I woke up and checked the time on my phone seeing 9:15 AM and I was in Natalie's room instead of with my girlfriend

"I was but you'd rather spend it with Natalie clearly and I won't chase your attention I'll wait till you come home"

"You left me in that room all night Scotlynd, so clearly your focus was elsewhere and when I called and texted you I still got no answer don't start crying you better not" She was completely right I shouldn't be crying I saw her call but I thought I would be able to get back in quick enough without any issues

"I'm sorry I'm so sorry baby it wasn't on purpose I swear I love you so much my focus wasn't elsewhere I was just trying to make everybody happy" The tears started to fall I tried my hardest not to cry but we all know how hard it is for me to do that

"Well then you should stop and make yourself happy first I love you too Scotlynd I'll see you at home" And with that she hung up and my heart pounded while all I could do was cry

We were still gonna be out of the country for another week I could not go that long without talking to my girlfriend

Just as I was about to make my way to tell Nat I decided not to I needed to get home and fast

I gathered myself and started looking for flights into that Jela came in

"Hey, Scotty boo how are you?" Jela rubbed my back sitting next to me I'm sure she and Nala probably talked before she left

"I'm fine I just need to get home and quickly" She simply nodded sensing I wasn't in the mood to talk and walked out of my room

Scotty walked through the shared luxury townhouse of her and her lover, she slowly walked upstairs thinking of what she was about to say and hoping she would do it right

As she reached the door the faint sounds of Big Mouth on Netflix played through the dark room, she could see Nala sitting up with her eyes glued to the tv

Nala's gaze averted from the TV to Scotty walking through the room door and passed the TV the put her suitcase in the closet

A part of Nala felt so good seeing how Scotty left the show early to fix them and on the other hand, she was wondering would start to be a cycle

"Baby look at me" She snapped out of her trance looking up and locking eyes with her girlfriend who just stood over her staring back

"Before you say anything, let me I know I fucked up and I keep fucking up but it's never my intention to hurt you or make you feel abandoned or unloved and I want you to know that nobody matters to me more than you" Scotty stared deeply into Nala's eyes despite her tears rolling down her face

Nala grabbed Scotty's hand and pulled her down on the bed in front her

"Baby when I say this I want you to really listen, I won't compete with them for you so please choose what you want to do because I won't sit around and get hurt"

Nala spoke looking back into Scotty's eyes, seeing how sincere and hopeful her eyes looked made Nala's heart pang

"I choose you baby and I'd choose you a thousand times over and over I love you" Scotty's hand wrapped around Nala's throat attacking her with a big kiss
