Lemonade Mouth was in the principal's office. You may ask, why? Last night. Because they used their voice to be heard. And of course, as always, it made Brenigan mad.
"Well, well, well." he said. Brenigan started clapping. "That was quite a show you all put on at the Halloween Bash." laughed the principal.
Brenigan slowly got up from his chair. "You're very talented. Very." he said as he walked over to the band that stood in a line.
A smirk tugged at the edge of Stella's lips. She really loved messing with him.
"But, just for your information, high school dance is no place for a... political tirade." he paused. "What you did Friday night was completely, completely disruptive."
Brenigan stopped at Stella and pointed at her. "And you. You promised there'll be no funny business." Brenigan said.
Nobody dared to move. Everyone just watched from the corner of their eyes and listened.
"But it wasn't funny." Stella talked back, making the principal chuckle as he turned away from the kids. "We just spoke our minds and principal Brenigan you shut us down." argued the girl.
Brenigan ran his hands through his hair before he quickly, way too quickly, turned back around and pointed at her once again. "Yes, I shut you down because the decisions I make are for the good of this school, okay? And with that good in mind..."
He walked from Stella, who was at the beginning, to Olivia, who was at the end of the line, looking at the kids with this evil smile. "...Lemonade Mouth is finished."
Madi couldn't believe it. Did she hear him right? He can't just break their band up because he's too sensitive and can't handle students doing the real good for the school. Madison is hating this so much... whatever this is.
"You will not use the music room. You will not use the instruments. If I hear so much as a hum coming from the locker room showers, I will suspend you. Understood?"
A few of them nodded. Madison just wanted to go home and scream into a pillow. Maybe even punch it while imagining it's Brenigan's face.
"Good. Dismissed." Brenigan snapped his fingers. The band, if you can still call them that, walked out of the office with sadness, anger and hatred.

"This year's Halloween Bash will be best remembered for the powerful performances by surprise stand-out Lemonade Mouth." Stella read out loud to her friends from the newspaper.
Olivia gasped, the others having surprised smiles on their faces. " 'A champion for students sidelined by the high school privileged and elite.' Can you believe it?" she continued reading. Mo grabbed the newspaper out of Stella's hands, reading it with a shocked expression.
"Our first review." smiled Charlie. But of course, Wen needed to ruin the moment. "And last, apparently."
A group of girls walked past their table, squealing and laughing while they shyly waved at Charlie. They kept staring at him even after they sat down.
Charlie happily turned to his friends. "I think they like us." he said like a little child. "I'm not sure it's us they like, Charlie." Olivia said as she brought the lemonade up to her mouth to take a sip.
Charlie furrowed his brows as he thought about that for a second. "What do you mean?"
His total obliviousness made the group burst out laughing. Madi almost spit her drink out. "Come on, bro." Wen said as the girls kept laughing. "Oh, sweetie. You're so lost." Madi tried to calm herself down.
The rest started laughing even more. "Nevermind." said Olivia, leaving the boy completely confused.

Stella and Madison were walking out of school, when they saw Brenigan yelling at a guy on a ladder to take down the sign.
They smiled at each other before turning around and walking away. They didn't walk far though, because as soon as the principal saw them, he called them over.
"Hey. Stella, Madison. Come here."
The two exchanged looks. They turned around and slowly jogged up to the principal. Even after a long day and after what he told them that morning, he still won't leave them alone.
"Now. I thought I made myself clear."
Madi cocked her brow. They weren't doing anything? "This Lemonade business is over." he pointed to the sign behind him.
LEMONADE MOUTH FOREVER!
Stella let out a sigh. "It wasn't us." said Stella, looking at the sign. It really wasn't them, but both were amazed by their fans.
Brenigan just let out a laugh. "You girls are playing a dangerous game here." he warned them. Madison scoffed. "We seriously had nothing to do with that sign."
"And you're gonna lose."
The two guitarists just stood there. Madi wasn't sure about this whole thing. She was grateful for the fans and she was happy they managed to make the smallest change in the school, but she really didn't want trouble.
Hell, he told them they'd get suspended and as much as Madison hates school, she doesn't want to get suspended and try to find another school.
Not after finding her people.

"What would you say..." started Stella. She then looked at Wen, signaling him to continue. "...if umm, we told you we could play again."
"I'd say you're nuts." Mo scoffed. "Brenigan is never gonna change his mind." "Oh really? And who said we're talking about school, huh?" Madison smirked as she leaned closer to Mo, who sat across her.
The band was at Dante's. Stella, Wen and Madi called the others to meet them there after school. They had a plan. And as Madi would say, 'it's hella dope!'
Charlie, Mo and Olivia furrowed their brows. "What do you mean?" asked Charlie. "We're talking about here." finished Madi. "Here?"
They nodded. The three were still confused. Their faces made it really obvious, so Wen went on explaining. "Look. Guys, I have Dante our CD and he loved it. Yeah, he said we could start playing here."
"See, principal Brenigan he can tell us we can't play at school, but he can't tell us not to play here." Wen said as he drank from his drink. "And it can become a regular gig."
A sigh left Mo's mouth. Even her sigh sounds like a no. "Wait, wait, wait a regular gig? I barely made it through the first one." Olivia looked horrified. "And you killed it, Liv." supported Madi.
"Guys, my parents already think I'm at soccer practice every afternoon." explained Charlie.
"There's no way I can pull this off."
"Me neither. Scott eats here. And I'm pretty much planning on not seeing him again for the rest of my life." Mo explained her situation too. Guess some drama happened between them.
Stella couldn't believe what she was hearing. "Guys. We mean something to people. Lemonade Mouth is their voice. It's like we're at the center of a movement here."
Madi saw that Mo was looking somewhere. She decided to follow her gaze, only for that landing on Scott and Jules. She got the hint. Madison turned back around and looked at Mo.
Stella was about to continue her speech, but Mo was quick to cut her off. "Guys. Good luck with your movement, but I've got homework to do." said Mo as she gathered her stuff and walked away.
"Mo."
Waking out of the place, she ignored her friends' calls.
"Let's go."
With that, Madison grabbed her stuff and got up, letting Stella and Wen out of the booth and following Olivia out the door. When they got out, Mo was standing still looking at something.
"Mo, you okay?" asked Stella, her question left unanswered.
Well, not totally.
Mo pointed up at it. The rest caught up with Mo and turned around only to see a billboard. A billboard of them.
"No way!"
Madison was shocked. Happy shocked. "Oh my god." she breathed out. They were on a billboard. Lemonade Mouth really did mean something.
"Aw, it's beautiful!"
"Look at us up there!"
"Maybe we do matter."
"Of course we do."
Before we knew it, we were playing at Dante's Pizzeria every Thursday night. Standing room only.
Stella held Mo's hand, Mo Madison's, Madison Charlie's, Charlie Olivia's and Olivia Wen's.
We were ready for Rising Star. We were ready to be heard.
They made it.

Mo
Insecure in her skin
Like a puppet, a girl on a string
Broke away
Learned to fly
If you want her back, you gotta let her shine
So it looks like the joke's on you
'Cause the girl that you thought you knew
She's so gone (she's so gone)
That's so over now
She's so gone (she's so gone)
You won't find her around
You can look, but you won't see
The girl I used to be
'Cause she, she's so gone away like history
She's so gone
Baby, this is me, yeah
She's so gone (she's so gone)
That's so over now
She's so gone (she's so gone)
You won't find her around
You can look, but you won't see
The girl I used to be
'Cause she, she's so gone (she's so gone)
She's so gone (she's so gone)
You can look, but you won't see
The girl I used to be
'Cause she, she's so gone
So long. She's so gone
