Y/n felt relieved that now there was no doubt in Johnny's heart.
But why should she be bothered for what he thinks?
Yea, this got added to a list she made in her mind-
"Why the fuck do I care when I was the one who pushed him away!?"
Then she suddenly remembered about the freshers party she to had attend during the weekend.
"Mike..." She whispered to herself.
She still couldn't understand why the fuck would Mike want to join cobra kai?
What was there for him?
Was he trying to prove himself?
But why?
"That guy literally has nothing to prove. He is good in studies and is also athletic." She told herself.
But then again, maybe this all was because he might be trying to show Johnny that he is better than him?
Or maybe he thinks that?
Then again her mind went back to the party.
"I guess I'll go. Maybe I could get to know new people and maybe make new friends since I lost my best friend." She sarcastically laughed.
Normally, if someone saw her alone, talking like this to herself, they would think shes a psycho.
But the thing was, she did not care.
She had been through enough mess to not care at all.
Mess that she created.
.
That whole day, all she did was bunk her classes.
A/n: I regret bunking man, it affected my attendance marks so muchπ₯².
She just kept on changing her spots and observing others.
She did notice one thing though.
People act different in front of you and different behind your back.
"Life lessons." She laughed.
She watched some dramatic girl fights too and found them funny. And she realised that she never got into a fight with a girl.
And just like that her day passed. No one came to her...not even Daniel...he could have come and asked her just out of curiosity. But no.
Turns out Y/n, Daniel and Johnny shared the same stubbornness.
.
As she made her way in her house, she immediately dropped her bag onto the couch and with a long sigh, she dropped herself on the couch too.
Funny, that today she was free but still exhausted.
"How was your day?" Her mother asked.
"Doesn't matter. She goes there to study. Not to make her day." Her father answered.
She chose to ignore her father and focus on her mother's question.
"It was good. I am actually having a freshers party this weekend -"
"Not allowed." Her father cut her off.
Y/n's jaw dropped.
"What!?"
"What? Are you deaf? I said 'Not Allowed'. Her father answered bluntly.
"But-"
"I am talking to my daughter. Not you." Her father pointed a finger at her mother.
"But why can't I go? What's the problem?" She asked.
"You are not allowed to be out this late. Not when I am around. You know I don't like college parties."
"That's your problem. Not mind. I am new at that college and they are giving us a freshers party so what's wrong in attending it?" She argued.
"And what's wrong in not attending it? You could complete your sleep. Look at those dark circles you have."
"Wha- oh my god. I think I can sacrifice my one night beauty sleep for a party."
"Nuh-uh. Stupid party. It's pointless. So no, it's the final decision. You are not going. Matter closed." He said as he stood up and made his way towards the stairs.
She looked at her mother who just gave her a sad smile. She smiled back.
She knew she could not ask her mother to plead with her father because he wouldn't listen and on top of it, he would get angry on her mother.
She did not want that.
.
The next day, she had a bad mood while entering college because she so wanted to go to that party.
This was probably the first time she wanted to go to a party.
Daniel looked at her her while she went towards one of her classes.
She did not even acknowledge him but he sensed her mood and knew something was troubling her.
But he did not want to ask her what.
If he did, y/n would just solve everything between them again and it would get fucked up again.
The usual.
This time, Daniel wanted a permanent solution.
And sadly, he knew only Johnny could give that permanent solution but at that time , Johnny too was sort not interested.
Yesterday, when Johnny came back he looked angry and no one dared to question him what happened and nor did he tell anyone.
And they all thought it was better not to provoke him.
But Daniel knew, it had something to do with Y/n or Mike or worse.
Both.
Daniel turned his head to the other side to see Heather laughing with her friends.
Her friends seemed to tease her about something.
"Johnny-" was all he heard and Heather was as red as a Tomato.
"Well, that's interesting." Daniel muttered to himself.
He knew something was up or maybe Heather was getting the wrong idea but it was clear that Johnny was probably giving her the wrong idea.
.
"Hey, y/n!"
Mike.
"I bet he'll ask about my answer." She muttered to herself and with a small smile she turned around.
"Heyyy, Mike."
"Oh- you don't look happy." He observed.
Y/n found it annoying how easily people could read her.
"Wha- no, I am happy. Why wouldn't I be?" She asked.
"Could be anything. Anyways, what about -"
"About that. No. I am not coming." She bluntly answered.
Mike's face fell.
"Why not?" He asked.
Y/n did not want to lie so she thought telling the truth would be better instead of lying.
"My father." She sarcastically smiled and shrugged.
"Let me guess. Is not allowing?" He asked.
"Yes."
"I have an idea if you are up for it." He smirked.
"Uh- what idea?" She asked.
The look he had meant he was about to say something risky. Boys always have the worst ideas.
"How about you sneak out?" He winked.
Her eyes widened.
She never sneaked out.
"I- Mike- I never sneaked out. " She sighed.
"I can help you with that. You can't miss this party, Y/n. You got to say yes." He pleaded.
Y/n did want to go because he was asking to, she wanted to go because she wanted to so there was no point in saying no.
"Fine. But it's risky."
"I know. Don't worry. I know how to sneak and how to help someone with it. Just do as I say. Ok?" He asked.
"Fine." She sighed.
"Thank you."
"Alright. I got to go, now. See you around." She waved bye and turned to leave.
She was still not sure if sneaking out was a good idea. But what's a life without any thrill?
A/n: I could never sneak out.π€π»
