Daniel left towards the campus to find Y/n, since he knew the lecture was over now. And although he did not think much about her leaving Karate back then, but now Johnny made him think about it and both of them wanted answers.

''Alright, let's find that Barnes.'' Tommy said as he stood up.

''Only me. Not you all.'' Johnny said.

''Why?'' Jimmy asked.

''I just want to have a one on one talk with him.'' Johnny answered.

''And what if you both fight?'' Dutch asked.

''I know Karate and also, I will talk first. If he tries to show some of his crappy attitude then we will see.'' Johnny smirked and left.

''You think they will end in a fight or end the talk with a talk?'' Tommy asked Bobby.

''I guess a talk. Johnny did not sound like he was going there to beat Mike's ass.' Bobby answered.

''C'mon, you know how Johnny is. He goes from calm to angry in a matter of seconds.'' Jimmy scoffed.

''I don't think he will but let's see. Johnny is full of surprises.'' Bobby shrugged and they all stood up and went towards to attend their next lecture.

.

Y/n was coming out of her class when the thought of Daniel crossed her mind.

''He never misses classes.''

''Hey!''

Daniel.

Y/n spun around to see a curious Daniel making his way towards her.

''Where were you?'' She asked.

''I did not feel well and you already left so I did not had the chance to tell you and after that I went to the nurse to get some medicine and-''

''Okay, Okay. I get it. You were sick and it's good you did not attend the lecture through that state.''

''Yeah. That. So, let's go for our next lecture?'' He asked.

''Sure.'' She sighed.

They both went for their economics class. Everyone was there, except Johnny.

As Y/n and Daniel settled into their seats, Y/n had one stupid thought going on in her mind.

''What if Johnny's out there with Heather?'' She thought to herself then shook her head.

''Let him be. Good for him.'' She thought and went back to taking her things out.

Just then a senior came in.

''Attention everyone! It is to inform you all that Mrs. Jacobs won't be teaching today due to some health issues so you all are required to stay in class and do your work.''

And with that she left.

''Ugh.'' Y/n groaned.

The cobras exchanged their seats with the students sitting behind Y/n and Daniel.

''Johnny's attendance got saved.'' Jimmy grinned.

''Where is he?'' Y/n foolishly asked.

The cobras stared at her.

''Did I hear it right?'' Tommy asked.

''Yes.'' Daniel answered.

''I mean...he can't skip his classes like this.'' Y/n nervously answered but that was the worst answer.

''He can, I guess?'' Daniel shrugged.

''He is not intelligent like you, Daniel. He needs to be regular.'' She scoffed.

''We get that. But why are you so worried about him?'' Dutch asked the million dollar question.

''It's a crime to ask anything from you all.'' She scoffed and turned away.

Actually, she felt embarrassed for asking that question when she knew she was not in the place to ask it.

''Alright. Let me answer you if you are so concerned about him.'' Tommy smirked.

Daniel shot him a look and Tommy gestured him to be calm.

''He had some important work to do so he could not join us. Happy?'' Tommy asked.

''hmm.'' She answered but did not face them.

Of course she was not going to question what important work.

.

Johnny was wandering around in the campus in search for Mike when he saw him laughing with a girl.

''Knew this.'' Johnny scoffed and made his way towards them to disturb their cute little moment or whatever the fuck was going on.

''Hey Barnes!'' Johnny smirked as he looked at the girl.

''Lawrence?'' Mike asked.

''Hey uh- I will catch up later, ok?'' Mike told the girl and she left.

''Girlfriend?'' Johnny asked.

''What is it to you?'' Mike asked.

''Nothing. You know it's better you get yourself a girlfriend instead of wandering around Y/n.''

''You got a problem with it?'' Mike asked.

''Yes. You got a problem with it that I have a problem?'' Johnny sarcastically asked.

''I don't care.'' Mike socffed.

''Too bad because I do. I am not like you.'' Johnny smirked.

''You-''

''Stop bothering Larusso.''

''I did not bother him.'' Mike scoffed.

''Yeah you did."

"Oh so that little birdie already told you that, huh? Last time I checked you were the one who used to bully him a lot." Mike smirked.

"I did and maybe I still do. Doesn't mean I'll let anyone else like you bother him." Johnny scoffed.

"That makes no sense."

"Oh it does. You just need a brain to make sense." Johnny smirked.

"You think you are something, right?" Mike asked.

"I don't think any of that. I just know I am better in certain things than you." Johnny shrugged.

"Like?" Mike smirked and knew Johnny wouldn't say football since last time Mike was the one who scored the goal.

"Karate." Johnny grinned.

"Huh. Really? What if I prove you wrong?" Mike asked.

"Really? You are forgetting which dojo I belong to. We only play to win." Johnny raised an eyebrow.

"Uh huh. How about I come to your dojo and challenge you in front of others." Mike offered.

Johnny seemed to think about it.

"Scared?" Mike asked.

"Fine. Today, after college. I'll see you there." Johnny declared.

And with that they both shook hand.

But not out of friendship, it was a challenge.

A challenge which was going to be interesting.

A/n: next chapter will be more longer than this one!
