Aditi cried. Ashish held her shoulders.

'Ranisa meri baat suno. Sirf ek baar. Give me a chance to explain myself.'
Ashish said, desperately trying to calm her down.

Aditi threw the photographs on him.
'So this was what the was party all about! I shouldn't have trusted you. I shouldn't have!!!!'

'Ranisa please listen to me.'
Ashish said, still holding her.

'I AM NOT YOUR RANISA!!!!'
She jerked away from his hold and walked away to the kitchen. Ashish followed her.

'I dont wanna live anymore!!'
She took a knife and slit her throat.

'NOOOOOOOO!!!!!' Ashish woke up in cold sweat. Tears ran through his eyes. Aditi, who was sleeping beside him also woke up. She sat beside him and rubbed his back, trying to calm him down. It had all been a dream.

'Raunak!! Kya hua?!' She asked. Ashish looked at her and hugged her tightly. He made her sit on his lap and kissed her. He kissed her face and neck. 'S... Stay with me. D... D... Dont leave m.. m... me.' He stuttered.

'Its ok Raunak. Mai yahi hu. Kahi nahi jaa rahi hu.' She said calmly.

'Saari galti meri hai. Saari.' He said. He broke down in her embrace.

'Kuch nahi hua. It was just a dream.' She caressed his face and hair. Ashish hugged her even tighter.

'No!! It wasnt.' He said.

'Kya hua hai? You can tell me.'

'No you will leave me.'

Aditi cupped his face. 'Raunak, I swear. Whatever the case, whatever the situation, I will NEVER leave you. Whatever happened on which you are pondering so much, shayad usme tum wrong ho sakte ho. But mai tumhe sahi raasta bataungi. I wont leave you. I swear. Tell me now.' She said.

'Yesterday when I reached office.....'
