"Come on, it will be convivial! You will get to eat any snacks possible and probably... Meet a cute guy you know." Replied your best friend, Linda, obviously being smug about it. She just wanted to tease you like she does daily.

You were speechless and embarrassed at what she said. Because she knew you were single, but she wants the best for you. Linda only wants you to socialize with the open world!

You began hesitating, but then, you ended up agreeing. Only for the food, of course...

"Sure... But do not try to set me up with a guy, I will be perfectly fine." You said in a sarcastic tone, looking upward with an expression of contempt.

Your best friend's eyes then lid up as she was thrilled to hear you agree.

"Oh my gosh! We'll have so much fun! You better get ready because tonight will be momentous!" Linda answered, sounding delighted about this nightfall.
