day because the tryouts for the Juliet and Romeo play would be tomorrow. As she walked Heizou caught up. She didn't even roll her eyes, or glare at him. "What's got you so excited?" Heizou arched a brow.

     "It doesn't matter. You wouldn't understand." She brushed him off. "Excuse me. I understand a lot of stuff! Who has 1st place." 
"Okay first of all kill yourself. Second of all I'm just a little excited because the Romeo and Juliet play is coming up."

    "Oh yeah I forgot you were like, A theatre kid." He teased. "Shut up! You are so annoying." Y/n huffed. "I knew theatre kids are pretty rabid but you take them to a whole other level." He continued. "Heizou you can't be talking. You are literally shit at soccer and you never win a game for us."

   "Okay that is not my fault! Xiao always fucks it up last minute." He defended himself. Y/n laughed at his defensive state. He watched as she laughed. He payed attention to the close details. How she covered her mouth when she laughed. How her eyes crinkled. How her cheekbones looked.

He realized he was starting too hard when Y/n asked if she had anything on her face "So... Did anything happen to you yesterday?" Heizou asked. "What do you mean?"

"Well you know. I pushed you down a spot." He grinned. "Yeah. My parents weren't home so they didn't actually do anything but they threatened to take away my extracurricular activities." She sighed.
"They'd actually be doing us a favor."
"Kill yourself."

HEIZOU SAT UNDER THE COOL SHADE WITH HIS FRIENDS AS THEY are lunch. He dozed off as he reminisced the bonding moment he had with Y/n a couple hours earlier. "Heizou are you even listening?" Venti threw his apple at him. "What?" He said as he snappebsck to reality.

"You've been staring at that tree for like the past five minutes." Venti whined. "He's probably to busy thinking about Y/n." Xiao replied. "What? No I'm not!" He blushed from embarrassment. Kazuha chuckled at his friends bickering.

"Speaking of Y/n she looked like she was gonna pop a vein yesterday." Venti laughed. "Oh yeah it's because Heizou has the number one spot now." Kazuha told him. "I honestly think Heizou has a thing for her." Venti snickered.
"No I don't." He immediately shut him down, "Why do you try so hard for her attention then." Venti interrogated him.

"You know yesterday he ordered donuts for her just so that she could pay attention to him." Xiao said. "Why are you telling them everything I tell you?!" He yelled at Xiao to which he merely shrugged. "Just try and pay attention yeah?" Kazuha looked at Heizou who was once again fixated on something.

"What are you looking at now?" He muttered. He followed Heizou's eyes to be met with Y/n walking around back and forth while talking. "You are literally hopeless." Xiao nodded.
"I'm telling you guys he likes her!" This time, Heizou didn't say anything to defend himself.
