"Piper!" Kai yelled, finally catching the brown-eyed girls attention.

"What is it Kai? Why do you keep following me? What the hell do you want?" She yelled.

Kai stood there dumbfounded, Piper was always so gentle and kind-- she's never yelled at anyone. Her gentleness was a trait she got from her mom, Wendy.

"I-" He started as he struggled to find the right words, "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have left you-- honestly if you're mad at me I--"

"Shut up!" Piper yelled as she grabbed Kai's shirt, "Do you know how lonely it was? Sure I love the girls but we were all sad and angry. Do you know how damn hard it was?"

Her voice was just above a whisper, it became muffled as she broke down. Piper's face was buried in Kai's chest. "Please. If you really do want a second chance PLEASE don't leave me again."

Kai's eyes softened seeing his best friend and lover in such a vulnerable state.

"I won't ever leave you again princess, I promise."

As time went on, everyone healed, forgave, and loved.
