  ⋆.ೃ࿔*. MADISON AND JENNA WALKED towards a bench to take a break from walking, "Oh my goodness, it feels so good to sit down." She said setting her bags down as Jenna agreed

"What that?" Madi asked, referring to something pink in Jenna's bag. "Oh, this?" she said putting on the wig.

"Don't I look great?"

Maddison stifled a laugh as Jenna tired a wig on. "What? Don't I look fabulous?" Jenna said, flipping her hair.

Maddison shut here eyes, trying not to laugh. "No, no, no, you- You look... amazing." She said holding back laughter. Maddi took her phone out and took a picture of the girl who posed.

Jenna laughed and took the pink wig off and tossed it in her bag. "So, other than scream vi do you have any other up coming project?" Jenna asked the girl, sitting down next to her.

"Well, I have my album,"

"Yeah, How's that going?" Jenna asked the girl. "Uhm, pretty hard actually. Usually the words come to me so easily but this time it's like my mind goes  just goes blank." Maddison sighed.

"Well, your an amazing song writer. Your just going trough a slump. You'll get over it." Jenna said making Maddison smile.

Jenna couldn't help but be captivated by the girl in front of her. Every little detail caught her attention, from the sparkle in her eyes to the gentle curve of her smile. The way her hair fell delicately around her face added an extra touch of charm.

It was as if the girl had an aura of beauty that drew everyone in. Jenna couldn't help but feel a sense of admiration for her. It's amazing how someone's presence can have such a powerful effect, isn't it?

Jenna snapped back into reality when Madi place her hand on top of Jenna's. "You always know how to make me feel better, Jen." Jenna smiled at the mention of her nickname.

She cleared her throat. "Uhm, so, any other projects?"

"Well, The Summer I Turned Pretty got renewed so their making a season 2, they want me back for a few episodes. And I auditioned for this movie, I doubt i'll actually get the role though."

"You need to stop doubting yourself, Mads," Jenna said, her eyes filled with compassion as she turned to face the younger girl. "Let me tell you something, you're not just a good actor, you're an incredibly talented one. I have no doubt that you'll get that part. And as for your songs, Mads, you have a gift. You can write the rest of them with ease. Trust me, you're good at everything you do."

Madi smiled at Jenna, feeling a warm rush of joy fill her cheeks and paint her face with a rosy hue. "Thank you," she whispered gratefully to Jenna, her words expressing both appreciation and a hint of shyness. As the two girls locked eyes, a gentle anticipation hung in the air.

Jenna's gaze flickered momentarily down to Madi's lips, an unspoken energy passing between them, the possibility of something more lingering in the moment.

As their hearts raced with anticipation, Madi and Jenna found themselves drawn closer to each other, their bodies moving in sync.

Jenna's fingers delicately brushed against the side of Maddison's face, a gentle touch that ignited a spark of longing. The air crackled with electricity as Jenna's hand guided Madi's face closer, their lips mere inches apart, the promise of a passionate connection hanging in the balance.

But fate had other plans in store, interrupting that tantalizing moment just as their lips were about to meet Madi heard some familiar voices speak,

"Ow! Mason, you idiot!"

"Shh! They'll hear us, dipshit!"

The girls quickly jumped apart and turned their head towards the noise. "Did you hear that?" Jenna asked the taller girl who nodded.

"It sounded like Izzy.." Madi said with furrowed brows. And looked around, she saw a familiar blond haired girl.

Maddison walked towards the girl, "Izzy?!" She said loudly. Isabel cleared her throat, "Uhm, no, no! I'm not Izzy i'm... uh, Holly!" She said in a high pitched voice.

" 'Holly' my ass!" Madi turned her gaze to the person next to Izzy. "Oh my god." Madi said pinching her nose bridge. "please, tell that isn't Mason..."

"Okay, I won't tell you..." Izzy said taking off her glasses. "I told you we should wore a better disguise!" Mason told the blond haired girl.

" 'better disguise'?! These were your idea!"

Maddison rolled her eyes at the twos bickering and made her way back to Jenna. "Is that Mason and Izzy?" Jenna asked, not taking her eye off of the two.

Maddison shut her eyes and nodded slowly. "Were they spying on us?" Maddison nodded once again. Maddison picked up her bags, "Come on, let get out of here before they stop bickering and notice that we left." Jenna grabbed her stuff.

Maddison grabbed her hand, making her face flush with color.

Izzy and Mason finally finished their bicker, "Oh my god! Okay, I get it! Next time we'll have disguises! Jeez." Izzy said rolling her eyes

" Just saying-"

Izzy cut Mason off, "Hey, where'd they go?"

  ⋆.ೃ࿔*. MADDISON DRAGGED JENNA BEHIND her, trying to get away from Mason and Izzy "Okay, I think we'll be be good here." Madi said, setting her stuff down at an empty table.

"How did they even find us?" Madi asked Jenna. Her eyes widened, remember that she asked Mason where she should take Madison. "Uhm, dunno. Maybe you told Izzy?" she said awkwardly.

"No, that's not it because I didn't even know where we were going."

Shit.

"Uhm, m-maybe you tagged the location on your instagram post?" Jenna said trying to think of other reasons. Maddison shrugged. "Yeah, maybe."

The two girls stood their for a few seconds before Maddison realized that those hands were still intertwined.

Her face flushed with color as she thought of what to say and how to let go without making it awkward. Luckily, Madison's phone rang.

"Hey, i'm sorry but I have to take this, it's important, do you mind watching my stuff? I won't take long. Jenna nodded as the girl walked away, answering the call.

  ⋆.ೃ࿔*. MADDISON WALKED BACK TO the table with a wide, radiant smile adorning her face, brimming with infectious happiness. "What's with the smile?" Jenna asked, her voice filled with warmth and genuine interest.

"Well, you remember that movie I mentioned earlier?" Madi excitedly exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with happiness. Jenna nodded eagerly, fully engrossed in the conversation. "I landed the lead!" Madi shared, her voice brimming with a mixture of pride, excitement, and disbelief.

"Oh my god! Are you serious? That's absolutely incredible, Maddison! I'm so happy for you!" Jenna exclaimed, unable to contain her excitement. She jumped up from her seat, her heart overflowing with joy, and enveloped Maddison in a tight embrace, their shared happiness radiating between them.

"Oh, I seriously can't even wrap my head around it!" Madi exclaimed, a mix of disbelief and overwhelming happiness painted across her face. As the two friends swayed back and forth, their shared excitement creating a rhythm all its own.

"I can. I told you, your an amazing actress!" Jenna let madi free of their embrace, "Thank you, again." Madi said making Jenna laugh.

As their laughter died down, a subtle shift in the atmosphere hinted at something more than just friendship between Madi and Jenna. Their lingering gazes and the soft smiles exchanged spoke volumes, revealing a deeper connection that had blossomed between them. It was a beautiful moment where the boundaries of friendship blurred, leaving room for something more meaningful to unfold.

"Jenna..." Jenna hesitated for a second, her voice trembling with regret and confusion.

Madi's heart pounded in her chest as she couldn't bear to see Jenna walk away. "Sorry, I'm sorry," Jenna whispered, her voice filled with a mix of remorse and vulnerability. "I... I thought you were sending me signals earlier." Jenna said

Desperation filled Madi's voice as she reached out to Jenna, desperately pleading, "No, Jenna, listen-"

Interrupting her, Jenna's words spilled out, heavy with apology. "I'm sorry I kissed you. I just-"

In that moment, Madi's emotions overwhelmed her, and without thinking, she gently took hold of Jenna's face and pressed their lips together.

Jenna stood there, dumbfounded, but the soft warmth of Madi's kiss quickly melted away her shock, drawing her into this unexpected but undeniable connection.

This time, Jenna pulled away first, "Sorry, I just- I had to get stop talking."

"It's okay." Jenna said breathlessly, her face slightly blushed with a hint of shyness. Right after, Maddison leaned in and gently placed her forehead against Jenna's, which made Jenna smile. It was a beautiful and intimate gesture between them.
