I do not own "Dr. Stone", it belongs to its original creator Riichiro Inagaki. This is only a fanfiction that I was inspired to write by the original work. Please support the official release. Most of the media - such as the art and illustrations, gifs, video's, etc. used in this fanfiction - are from the web. Thus, most of them aren't mine (because I really, really can't draw) unless mentioned. To fit the story, images are also edited by various apps and websites. So they aren't mine, just edited.
Also if you own a picture or Video that I found online, and you either want your name added, or me to take it down. Please contact me and we can talk it out.
P.s. I also ask that you do not copy my work and publish it onto any other website. If you're gonna use my idea, please ask me (If you ask nicely, I for sure, will agree). If I don't contact you within a week, then just assume I'm giving you the all clear and go for it. Just remember to credit me.
I will be writing out scenes even if my Oc isn't in them. As long as she's mentioned, or influencing the characters in some way. Or maybe be because it influences the story. This may seem a bit annoying. But that's just how I write. I like to embed my characters into the story line. Because of this, most of the dialogue/scenes will come from the original work.

Winning is fun... Sure.
But winning is not the point.
Wanting to win is the point.
Not giving up is the point.
Never letting up is the point.
Never being satisfied with what you've done is the point.

{Third P.O.V.}
As soon as Magma leaves the ring, Jasper wastes no time in announcing the next match. "Round two: Chrome, Mantle. Forward."
"Oh, I'm up." Chrome says.
Senku gestures at Chrome with his head, "I'm more worried about the next match." He says to Rika. "If Kohaku isn't back by the end of match two, she'll be disqualified."
"Yeah, I know." Chrome nods.
"In that case you'll need to hold the match out for as long as you can." Rika tells Chrome.
"Where's Kohaku-chan?" Suika asks, confused. The girl had only now noticed that the older blond was no where to be seen. "Where did Kohaku-chan go?"
"She ran off earlier to save you." Ginro tells her bluntly.
"What? I'm going to go find her!" Suika exclaims.
"Ginro!" Rika shouts, running after Suika. She intercepts the girl before she can cross the bridge, and lifts her in her arms. "Suika. You need to stay here."
"She's right." Senku agrees, without turning around. "Sit still. You don't have your glasses. It's too late either way. All we can do is wait."
Chrome stared at his opponent, determined. 'I have to buy as much time as I can.' He thought. And rushed forward attacking Mantale.
Though Mantle wasn't going to quit either, he rushed forward just as hard, meeting every blow with one of his own.
"After seeing Kinro and Magma fight for the top..."
"It's like watching two kids fight." Carbo finished Titan's thought.
"Hang in there, both of you!" Shovel cheered.
"Chrome, huh?" Magma observed from the side. "He's not going to be a match for me. Even if he makes it to the top with me, he won't last a second." His conference drained in an instant as he the Kohaku splotch from the distance.
At the same time Rika's head whipped to the same direction, "She's almost here!"
"Mantle!" Magma shouted. He made a slitting motion with is thumb, against his throat. 'Lose!' he instructed, 'Right now!'
"Yeah!" The short man answered.
"Pay attention, man!" Chrome shouted going in for another attack.
"Chrome! Wait!" Rika shouted, but her cry fell on deaf ears.
But before Chrome's attack could land, Mantle falls over onto his back, crying, "Mercy!"
"Winner: Chrome!" Jasper declares at once.
Jasper could see Kohaku coming down the bridge, but shakes his head. "The third match..." he declares particularly for his friend, the Cheif's, sake, "Due to Kohaku's absence, the winner is Senku."
Suika's eyes began tearing up. "She did!'t make it back in time!"
"Senku!" A voice called, as Kohaku, made her way across the bridge.
"Damn it!" Chrome curses, "You barely missed it!"
Kohaku collapses onto the ground, panting. "I'm sorry!" Suika cries, jumping out of Rika's arms, running to her. "Mantle caught me!"
"Thank goodness!" Kohaku shouts, startling the girl. She wraps her arms around her, pulling her into a hug. "I'm so glad he was lying." She says, relieved. "All that matters is that you didn't drown."
"This is my fault." Suika hiccups, tearing up. "I'm sorry. You lost because of me, Kohaku-chan."
"No it isn't." Rika shakes her head, as hands Kohaku a canteen full of water. "You we're going up against a grown man, even if it was Mantle. And you even managed to escape. You shouldn't blame yourself."
Kohaku nods, "And about me losing. There's nothing we can do about that. Rika's right. It isn't your fault in the slightest."
Senku smiles at the scene.
"Doesn't that basically settle it?" Someone in the crowd asks.
"The priestess husband, the new Cheif, is...It's Magma."
Magma puckers up his lips as he sends a flying kiss to Ruri. "Be glad, Ruri. From now on, you're my woman."
Ruri's eyes widen mostly in disgust and partly in shock. Well Rika, Kohaku, and Suika feel there lunch come up.
"Now that we've lost our last stand in Kohaku, the only real fighting chance we have left is... Ginro the guard. You're all we've got." Senku calls.
"Ginro the guard..." the blond repeats.
"Does Ginro have any shot against Magma?" Chrome asks Kohaku and Rika.
"To be honest, it'll be tough." The blond answers honestly.
"Oh, don't be like that." Rika, ever the optimist smiles, "Senku believes in him. Who knows, he may actually do it."
Ginro starts chuckling, "You said it yourself, Senku... We're gaming the hell out of this Grand Bout. The strongest isn't necessarily going to win." He turns around to show his team mates his chubby, squirrel, like cheeks. Still stuffed with plants. "Haven't you been wondering what I've had in my mouth this whole time?"
"What?! Really!" Chrome exclaims.
"Don't tell me..." Kohaku begins.
And Chrome finishes. "The raw ingredients for Senku's science drink?"
Rika nods, "That would explain the leafs poking out of his mouth."
"You've kept that in your cheeks like a squirrel this whole time?" Senku asks, surprised.
Ginro nods, "I've been saving it for just before my match."
"Ginro, Argo, forward." Jasper calls.
Ginro begins massaging his cheeks as he chews. "I happen to know how powerful Senku's science power is from when we went to get sulfuric acid. Senku's special power-up drink... I bet it's even more effective if it's raw!"
"Raw?!" Chrome asks, hand extended outward. "You're just going to end up with the runs! Right Rika?" He asks his sister.
Rika holds her chin between her thumb and forefinger in though, "It's certainly a possibility. What do you think Senku?" She asks, turning to the creator of the concoction. "Will it work?" Rika asks, concerned for the real baby of the kingdom of science.
Senku chuckles. "He will. So shh." He answers, holding a finger up to his lips. "He's better off not knowing anything at this point."
"Here we go! Here we go!" Ginro says, imagining himself getting all buffed up. "Here we go!"
But in reality, he can barley lift his weapon and is wobbling around.
Rika face palms, "Great. Now he's using the royal 'we'!"
"That man sure is impressionable." says Kohaku. "Not that I don't know that..."
Senku chuckles, "For better or worse. There's so much gaming going on in this Grand bout. Simpletons like him tend to break through situations like these."
Jasper takes a step back and calls, "Match four, begin!"
Ginro charges forward at once and hits his opponent right in the stomach. He follows it up with a flurry of attacks, that his opponent barely manages to block.
"He's going straight at him." Titan exclaims.
Ganen agrees and between mouth fulls of food, adds, "Ginro's on fire!"
"He's under the impression that he's gotten stronger just by eating the herbs?" A voice comments, surprising everybody.
"Kinro?!" Rika exclaims, turning around to see the tall brown haired boy. "You're awake!" She smiles, but then frowns. "Why didn't they call me?"
"I told them that I was fine. Magma did hit me hard, but after some rest I'll be ok. I really do wanna see how this plays out." Kinro tells her.
Rika sighs, "Fine. But you have to promise to take it easy. Ok."
The guard nods, and turns back to Senku, "Is the drink really doing this much for him."
"He's never had caffeine before. He's probably completely wired." Is Senku's answer. "And his gullibility makes him fearless. Not a thing wring with that."
Rika looks ahead worried, "Yeah. But that may also make him reckless. And that's dangerous" she says, concerned.
"He'll be fine." Senku waves off her worry.
That is until Ginro's opponent attacks back, even harder. He keeps attacking until the dust rises and blocks the viewers view.
To his opponent's surprise, Ginro begins chuckling, startling him. "That does nothing to me." Ginro laughs. "What I have that you don't, is the mind to trust in science!" It was what he thought was happening.
The men were shocked, and the girls did scream. But for completely different reasons then Ginro had imagined. His nose was bleeding, and most likely broken. And his cheeks and eyes were all puffed up, along with two consecutive bumps on his head.
Rika couldn't help but wince, and take a step back. She had bumped into Senku and was about to lose her balance, until the man in question wrapped his hands around her forearms and steadied her. "God he's going to need a lot of saireito." She comments.
Senki looks at Ginro's face and jokes, "Will you have enough?"
The emerald eyed girl laughs, "Hopefully." She then gets serious, "though I did prepare a lot in advance, specifically for the grand bout."
"Looks like Ginro's match is over." Senku tells her, pointing at Ginro, who was clutching his stomach in pain. Before anyone can stop him, he's running off.
"Where are you going, Ginro?!" Kinro shouts after him.
"He probably has the runs." Suika comments.
A sweatdrop rolls down the side of Chrome's face, as he agrees, "Not surprising after how much he ate."
Gurgles and whimpers could be heard from Grino's body, as his soul flew out from his mouth.
"He's all beat up and withered out." Suika cries.
Kinro begins to clutch his own stomach, "Not good... I don't think he'll be fighting any more."
"Now, now." Rika smiles, "Let's not count him out of it just yet."
Loud booms begin to ring out as the Bout proceeds. "Oh no..." Rika collapses onto her knees out of worry, "Don't tell me..."
Senku nods, as his eyes narrow, "I'm sure you know what the situation is." He tells Chrome, "If we let Magma make it to the final match, it's game over."
"The probability of Ginro, who's all beat up, or you defeating Magma is zero." Kohaku adds, directing the last part at Senku.
"So the only way to save Ruri is for me to defeat Magma." Chrome nods.
Rika sighs as she forces herself up, "Guess we really don't have a choice. For Ruri, you'll have to win!"
"Magma, Chrome, forward!" Jasper calls.
"Chrome's been practising hard against the target, too." Suika adds hopefully. "I'm sure the gods of battle are watching."
"Semi-final: Magma versus Chrome. Begin!" Jasper declares.
A loud boom rings out as Chrome charges his attack straight at Magma. Hearing the loud sound, Ginro springs up. "W-What's going on?" He asks frantically. "How's Chrome doing against Magma?" He looks up to see Chrome fallen on the ground and bleeding from both his nose and mouth, as Magma towers over him.
Rika's nails dug into the palms of her hand as she watched Magam repeatedly strike her brother. She felt a hand undo her curled fingers. Looking up, she saw Senku clutching her hand, and wiping away the pearly red bead that had appeared, with his thumb. "Take a deep breath, and calm down." He told her. She nodded and did as he had asked, but still couldn't manage to swallow the walnut sized lump that has appeared in her throat.
"You have to surrender!" Ginro yells at him.
"Chrome's going to die!" Suika cried in fear.
"Oh dear, This doesn't look too good, Chrome-chan." A voice spoke from the other end of the bridge.
"Chrome, I know you have no intention of throwing the match for Ruri." Magma told his opponent.
"I'm surprised you get it, Magma..." Chrome commented from the ground. "You meat-for-brains."
Magma's his twitch, "This just gets me even more excited. Until Rika cries and begs for surrender in your place, I'll beat you to a pulp and make sure you never walk again."
Chrome's eyes travel to Suika's broken mask, which lay only a few meters away from him. "Special attack: Blinding!" He shouts, throwing a handful of dirt into Magma's eyes. He uses this chance to run towards the mask. He covers it with its body, so when Magma attacks again, his back takes the brunt of it.
'That's right.' Chrome thought. 'I never stood a chance against Magma to begin with.' Chrome uses his spear to hold Suika's mask up, so the lens is facing Magma. "That's right. I'm Chrome. Science user Chrome!"
Magma looks startled for a moment, and then laughs, "Oh, look at that. It's the sorcery mask that I basked up. Do you think you can scare me with that now?"
Senku's eyes widen when he realizes what Chrome is going for, "He's got the wrong idea." The rest stare to look at him, so he goes on. "Chrome's trying to use Suika's lens to start a fire on Magma's black clothes. That's clearly his intention."
"So he can't do that?" Rika asks, confused.
Senku shakes his head. "The magnifying glass I used to start a fire is convex, which means it focuses light. Meanwhile, glasses are concave. They spread light."
"What does that mean?" Kohaku asks.
"Suika's glasses aren't going to start a fire, ten billion percent."
Magma laughs, "Show me what you got, lanky brat."
"No, Chrome!" Senku shouts, "You can't start a fire with a concave lens!"
"Don't worry, Senku-sensei." Chrome shouts back, "I'm a bit of a science user myself!"
Senku and Rika's eyes widen as they follow his thought, "Chrome, don't tell me... No way..." Senku says in disbelief.
Rika smiles for the first time since the match began, in hope. "It may be exactly what he's doing!"
"What?" Suika asks, confused.
"He was dripping water on the convex lens of Suika's mask." Senku explains what they thought Chrome had done. "He made a concave lens, literally out of sweat and tears."
"Is that actually going to start a fire, though?" A voice asks from behind them.
"Yeah, it's called burning lens. There's even been cases where a lens made from a suction cup and air started a fire-"
Senkus stops when he hears Rika exclaim, "Gen?!"
"The smooth talker! Why are you here?" Kohaku asks.
"Long time." Gen greets. "Look, never mind what I've been up to. Shouldn't you be worried about Chrome-chan? I need the kingdom of science to win. I need a bottle of cola, y'know."
Senku chuckles, "You've been watching the whole time, haven't you?"
"How many seconds does he need to start the fire?" The mentalist asks. "That's the big question."
"It turns out the math isn't that simple." Senku says, but then proceeds to solve it right then and there, "I'll figure it out right now." He sticks a finger in between his eyes to focus and begins. "The lens has a diameter of five centimetres. The solar constant is 1362 watts per square meter... Damn it, calculating the heat transfer rate mentally isn't easy. 2.6821... Rounded to 2.68 Assuming a radiation rate of zero in calm winds, fur's condition for ignition is close to that of paper. With a specific heat of 1.3 kilojoules, a density of 900 kilograms per cubic meter, an ignition point of 300 degrees Celsius..." he laughs and finalises, "Sixty seconds." He tells the group. "On the dot."
Everyone stares at him amazed, well Gen moves right into action. "Okay." He says and leaps to the top of the only building near them. "Now it's up to the mentalist."
"Come on, bring it." Magma taunts Chrome. "Hurry it up, or I'll kill you." He lifts his weapon and is about to strike down, but is cut off by Gen.
"Magma-chan!" Gen calls, "Thanks for killing me the other day."
"You!" The blond exclaims, shocked. "You're the sorcerer from outside!"
"H-H-How are you alive?!" Mentle stutters.
Gen shoots them a smile, "With sorcery, of course." He then makes various hand movements with his arms, even doing a dab in between. Releasing a flurry of petals on him, he tells Magma, "I just put a curse on you so that your heart will explode as soon as you so much as take a step."
Magma's only option left is to turn to Jasper, "This is obviously outside interference by sorcery!"
"It would be if your heart exploded." Senku intervenes, sending Magma a sleazy smile. But if you looked in his eyes, you'd see he was still pissed about the comment the blond had made about Rika. "But it's just a bluff, then it's just a taunt. Nothing wrong with that. Why don't you try moving? See if you explode."
"That's right!" Rika nodded her head furiously. She was smiling so hard that her cheeks had begun to hurt. "We haven't broken any rules!"
Magma clutched his chest, where he could feel his heart beating rapidly.
"Chrome-chan, take him down while he can't move." The mentalist told the science user.
Chrome got a light-bulb moment, "O-Oh, no! I'm so terrified, I can't even move anymore." He said, clearly
