"Terry what are we doing here at a gym? where a person like me could get judged just for breathing." (F•N) said.

It was finally the weekend and Terry decided to invite (F•N) to the gym for a little experiment.

"Captain said he wanted me to track how well your athleticism is. So here we are!" He said.

(F•N) took a breath of defeat. "I don't know what "athleticism" he sees in me but okay!" she said walking into the main area.

She looked around the area and saw a bunch of people working and they looked pretty skinny and glowing...

"I'm gonna hate myself after this." (F•N) said walking towards the treadmill.

"Great idea! I can track how fast you are." Terry beside the machine.

"I guess I run pretty fast." (F•N) said staring the machine and jogging in place.

"Maybe even faster?" Terry said making the treadmill accelerate more.

"Yeah sure." (F•N) said to Terry to Terry jogging faster.

Terry sighed and went over the weights as (F•N) continued to jog.

She was slowly getting the idea why Terry asked her to workout with him,it was probably because he heard about what she when she got her first arrest and how she scaled a building. She continued to jog until her legs felt like they were gonna fall off,then she went over to Terry.

"Hey I'm done dude,what's next?" She said out of breath.

"That was ten minutes! I'm impressed! Next we should do some weightlifting,you do some ten pound dumbbells." Terry said handing them to (F•N).

"Okay...GAH! Terry...very...heavy!" (F•N) said struggling to lift them up.

"That's why we need to work on your arms,so they could be big as mine" Terry said flexing his arms.

"Terry if you wanted to,you could crush a watermelon just by touching it and making juice from it! I...can't!" (F•N) said barely holding the dumbbells.

"Stop talking and start lifting." Terry said as he watched on.

(F•N) painfully struggled to lift the weights as she felt her arms to burn.

"Terry can we stop? I feel like my arms are on fire." She said.

"Its okay it happens,that's just the fat burning." Terry said reaching into his bags.

"Okay cool because I thought– What are those." (F•N) said turning around to see Terry with two lemons.

"When life gives you lemons,what do you do?" Terry said.

"You make lemonade?" (F•N) said.

"No" Terry said deadpanned.

"You squeez them into life's eyes and say "I don't want your damn lemons" " Terry said placing the lemons onto (F•N)'s hands.

"I think your taking this too seriously." (F•N) said.

"No I'm not. Squeeze those lemons (F•N)." Terry said.

"What?! won't that hurt you?" (F•N) taken back.

Terry bent down to (F•N) with a serious glare. "Squeeze. Them. (F•N)"

"Okay if you say so" She said about to squeeze them.

(F•N) aimed at Terry eyes and squeezed the lemon into Terry's eyes,he didn't scream or nothing he just wiped his eyes.

"Yeah, your'e ready,let's go." Terry said walking past her.

"Ready for what?" (F•N) asked picking up his and her stuff.

9-9 training grounds.

"Is this the legitimate workout?" (F•N) said in a NYPD shirt.

"Yes,I'll see how you detained a person,and give you some criticism. Start when you are ready." Terry said.

(F•N) walked up to the person calmly,she tapped him on the shoulder. "NYPD,I need to talk to you" She said.

"Why?" They said slowly walking away.

"I just need to talk to you please come with me." She said.

"Okay,stop for a second. You were doing great but you forgot to show your badge and project your voice!" He said.

(F•N) gave him a thumbs up and turned back to the guy. "NYPD,I just need to talk to you." She with her badge that Terry got for her.

The man bolted and (F•N) chased after him,Terry ran along her but he noticed her running was getting slower.

"(F•N)! pull out your weapon and threaten him!" Terry yelled to her.

(F•N) whipped out her weapon and pointed at the running assailant. "NYPD...PUT YOUR HANDS-– PUT your hands~" (F•N) completely stopped abruptly wheezing heavy. The man and Terry both stopped and walked over to her.

"Hey are you okay–AHH–!" The guy was slammed onto the pavement and placed in handcuffs.

"You are under arrest for escaping a officer! I am out of breath though." She said getting up.

"Dont do that! you had me worried for a second! Okay next area." Terry said uncuffing the guy.

Shooting rang

"You'v been to the shooting range back at the academy right?" Terry asked (F•N).

"Yup!" She responded.

"Good,now I wanna see how you hold a gun and how and when you would use it." Terry instructed.

(F•N) loaded the gun and got into position. 

"Hand on the barrel,finger over the trigger...your a natural! now when would we use a gun?" Terry asked (F•N).

"When the subject is coming towards us incase we have to fire at them" (F•N) said.

"Okay,let me see how you fire your gun." Terry said as he placed the noise-canceling headphones.

(F•N) fired the gun three consecutive times. Terry smiled and jot down some notes.

"Cease fire! Good job (F•N)! how are you already skilled at this?" Terry asked.

"I've may or may not of played GTA when I was younger with my older cousins." (F•N) admitted.

"Isn't that game kinda violent?" Terry said.

"Yeah,I but I mastered it in three minutes,so it was okay." (F•N) said.

A relaxing bath.

A very exhausted (F•N) and Terry walked into a wide space with a metal tub in the middle.

"I just wanna say thanks for working out with me today,so I prepared this bath for you." Terry said 

"Thank you Terry! I'm jumping straight in!" (F•N) said.

She dipped her feet in and immediately reacted and gave out a small yelp "WHY IS IT COLD??" She said to Terry.

"Ice bathes are a way for your muscles to relax and loosen up,dont you feel hot?" Terry said.

"Terry if I wanted to take a ice bath,I would of get a one-way ticket to Alaska!" (F•N) said in retaliation.

"Trust me,you'll thank me later." Terry said leaving the room.

(F•N) groaned and slowly got back into the ice bath,she cringed as her body got submerged into the icy water. "I'm totally gonna get him back for this..."
