Arlan was panicking as running after Soukaku, his legs were getting tired like he couldn't keep up but anyways still was running to catch up on Soukaku, he needed to make sure her friend was fine, 𝚑𝚎𝚛 sister was fine. Soukaku never acts like this way, she's always energetic and friendly and also commenting in sarcastic comments, but she never has been like that, it doesn't match Soukaku personality, neither of that. What only he knew is that he needs to find Soukaku, that was his only worry even though it means exhausting himself.

Meanwhile in Herta's office:

Herta, Welt and Himeko were talking about a mysterious crystal a researcher found, it was suspicious that they needed to investigate it.

"So, what's your idea of this crystal, Miss Herta?" Welt asks in curiosity knowing the look of Herta having an idea of what it is as Herta smirks

"Yeah, Mr. Yang, I think this crystal could be related to the Antimatter Legion, its origins are similar and familiar with the Antimatter Legion, which is weird we found a crystal that the Antimatter Legion wouldn't let us have. Well, seems like they slipped the crystal and forgot to check up the crystal ever again. I swear these attacks are becoming daily everyday..." Herta explains rubbing her forehead as Mr. Yang was looking like something is wrong and Himeko noticed it

"What's wrong, Welt?" Himeko asks to Welt and before Welt could answer her, a researcher opens abruptly in the office and quickly says "Madame Herta! Soukaku has entered in the forbidden area!" This sentence causes Himeko to freeze as Welt quickly becomes protective

"What the hell is she doing there?!" Herta demands to the researcher as the researchers shrugs his shoulders

"We really don't know why but we found this phone with a Oni's post of how Oni's are horrible and its history, I think that's the reason..." The researcher slowly says as Welt and Himeko face quickly darkened, people in the social media has been talking bad about the Oni's as Welt realized Soukaku stole his phone and saw the post as his eyes softened since Soukaku was a Oni. Himeko quickly went outside of the office as Welt followed her as he knew what she was going to do. 𝙻𝚘𝚘𝚔 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚂𝚘𝚞𝚔𝚊𝚔𝚞

Meanwhile with Soukaku:

Soukaku ran and locked the door where she was as she leaned against the wall, not knowing even where she is and when her eyes landed on the room she was, she found herself in an old room with equipment technology with important and mysterious artifacts that she couldn't even knew what was it. She decided to explore the area as she looks around and quickly she sees an artifact that seems familiar to her, when Soukaku grabbed it, she quickly gasped and got a headache rubbing her forehead making the artifact fall from her hands while having flashbacks of memories:

War in 2080 of Oni's and Humans:

Flashback:
"QUICKLY! FIND COVER! WE CANNOT LET THE HUMANS CAPTURE EVERY ONI!"

"THEY GOT ALMOST ALL THE ONI'S!"

"LAYLA! YOU NEED TO KEEP SAFE SOUKAKU!"

"BUT I DONT WANT TO LEAVE YOU!"

"JUST GO! WE WILL BE FINE!"

"THERE ARE MORE HUMANS FORCES COMING!"

There was pain in those old times in the war, every Oni and Human suffering, Soukaku was so little and young to understand what even what was happening, her older sister, Layla, was the only family she ever 𝚑𝚊𝚍, nobody was there for her except Layla, the wars between Oni's and humans was getting worse that Layla was worried much about Soukaku safety and lack of food, every Oni was starving of food and supplies that they were becoming weak after the humans attacked their homeland. An human was after Layla and Soukaku, Layla was holding Soukaku in her hands as she felt a disturbance of the human following her as her only worry was the clan and Soukaku safety than hers. She quickly hid herself and Soukaku in a forest while trying to calm down Soukaku

"Soukaku... please listen,  we may not have enough time for ourselves, but you need to trust me, ok? Whether if I die, I want you to st strong forever, not matter the risks and always fight for the other people they need it. Promise me that, Soukaku?" Layla says while breathing barely as Soukaku nods not knowing the answer as Layla smiles and hides Soukaku in a place she cannot be seen as Layla takes off her flower in her hair and put it on Soukaku hair giving a kiss in Soukaku forehead and Layla returns to the battlefield ignoring Soukaku cries as Soukaku is surrounded by a shield made by Oni's to give protection to others.

End of flashback:

Soukaku breaths anxiously as she processes of what just happened, Layla never returned for her which means Layla and the clan was captured by the humans forces and left Soukaku to protect her as she remembered that when she was hungry searching for food at age 9, she accidentally followed a researcher in their ship and snuck in their ship as arriving in the Space station, in the station, everybody freaked out and were about to send somebody to get her and kill her but Asta and Arlan stopped them since she's just a kid and Herta agreed as some days later, Himeko and Welt arrived and did see her with a lot of scars and decided to raise her in the Express. That's how 𝚜𝚑𝚎 met the Express as she remembers spending time with PomPom. They were the ones who brought back her childhood and taught her how to fight, it was an awesome experience meeting them.

Suddenly she hear gunshots of an army going there and killing people which Soukaku can guess those are researchers and she quickly hides where she cannot be seen against an drawer as she's scared and afraid of what's about to happen as a group of men enter with their rifles aiming at the room and see the target isn't there as Soukaku tries her best to not blew up her cover by staying quiet and not making any sound

"The target isn't here, it should've here..." One of them say making Soukaku confused but concerned about their target because they don't seem very friendly

"Let's check the area, perhaps we can find them there" One of them say as everybody nods and leaves the room as Soukaku quickly gets up from her spot, and follows them making sure she isn't seen, 𝚜𝚑𝚎 𝚗𝚎𝚎𝚍𝚎𝚍 𝚝𝚘 𝚏𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚎 𝚘𝚞𝚝 𝚠𝚑𝚊𝚝𝚜 𝚑𝚊𝚙𝚙𝚎𝚗𝚒𝚗𝚐.

Soukaku entered in a weird dark and mysterious place (just like the original laboratory of Ruan Mei), as she quickly was shivering since it was so cold but ignored it and started searching around when she heard a weird sound causing her be alarmed and grab immediately her weapon, which is a shield axe and hammer which is very shocking judging by her age, many researchers got a mental breakdown shocking of a kid carrying something big which many people wonder how much is Soukaku strength. Soukaku was slowly walking around to make sure everything's fine until she heard a young girl scream cry painful alarming Soukaku and running through where the sound is, Soukaku appears and sees the same group military hurting a little girl in bunny hood holding a stuffed animal

"P-Please! Leave me alone!" The little girl in white hair said being hurt by one of them, one of them cut her cheek making her scream and they were torturing her for answers as it made Soukaku blood rise, 𝚠𝚑𝚘 𝚒𝚗 𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚝𝚑 𝚠𝚘𝚞𝚕𝚍 𝚍𝚊𝚛𝚎 𝚝𝚘 𝚑𝚞𝚛𝚝 𝚊 𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚝𝚕𝚎 𝚐𝚒𝚛𝚕?

"Listen here, you brat, it will be more easy if you just tell us where 𝚜𝚑𝚎 is and we will let you go, you're just making it difficult" The man said and got out an chainsaw to cut the little girl legs as Soukaku gasped at the horror and the little girl screams afraid of it as another one was holding her legs to be destroyed and before the man could chainsaw her legs, an ice surrounded his body and hands making him unable to use the chainsaw as everybody gasped and looked around and saw Soukaku with her weapon serious and angry at them as the little girl gasped that somebody rescued her, 𝚜𝚑𝚎 𝚑𝚊𝚍 𝚋𝚎𝚎𝚗 𝚝𝚛𝚊𝚙𝚙𝚎𝚍 𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚎 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝟺 𝚢𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚜 𝚜𝚞𝚏𝚏𝚎𝚛𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚘𝚏 𝚜𝚝𝚊𝚛𝚟𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗.

"Let. Her. Go. Now. I won't repeat myslef again" Soukaku coldly says glaring at the men as the another one tries to break free from the ice but this ice is different similar others as the others one prepared their weapons to fight

"Look what we got here, the last Oni that is left from her kind, a new addition to my collection of experiments, you are making a mistake by messing with us, but this time you won't be able to go away, all Oni's were terminated by the humans, now it's your turn to put an end to this" The man said using his flamethrower to free the other man as the man got out of the ice and smirked preparing his weapon as Soukaku just prepares her weapon

"Seems like I don't have option than to 𝚔𝚒𝚕𝚕 you" Soukaku starts saying as she prepares for battle and immediately battles the others, everybody is surprised by her speed but that won't stop them from capturing her. Until some of them cut her arm with a chainsaw causing her to lost her arm screaming a cry in pain as the other little girl gasps concerned as the one who cut her arm, smirked preparing his weapon to kill her as the little girl goes beside to Soukaku side to check on her.

"Seems like finally the Oni's legacy will vanish, it's a shame you die but that's the telling "Kill or be killed", any last words?" The man says adjusting his weapon as Soukaku just cries in pain "I guess that's a no, good to meet you, Oni, or more likely, 𝚖𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚝𝚎𝚛" The man finishes to talk and when he's about to kill the Oni...

The man gasps as his weapon is dropped in the floor

Everybody is shocked as the little girl is surprised and Soukaku can barely see because of her pain

There was a stab on the man chest

Then the person let's go of the sword being stabbed in the man chest

As the man falls unconscious

A beautiful voice of a nice lady that sounds so protective

"Haven't you learned about not hurt innocent children?"

"MEI!"
