𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝗀𝗅𝖺𝗌𝗌 𝗆𝖺𝗌𝗄

The next day when Praepailin woke up, she felt like shit. She didn't want to get out of bed.

She groaned loudly which woke the boys who were sleeping in the couch.

"Hey" said Thyme.

"You know?" asked Praepailin.

Thyme nodded and said "Yeah, I called P'Tia she told me last night."

Praepailin sighed "what now?" she asked.

"P'Tia told me that she'll tell us everything face to face today."

"I can't believe they hid something this big from us." Praepailin threw the blanket away and stood up.
Even if she could always hide her feelings, the pain well... This time it was clearly visible.

"Well, what time is it?" she asked nonchalantly.

"7" answered Kavin while looking at his phone.

"Well, why aren't we getting ready for school?" asked Praepailin.

"You want to go?" MJ asked.

"Duh! If I stay inside it'll take weeks for me to come outside. It's much better if we went out now" and with that she ran to the washroom to fix herself up.

The four of them made their way to their highschool and they walked in to the always standing crowd.

But they didn't realise what was happening until they went and saw all the pictures.

"Maybe should have stayed home" mumbled Praepailin so that only Kavin and MJ heard.

Thyme went forward to Gorya and saw all those obviously fake pictures.

"Is it you in this picture?" asked Thyme.

"Is he for real?"

He repeated his question.

"Is it?" he raised his voice at Gorya.

All three of them shared disapproving looks.

"It's me" Gorya answered.

"say what now?"

People were mumbling nonsense about her.

Thyme aggressively threw the pictures down which startled Gorya.
He also picked up a chair and threw it which caused people to gasp

Kavin and MJ put Praepailin behind them protectively even though the chair was not in her reach.

And with that Thyme left.

The plastics made their way towards Gorya and fake Regina said "I knew that you were low but didn't think you could be so shameless."

"Hey! watch what you say before I break your face!" screamed Praepailin which made the plastics stop and leave.

It must have been very embarrassing for Gorya. She had her head low.
Before Praepailin could walk towards her Gorya walked away.

Kavin picked up one of the pictures that Thyme threw and clicked a picture of it with his phone.

"What are you thinking?" asked MJ

"All I know is someone thinks we're stupid."

"That's true."

"I think I'm switching to team Gorya" said MJ

"I was always team Gorya!" said Praepailin while Kavin nodded.

"Me too." said Kavin.

"I need to find out who this person is."

"Thankgod a distraction!" mumbled Praepailin which was inaudible to the boys.

France;

"Ren, can phi talk to you for a second?" P'Mira and Ren nodded.

P'Mira sat next to him, "tell me honestly, what are you doing here?"

"I already told you, I want to be with you."

"Are you sure?" she looks at him with a sad smile, "Are you sure about you feelings towards me?"

"Why are you asking me that? What's wrong?" Ren asked P'Mira.

"I think you don't actually have feeling for me, I think it's your escape."

"Escape from what?" Ren asked being genuinely.

"Your feelings for Nong Prae."

"What?"

"Please skip all the apology nonsense and cut to the chase." Thyme asked P'Tia.

Praepailin sat in P'Tia's house silently without doing anything.

P'Tia sighed, "I don't know everything, but I know enough to answer your questions, Mae and Por were not in good terms for a few months, Por cheated on Mae with someone, I don't know who she was. But when she had Prae she couldn't handle the responsibility so she left you at our doorstep. You were only a month old. That was the time when Por found out about you. At that time Mae was already pregnant with Thyme, he was due two months later."

"So Prae is 3 months older than I am? we never actually celebrated her birthday?"

"That's why every year you gave me an early present three months before chaimai?" Praepailin asked her sister who nodded.

"You were born in April 19th"

Praepailin just nodded.

"I'm so sorry for not telling you, I was a child Mae made me."

"I understand you, don't worry, I don't blame you for anything." Praepailin said softly.

Kavin and Praepailin were team find answers, and MJ was on watch (babysit) Thyme duty.

Kavin and Praepailin were in the club.

Kavin and Praepailin entered the club looking at their phones when Kavin bumped into someone.
"Khor thoad" before Kavin could finish his sentence he realised who he bumped into.

"Excuse these girls." the man told Kavin and Praepailin.

Some girl came towards Kavin and said, "aw Kavin, you haven't been around lately."

"Ew" cringed Praepailin and moved aside.

"It's been a while. I missed you Bell" flirted Kavin.

"See you inside." answered the girl and left.

"Cut the crap will you?" Praepailin said which stopped Kavin from checking that girl out.

"What are you two doing here?" Gorya asked them.

"What are you doing?" Kavin asked her.

"I'm here to help Gorya look into those pictures. What about you?" answered Kanning.

"You helped me yesterday chaimai?" (isn't it?/ right?) Praepailin asked Kanning who nodded back.
"Khop khuna!" she lightly smiled at Kanning.

"I'm a member of this club. Here to have a good time" answered Kavin.

"I don't know why I'm here." answered Praepailin.

If the club workers knew what they were actually doing here they would erase all the proof.

"This is not a place for kids. Go home" adviced Kavin.

"I'm not a kid. You're only two years older than me" answered back Kanning.

"That means you're younger anyways, Taw lek." Kavin playfully pulled on Kanning's cheek.

"Stop calling me Taw Lek!" Kanning warned Kavin.

"If you have a lot of free time on your hands, find other things to do." Kavin told him and left.

Praepailin waved at the girls and started walking with Kavin.

"What do want us to do?" asked Gorya.

"I don't know. Find something to eat?" suggested Kavin.

There was loud music and Praepailin sat with a flat face. Everytime she went out with Kavin she would be bored out of her mind.

He was surrounded with girls and there were drinking. Praepailin was glaring at Kavin for putting her in this position.

Both of them were looking around to see if they could find anything that would help Gorya.

One of the girls put her hand on Kavin's shoulder and asked, "Why are you distracted today?"

"There's another thing that is catching my attention." Kavin told them, and then put his arm around the girl, "DO you think there's CCTV here?" He whispered.

"Of course. To keep things in order. But it's confidential. This place is exclusive." she replied.

"This grape juice tastes amazing!" Praepailin said a little too loudly.

Kavin looked at her "Ai shiaaa, gimme that" he took the glass out of her hands, "That's not your grape juice! that's wine! how did you get yourself drunk with only one glass?"

"This is her third glass" the girl who was sitting next to Praepailin told him.

"Sober you is going to kill me." Kavin told himself.

Praepailin didn't like drinking, it was illegal for their age too. She ordered herself a grape juice to make her look occupied while looking for cameras or clues but took the other girl's glass, and now she's a giggling mess.

"Did I ever tell you that your really tall?" she told Kavin giggling like a third grader.

"But not as tall as Ren." she continued blabbering.

"Okay, I'll deal with you later." Kavin sighed and turned to the girl he was trying to get answers from.

"So if this place is exclusive, how did this photo get out?" he asked her while showing her the picture he took on his phone earlier.

"It's right here?" he showed her.

"I don't know about that." the girl answered.

One of the guards made his way towards them, "If you disturb our employees too much, I will have to ask you to leave." He warned Kavin.

"I just have a few questions." said Kavin smiling slightly.

"If you want to continue talking, please go to the back" the man told him.

"There's no need to make this a big deal." Kavin said calmly, "we can just talk here."

The man put a hand on Kavin's shoulder, "consider this a warning".

More men started showing up.

"More men!" Praepailin screamed in a child like voice.

And before the man could land a hit on Kavin he stood up and hit the man first and threw him across the table.

One of the girl's screamed and started running.

"Take her with you" Kavin ordered the girls who nodded and grabbed a very drunk Praepailin.

Before they made their way out Praepailin kicked one of the men in the part where it would hurt the most, "Take that asshole!"

When Kavin got his answers he went outside to look for Praepailin.

He found her talking to a bartender.

"And then he left to go to France." The bartender nodded.
Before Kavin tried to get her attention he heard her say;

"Why does everyone leave me? I heard my Mae say that my birthmother didn't want me either. Is there something wrong with me? Why does everyone leave? I have my brother and friends, but why do i feel alone all the time?" she said sadly.

"Come on, let's get you home." Kavin went towards the drunk girl and got her attention.

"Who are you?" she looked behind and saw Kavin, "Oh Kavin! Did you find the-" she thought for a second, "wait, what were we here for?"

"I'll tell you later." he told her and turned around so that he can carry her.

Kavin pulled up at his house and saw Praepailin asleep. He picked her up and took her to the guest room.

Just as he was going to leave he heard her phone ring, he took her phone and picked it up when he realised who was calling.

(he turned the camera to show Prae's sleeping figure.)

(he motioned to Prae.)

(he stayed silent for a few seconds)

When Praepailin woke up she had the headache of the century.

She stepped out of the guest room and went to Kavin's room, "Why did you let me drink!?"

"It was your fault, you thought grape juice was wine or something. You're the dumb one."

"Forget it, where's Thyme?"

"Ai mung, about this thing I looked into last night, I got something else." said Kavin to MJ.

Praepailin went and sat down in a chair.

MJ took out the darts from the board and said "tell me"

"That longue belongs to Kritsana Malakarn."

"That name sounds familiar." said Praepailin

"He's in the financial sector, right?" MJ said, and Kavin nodded, "does he control businesses in that area too?" MJ asked.

"I wonder that too" Kavin said.

"Oh yea, what about Thyme?" Praepailin asked.

"He's getting out of control." MJ answered, "he met a girl last night and disappeared."

"What? Thyme? our Thyme? disappeared with a girl?" Praepailin asked.

"Don't worry, I texted him. He said; Don't worry, I'm home."

Kavin's face was priceless, "huh? what girl?"

"Jealous much?" Praepailin teased.

They ignored her, "right, I forgot to tell you. You remember Hanna? Gorya's friend? when she's outside she's so hot"

"Ew" commented Praepailin, "wait! isn't that her full name? Malakarn??"

"Have you checked her record?" Kavin asked.

All three of them ran towards the computer.

"Hanna- Vidalha Malararn." They read the computer.

"What's her relation to Kritsana?"

"His daughter."

"I knew it, this isn't a coincidence."

Kavin went to grab a year book where he saw Hanna's name. She must have gone through numerous surgeries to make her appearance completely different.

MJ went and pulled up her records. She was the one who confessed to Thyme a while back.

"Call Thyme now!" MJ said.

"He's not answering! he never cuts my call!" Praepailin screamed.

After a few hours Thyme called back and told them he was safe with Gorya.

People bullied Gorya again, and Thyme saved her.

Praepailin crashed in Kavin's guestroom cause she didn't want to face her mother, or step mother yet.

"You must be Pakkad" said the guy Praepailin was on a date with.

"Umm..." was all she said.

"Lollen, Praepailin chaimai?" he said, and Praepailin just nodded. (kidding)

"Phom chux Andrew na" (My name is Andrew) he smiled and put his hand forward and Praepailin shook it.

"Did you order something yet?" Andrew asked Praepailin and she shook her head.

They ordered together, both of them got happy meals.

"I love happy meals" laughed Praepailin.

"I know right!" he laughed.

"What are your interests?" Andrew asked Praepailin.

"Umm, I like reading, baking, aaand watching tv" she said and laughed. Andrew seemed like a really nice guy, they hit it off real quick, "what about you?"

"I like reading too, I'm into computers, I can hack too" (me bringing up Wave 555+)

"That's so cool!"

"Are you from around here? what school do you go to?" Praepailin asked Andrew.

"I go to *random school's name* it's kinda far from here."

"Ohh"

Praepailin could totally imagine being friends with this guy, he was nice funny and he read the same books as she did, watched the same movies too.
But she wouldn't go out with him, especially with Ren in her heart.

the next day;

Thyme went to check up on Gorya and the rest of them were in their usual place.

Praepailin was asleep on the couch due to exhaustion.

Thyme had announced that him and Gorya are together.
Which shocked Gorya and she started hitting Thyme.

"Will they make it?" Kavin laughed with MJ at the couple's childishness.

"I think they'll fight everyday." MJ answered.

"More trouble huh?" both of them heard a voice from behind, they turned around to see their bestfriend back.

Ren was back.

They looked at him and smiled happily and bumped their fists.

"This school is as chaotic as before" said Ren as he looked at Gorya and Thyme who had shocked faces when they saw Ren back.

"Stop screaming!" groaned Praepailin with her eyes closed, she didn't know Ren was back yet.

Kavin went to her and shook the girl "what do you want!? Let me sleep"

"Voldy's back" he said.

"WHAT?" she was instantly awake and saw Ren. He was really back!

"Ren? pinch me" she told Kavin, who hit the back of her head.

"Since when am I Voldemort?" Ren smirked and Praepailin ran towards him.

She jumped on Ren and gave him the tightest hug. She really needed it, with everything that had been going on she needed Ren to be there with her. He was the best at giving her advice or making her feel better.

"You're back?" asked Praepailin

"Chai" he replied.
