Sarge looked trough his jumelles, to see the presents. "Here they are" he said as he gave the others the signal to turn the babyphone on.

"Mother bird, mother bird over" Sarge said as Woody shushed the other toys on his side. "Andy is begging to unpack the presents"

"We got..." Sarge trailed off for sec making the other toys nervous.

"We got a lunchbox, I repeat we got a lunchbox" Sarge said.

"A lunchbox?" Woody asked in disbelief.

"A lunchbox" Mr. Potato head said.

"For lunch" Slinky said.

"The second present is..bed sheets" Sarge said, sounding confused. "Who invited that kid?" Mr. Potato commented, sounding just as confused as Sarge. A few moments later Sarge informed Woody that they got to the last present now.

"Okay now we have the last present" Sarge informed. "It's a big it's.." he trailed off making the toys anxious. "It's game! It's battle ship!" he cheered as the other toys cheered as well.

"Mission complete. We move back" Sarge said as a soldier turned the babyphone off but he should have let it turned on because...

"See? I told ya'll not to be worried" Woody said with a smile and sitting cross legged looking at his friends.

"You are always right Woody" Slinky said with a smile.

"Wait a minute" Andy's mom said taking Sarge by surprise and turning to Andy's mom. "What do we have here?" she said as Sarge looked trough his jumelles again, to see a hidden present in Andy's mothers arms.

"STOP! Turn it back on immediately!" Sarge ordered his men and they did. The news had to be told, before it was to late..

"Mother bird over! Andy's mom had a hidden present! Andy opens it. He is very excited" Sarge said and the hidden toy on the high shelf on the other end of the room, perked up, listening to the following conversation.

"The pakete is huge. I can't see anything. I can't see anything" Sarge said as Mr. Potato prayed for dear life. "It's a..." Sarge trailed off as Andy held the hidden present in the air. The other toys on the other line had become anxious, since Sarge didn't continue.

"It's a what? What is it??" Rex said, wanting to know what it is. He shook the nightstand where the babyphone was on, yet, it fell down taking Woody by surprise as it's batteries fell out.

"Oh no!" Rex winced.

"You stupid reptile!" Mr. Potato said.

"Now we will never know what it is" Hamm complained.

The toys on the ground were struggling to put the batteries back in place, as Woody tried to tell how they should be placed in. After he had enough, he jumped down from the bed and placed the battery's back in place on to hear from Sarge..

"Andy is coming!"

"Andy is coming! Go back on your places!" Woody called out as the toys went back to where Andy had left them.

"Where is my ear?!" Mr. Potato shouted.

A few moments later, the toys became lifeless, once the kids stormed inside the room with the hidden present in Andy's hands. Andy had pushed Woody off the bed, replacing him with the hidden present on his bed.

"His space ship landed here!" Andy said placing the toy on his bed, after he had unpacked it. "Alright who wants to play some games!" Andy's mom called from downstairs, which got the kids attention.

"There are cool prices!" she said afterwards as the kids ran out of the room, cheering and closing the door behind them.

Once the coast was clear, the toys unfroze, looking around while walking to the bed where Woody is always on." Okay coast is clear" one toy said.

"Hey Woody? Who is that with you up there?" Rex asked looking up at the bed.

The said toy came out from under the bed groaning, it was weird that he was there, instead on top of the bed.

"Woody? What are you doing under the bed?" Slinky asked.
"Uh, nothing. Nothing. I guess Andy was just a bit excited" Woody said, standing up, dusting himself off and fix his hat. "It was all just a mistake"

"Yeah that mistake is sitting by your spot" Mr. Potato said causing Rex to freak out.

"Ah! Did you got replaced?!"  Rex said with a panicked voice, which got the hidden toy's on the shelf attention to the conversation. Maybe their prayers really got heard...

"Hey, what did I tell you earlier? No one is getting replaced" Woody said, but the other toys didn't seem to believe him. "No one is getting replaced now let's be polite and give that whoever it is a nice welcome in Andy's room" Woody said as he climbed up the bed only to see a new toy on his own spot which took Woody by surprise.

The new toy was a space ranger. The space toy started to move, Woody gulped hiding a bit from the space toy. The new toy pressed a small red button on his suit. "Buzz Lightyear to Star Command. Star Command do you reach me?" he asked with confusion. "Why won't they answer?" he asked as he looked around, his eyes landing on his so called space ship. "My ship!" he called out, running towards it.

"Blasts! It will take weeks to repair this!" he said as he opened his log. "Buzz Lightyear mission log four zero seven two. My ship landed on sector twelve. I landed on a strange planet" he said looking around. "the impact must hurted hyperspeed" he then jumped up and down on the bed a bit.

"the train is unstable" he said while poking the sticker on his arm. "There are no signs that the air is breathable and there are no sign living-" Buzz was got cut off by Woody who came in by the side of Buzz's view. "Hello!" Woody said with a smile.

Buzz freaked out, jumping a bit before adjusting and going into an defensiv stance, with his 'laser' pointed at Woody.

"Woah, woah, woah! Did I fright you? Sorry didn't mean to" he said before continuing. "Howdy! I'm Woody and this is Andy's room" he explained as he moved, Buzz walking around him. "That's all I wanted to say and also there has been a little of mixup. This is my bed spot" Woody said as Buzz's eyes landed on Woody's star where 'Sheriff' is written on.

"I'm Buzz Lightyear space ranger, universe protector. My ship landed here by mistake" Buzz introduced himself to Woody while stating the current situation.

"Yes it is a mistake. This bed here is my spot" Woody said, as Buzz walked to the edge of the bed with Woody following.

"I need to repear my super-booster...do ya'll have crystal usual?" Buzz said walking back to his ship. "Well you see we got double A's" Woody said as Buzz turned around, with a gasp following afterwards.

"Watch out!" Buzz said tackling Woody down on the bed point his 'laser' in the direction, where the noice came from. "Halt! Who's there?" Buzz asked as Rex and Slinky were seen, with their hands up.

"We're friends! We're friends" Rex explained.

"Do you know these live forms?" Buzz asled Woody. "Yes these are Andy's toys" Woody responded as Buzz stood up after it was confirmed, that the 'live form' were no threat. "Alright then" he said walking to the toys.

"I'm Buzz Lightyear, I come in peace" Buzz said as Rex came forward. "I'm so glad your not another dinosaur!" he said with excitement and relief as he shook Buzz's hand.

"Alright, thank you all for your kind welcomes" Buzz said spreading his arms. "Hey, what does that button do?" Rex asked.

(I'm honest this line reminded me of:"Ohhh~ What does this button do?" "Please, please do not push the button-")

"I show you" Buzz said, pressing the red little button next to the green one as a then, a little weird sound was heard with the following Text:"Buzz Lightyear to the rescue" which left the other toys in awe. The hidden toy was amazed, they didn't have this kind of gadget.

"Woody got something like that but his is a pull string" Slinky said. "And that Woody's voice box sounds old" Mr. Potato head spoke.

"So where are you from? Singapore? Hong Kong?" Hamm joined in then.

"Well, no. Actually, I'm stationed up in the Gamma Quadrant of Sector Four. As a member of the elite Universe protection Unit of the Space Ranger Corps, I protect the galaxy from the threat of invasion from the Evil Empeor Zurg, sworn enemy of the Galactic Alliance" Buzz explained.

"Oh really? I'm from Playskool" Mr. Potato said pointing at himself. "And I'm from Mattel. Well, I'm not really from Mattel. I'm actually from a smaller company that was purchased in a leveraged buyout" Rex said leaving Buzz with a confused look on his face.

"You'd think they'd never seen a new toy before" Woody said walking next to Bo Peep. "Well, sure. Look at him. He's got more gadgets on him than a Swiss Army Knife" Bo said as Slinky pressed the laser button on Buzz's arm. "Please be careful, you don't want to be in the way when my laser goes off" Buzz said.

"Hey a laser! How come you don't have a laser, Woody?" Mr. Potato asked the cowboy doll.

"It's not a laser! It's a...Its a light bulb that blinks" Wodly explained but the others doesn't seem to buy it.

"What with him?" Hamm asked. "Laser envy" Mr. Potato answered.

"Alright that's enough!" Woody said walking next to Buzz "Look, we're all very impressed with Andy's new toy" Woody said gesturing to Buzz who is taken aback boy the word 'toy'

"Toy?" Buzz asked. "T-O-Y. toy!" Woody said turning to Buzz.

"Excuse me, I think the word you're searching for is"'Space Ranger'" Buzz corrected Woody." The word I'm searching for I can't say because there's preschool toys present" Woddy said Mr. Potato putted his hands on his...hips? "Gettin' kinda tense, aren't ya?" he said with a smirk on his face.

"Oh uh, Mr. Lightyear, now, I'm curious. What does a Space Ranger actually do?" Rex asked Buzz. "He's not a Space Ranger!" Woddy said cutting Buzz off who was about to explain Rex, what Space Ranger actually does, yet he couldn't because Woody continued to talk.

"He doesn't fight evil or, or shoot lasers or fly!" Woody finsihed as Buzz cut in. "Exuse me" he said as he pressed a round red button on his suit, which caused wings to pop up making the others stare in awe.

"Oh, impressive wingspan! Very good!" Hamm said.

"Oh, what? What? These are plastic. He can't fly!" Woody said he shook Buzz's wings causing Buzz to lose his balance a bit. But little do they all not know. That the hidden toy on the shelf has been watching and listening to this scene since the beginning.

" They are a trillium-carbonic alloy, and I can fly" Buzz explain backing away from Woody.

"No, you can't" Woody said.

"Yes, I can" Buzz said sounding hopeful that he can actually fly.

"Can't, can't, can't" Woody poked Buzz's helmet.

"I tell you, I could fly around this room with my eyes closed!" Buzz challenges Woody.

"OK, then, Mr. Light Beer, prove it" Woody said not buying it.

"All right, then, I will" Buzz said walking past Woody and towards the edge of the bed. "Stand back, everyone!" he gestured to the toys so they are not in the way. Woody just crossed his arms and shook his head with a smirk on his face.

Buzz climbed up the bed foot top before closing eyes and standing there with a T-Pose before saying:"To Infinity and beyond!" and jumping down, getting pushed in the air from a ball on the ground right after.

He landed on a small red car, which started to drive forward and doing the looping, which caused Buzz at the end to be boosted into the air and get stuck on a plane toy at the celling and 'flying' around in circles.

Rex, Mr. Potato and Slinky watch from the bed in awe, as their head move synchron as the plane toy and Buzz spun in circles. The hidden toy on the shelf watched in awe as well, even if they knew that the space ranger is a toy. Yet, it fascinated them.

Buzz was then free from the toy plane and thrown to the bed, where other toys backed away, so they won't get crushed. Buzz landed successfully and standing in front of Woody and opened his eyes, before saying:"Can!" and pointing at Woody with a smile that literally said 'victory is mine!'

"Woah!" Rex exclaimed. Buzz turned around to see other toys clapping. "Oh, wow, you flew magnificently!" "I found my movin' buddy" Bo said.

"Thank you. Thank you all. Thank you" Buzz thanked them and walked towards them as the others then followed. "That wasn't flying! That was...falling with style" Woddy said.

"Man, the dolls must really go for you. Can you teach me that?" Mr. Potato asked Buzz whispering the last part.

"Golly bob howdy!" Slinky said with a smile.

"Oh, shut up!" Woody said sounding annoyed.

"You know in a couple of days, everything will be just the way it was. They'll see" Woody said looking at Buzz as the the other toys stare and touch Buzz with awe.

Andy was jumping up and down with Woody in his hand, laughing and jumping down from the bed afterwards.

Woody was placed on the ground then by Andy, and getting Buzz point his laser at Woody, then slapping him away as if the laser hit him.

Now all of a sudden some strange things are happening to me

The young boy left Woody and Buzz on the ground, going to his own closet. A few moments later he came out with a self made space suit of cardboard and crayons

"BUZZ LIGHTYEAR TO THE RESCUE!" Andy exclaimed, walking out of his room and closing the door behind him.

Woody, who still was on the ground came to live, with a sad expression on his face.

Buzz was teaching Rex how to roar like a real dinosaur, which went successful. Oh how Woody wished he payed attention to his roar more sooner, he would have teached him too..

Some toys were trying weight with self made weights for toys, yet, as Mr. Potato wanted to lift one, his accessories flew everywhere.

Buzz was on the bed with Slinky who was getting petted under the chin by Buzz, his tail wiggling. Woody sat on the other side annoyed and pushed Slinky off the bed, causing him to fall off the bed.

At night Woody opened the box a bit so he could look out, only to see an happy Andy cuddling with the space toy which left a sad Woody behind.

Woody shook his head, and closed the box before disappearing in it. He did got replaced, now he understood, how hard it must have been for the hidden toy in this room...

At the next day Woody opened the box again. The hidden toy on the shelf watched the whole scenario and was pleased that their wish was heard. Woody was hit with the same fate as them.

"Ah! Finally!" Woody exclaimed with relief when he opened the box fully.

"Hey, who's got my hat?" he asked when he realized that his hat went missing.

"Look, I'm Woody! Howdy, howdy, howdy!" a shark toy popped up with Woody's hat on.

Woody let out a fake and sarcastic laugh before getting his hat back. "Gimme that!"

The hidden toy on the shelf didn't wanted to be on the shelf anymore any longer, so they thought to make their way down there, without getting noticed by any other toy.

"Hey Wheezy" the hidden toy said to their broken Wheezy friend.

"Yes, Y/n?..." the Wheezy the broken pinguin wheez toy asked.

"I will make my way down there, but I will come back to visit you or if I'm uncomfortable letting myself shown after I got replaced" they said looking at Wheezy.

Wheezy just nodded and smiled at Y/n. "Alright, be careful Y/n..." Wheezy said as then a silent and broken wheez left Wheezy's mouth.

"Of course dear friend..." they said before climbing down the shelf. Once they were on the ground, the first thing they did was look around. It's been 2 years since they have been on the ground of the room.

Their e/c eyes landed on the space ranger who replaced Woody, but also saw Rex and Slinky. Oh how they missed these two.

They made their way towards the three toys. On the way to them, other toys noticed the long hidden toy and recognized them immediately.

"Isn't that Y/n?" Mr. Potato whispered to Hamm.

"It is..." Hamm answered.

"It's been 2 years since we saw them..." Sarge said as his men agreed.

As Buzz was talking to Rex and Slinky and showing them that Andy wrote his name on Buzz's foot.

"Um, hello?" Y/n asked the space ranger.

Rex and Slinky immediately recognized this voice and turned to owner of the voice to see if it was really them.

"Yes? Can I help you-" Buzz was cut off when Rex and Slinky tackled Y/n to ground, while calling out for them.

"Y/n! It's been 2 years!" Slinky was the first one to speak. All other toys stopped dead in tracks when they heard the long lost name, Y/n, being heard again after 2 years of disapearence.

"We missed you so much!" Rex was the next one to speak.

"I missed too guys..." Y/n spoke as they hugged the two smiling brightly at the thought, that they were missed by their friends.
