely nodded. He didn't say a word. Even so, Monoma tried his best to keep composed.

"Are you alright? I haven't seen you this quiet since you first switched to class 1B. If there's something bothering you, please, tell me." He gently spoke. It was best to be straightforward with him now, communication is always what had them and they haven't actually communicated properly for days. It felt like they were losing it, their relationship.

Shinsou didn't speak for a moment.  He felt stupid, very stupid. Why did he feel the need to distance himself? Why was he still afraid? He doesn't know. Relationships are weird and a bit complicated at first. He remembers the feeling of looking around at the others and Monoma. They always laughed and smiled with one another. Maybe it was just that he wasn't used to having friends, a partner at that, but he felt like he could never be like them. Especially Monoma, he was always so talkative and sociable. And there was him, a quiet observer.

Yet they had to talk this through like they always had. As complicated relationships can be at times, one thing was always clear, communication and openness is what should glide them.

"I don't think I can do this. Being like the rest of you guys feels so, different." He spoke up, lowering his head. Monoma took a step closer, gently placing his hand on Shinsou's cheek. Usually, he wasn't the best at comforting and reassurance at all. Though he thought that Shinsou would know what he's trying to say. He always did.

"Hitoshi, you're doing great! You don't have to try to be like the rest of us. I'm well aware that socializing isn't really your thing so just take it slow."

Monoma said, trying to speak in a more reassuring manner. He always tried his best with being as sweet and reassuring to his friends and lover, yet a lot of the times, he can't say much. In times like these he feels bad because it's like he can't do much to make his boyfriend happy and to help him feel better about himself. Shinsou was always understanding towards him, from the very start, so maybe it didn't matter.

However, this time was different. Shinsou didn't feel comforted or satisfied hearing those simple words of reassurance. He needed to hear more. He wanted to see Monoma feel more genuine and to hear all his feelings spill out. It was almost needy and very selfish, but he didn't care.

"Is that all?" Shinsou muttered out. Monoma had to pause in slight confusion. Was he expecting to hear more? He couldn't make out any more words to gently whisper to Shinsou as he just stood there. He didn't expect to hear that. For a moment, he thought that Shinsou would fall into his arms and they could cuddle the rest of the night. Monoma felt bad.

Monoma's hand on Shinsou's cheek moved down as if he was gonna remove it. He didn't know what to say and it made him feel almost pathetic. He fumbled over his words, instead just saying small and confused stutters. This didn't satisfy or reassure Shinsou one bit.

He was surprised when Shinsou fully turned over to him and took the both of his wrists. Shinsou pushed the both of them down onto the bed, locking Monoma underneath him. His knee was placed between both of Monoma's legs as his grip on the blonde's wrists grew tighter. They had never gotten like this. The atmosphere changed into one with heavy tension which sent a shiver down Monoma's spine. Shinsou remained serious, despite having the other pinned underneath him.

"Hitoshi, what are you doing?" Monoma asked, trying to move his wrist and leg. He stopped when he felt Shinsou's grip on him tighten again.

"I'm sorry for this. Neito, look me in the eye and tell me more." He muttered out. It sounded so demanding like he had to do it. Monoma's face reddened. Was this actually happening? Monoma sunk into the softness of the bed. Shinsou was merely asking for more sweet words and reassurance, why did it make his heart beat faster? Maybe it was because Shinsou was right on top of him.

"Hitoshi-Kun, I love you. I'm aware of the fact you aren't one for socializing, you don't have to fe-" Monoma was stopped as Shinsou leaned down, kissing his neck. He could feel his hot breath, breathing down on him. Though they have never actually gotten intimate in this way, Shinsou knew well where how sensitive Monoma was and directly targeted one of the spots where he was most. Usually he knew those stops to avoid accidentally kissing them yet here he was.

"Don't stop, continue." Shinsou muttered against the soft flesh of Monoma's skin. It was a demand, almost like there was no begging within his vocabulary nor in his eyes. He was stern as for right now. He began to gently nibble at the certain spot of Monoma's next. Monoma tried his best to keep composed and to continue.

"Nng- you don't have to feel as if you have to fit in, we're fine just as you are.. cause you're in class 1B too, Hitoshi. Gah!" Shinsou roughly bit Monoma's neck, leaving a mark. The mark was bruised up with his teeth mark. He planted a kiss on it then moved onto a different spot. Monoma squirmed, he couldn't stop his heavy breathing. Yet he had do continue. It's for Shinsou.

"Don't feel pressured.. hah- everyone does go at their own pace-" Monoma felt warm. Perhaps it was the blood rushing to his face or Shinsou being so close to him. He honestly didn't know what else he could do or say. Shinsou was being a bit rough with all the kissing and biting of his neck. In a way, Monoma felt the need to prevent him from leaving too much marks.. yet he found himself enjoying it. It was the reassurance that was making him feel a bit nervous. Maybe the fact that Shinsou held him down so firmly too.

Shinsou didn't know why he was doing this. For Monoma's praise and attention? He doesn't know. Yet he feels as if he really does need it. Maybe this way is a bit extreme since he does know how much Monoma is freaking out, fumbling to get words out, but Shinsou felt as if he couldn't just stop.

It was addictive. Hearing Monoma breath heavily, trying his best to reassure and comfort him. It was like the nervousness that the blonde felt was causing every word to spill out in a shaky sentence that kept getting interrupted by his own desperate pants and soft moans. He loved how sensitive and sweet Monoma can be within closed doors.

"Hitoshi, you're biting hard." Monoma breathed out, squirming as he felt the other sucking and biting on his shoulder. His neck, collarbone and shoulders were slowly getting covered in red and purple marks, Shinsou didn't leave any spot untouched. This is definitely gonna be frustrating to hide. "I know you can handle it. You always endure pain worse then this during training. Continue?"

"I- nng-"

It was finally then that Shinsou's gaze softened. Monoma wasn't always the best at affection. This way was likely both overwhelming him. It was simply adorable. There was tears slowly forming within his eyes.

Sure, Monoma couldn't say much between his breath and moans but seeing how desperate he got while trying to find words to reassure him told Shinsou everything. Maybe he was a bit too rough with Monoma with all the biting. Shinsou leaned away from the other underneath him.

"Hm, you can tell me more later. I'm sorry if I was being too harsh, Neito. I appreciate your effo-" Shinsou was about to apologize just as he was interrupted.

"Please, Hitoshi, continue. I'm not that weak, just please, go farther." This time, Monoma was the one asking Shinsou to continue. Shinsou stared down Monoma. His hair was messy, face flushed into a pink tone and his neck, collarbone and shoulders were marked with bites and hickies, lastly there was tears in his eyes. Was this really the time to disagree and stop? Even so, Shinsou hesitated.

"I don't think I can handle it, especially not when you're under me.. like that." Shinsou muttered out in reply. He was aroused just by staring down at the male. So much that it almost felt unnerving and painful, he didn't want to end up being too hard on his boyfriend. Yet Monoma looked at him with a grin.

"If I can handle it, so can you. Or would you prefer that I help you out instead? You're making it so obvious with that look in your eyes." He said. As if he was taunting Shinsou. Maybe this will help the both of them feel a bit better. They have been having such silence between them for these past days with all the insecurities and worries. They can go into more detail after they do this.

"Don't complain if you someone see your neck and you feel sore the next day."

"I'll pretend that I caught a cold or something, hm?"

They definitely had a lot between them. Hopefully, this will help a bit. But they will mend the rest with the usual communication. More importantly, Monoma really needs to think of a way to hide his neck or stay in his room all day. Cause the way Shinsou's staring told him that he's in for a lot.
