"It is..." Hamm answered.

"It's been 2 years since we saw them..." Sarge said as his men agreed.

As Buzz was talking to Rex and Slinky and showing them that Andy wrote his name on Buzz's foot.

"Um, hello?" Y/n asked the space ranger.

Rex and Slinky immediately recognized this voice and turned to owner of the voice to see if it was really them.

"Yes? Can I help you-" Buzz was cut off when Rex and Slinky tackled Y/n to ground, while calling out for them.

"Y/n! It's been 2 years!" Slinky was the first one to speak. All other toys stopped dead in tracks when they heard the long lost name, Y/n, being heard again after 2 years of disapearence.

"We missed you so much!" Rex was the next one to speak.

"I missed too guys..." Y/n spoke as they hugged the two smiling brightly at the thought, that they were missed by their friends.

Rex and Slinky got off from Y/n so they could dust themselves off, Sarge had heard the lost name and turned his head in the direction where the name as called, and there they were, the long lost best friend of Sarge himself and parental figure of the rest of the boys.

"Um, I haven't seen you around yet, Y/n was it?" Buzz asked the toy who appeared out of blue.

Y/n looked at Buzz and nodded smiling brightly. "Yes, my name is Y/n, and yes, it is true that you haven't seen me yet. I was on that shelf for 2 years" they said pointing at the shelf they were on.

Buzz looked at the direction where they were pointing at, then looked back at them with a confused look on his face.

"Why were you up there?" he asked.

"I was Andy's first and favourite toy before Woody. Andy's mom brought me Andy was born, so I was Andy's everything at that time. When Andy turned 4 on his 4th birthday, his mom brought Woody and..." they explained but trailed off remembering the replacement.

Before Buzz could ask why they trailed off, Rex and Slinky gestured him to not ask why. Buzz understood immediately and won't ask why.

"I see, you can tell me when you're comfortable telling me, without trailing off" he said and Y/n smiled once again that he was understanding the situation.

"Thank you, Buzz, was it?" they asked the space ranger who nodded.

"Yes, my name is Buzz Lightyear" he said and smiled proudly.

"I saw you fly that day. It was amazing!" Y/n said and Buzz got flustered by their excitement.

"Oh um, thank you" he said rubbing the back of his neck.

"I um, will be repairing my ship. Wanna join me?" Buzz asked Y/n who nodded.

"I would love to!" they said as they followed Buzz then to his ship.
