BLAKES POV /
Then the smiled faded, "now, let's get this straight. I can't have her go through the relationship she had with Hunter again, that would hurt me just as much as it did her, but she seems to really care about you guys, especially you Blake, talked about you every night for the last week. And I'm presuming she's told you about the baby? And what happened to put her in that situation? Yes?"
I nodded, "Yeah, and we can assure you that we'll take care of her every minute of every day we're with her." Then Jordan spoke up beside me, "actually came across the ex earlier tonight, had a go at Khob's, making her uncomfortable and that shit stuff, but Blake got to her rescue right off the bat. You'll find he cares a load about her, too."
Oscar's smile came back once he heard that, too. "You are a good bloke, aren't ya? I'll tell you what, I haven't let her out near any guys since the incident, but I trust you lot with her, don't even dare make me regret that decision, got it?"
He held out his hand, of which we shook, and when he got to me, he held it as he spoke, a bit closer to my ear, "she likes you a lot mate, if you ever want to take my little sister out, I'm giving you full permission now."
"Cheers mate, appreciate it." I felt my insides warm up. I really liked Khobi, she was the girl I dreamed about having one day. Her personality, her smile, even just knowing her for the shortest time didn't matter to me, I found my person, I just knew it.
We walked over to everyone, grabbed some chairs and sat down. "What did he say? He seems pretty happy with you guys." She asked, looking at me, then at the other two.
"Jords told him about the little incident before the game, knew he could trust us after helping you through that." I said, just as Oscar walked over from the bar fridge with a beer each for the boys and I.

KHOBI'S POV /
"Thank you guys so much, I've had the best week with you." I waved to Jords and Pat as they headed down to the uber. Then I smiled up at Blake, who took both of my hands in his, "I'll pick you up tomorrow, 12:30, sound good?"
I nodded, "yeah sounds great, see you then." He then released my hands, pulling me into a hug. He scruffed my hair, again, before taking a few steps backwards laughing, then turning around to get down to the uber.
As they drove away, I shut the door behind me and walked back down the hallway, going back out to the patio to begin cleaning up some of the empty cans that were all over the place. "Khobi don't worry about that, Dylan and I can handle it."
I stood back up and placed the cans I had just picked up off the floor onto the table. "You sure? I can help if you need me too." Dylan then shook his head too. "Nah go to bed, put your feet up and don't strain yourself." I smiled and shook my head, "right, night then guys."
I went upstairs to my room, took a pair of pyjamas from my drawer then went to the bathroom for a shower. As I ran the shower, I looked in the mirror as I placed my hands on my stomach, "sorry if I scared you tonight bubba."
Later on when I got into bed, I was sitting up reading, when there was a knock on my bedroom door. I placed the book down against my lap and looked up, "come in."
The door opened, and it was Oscar. "Hey, can we talk serious shit?" I nodded, then shutting the door behind him, he pulled over my desk chair and sat down. With no surprise he spun around on it, before actually getting serious.
"If Blake was throwing rocks up to your window right now, asking you to go out and have some fun, would you go? Cause I know damn well you wouldn't just sneak out and do that with just any of your friends."
I grinned when he brought up Blake. But I shook my head, leaving him confused. "If Blake's the guy he's been the past week he wouldn't come to my window, he'd rock up to the front door and ask your permission to take me out."
It was a quiet few seconds, until he spoke again, and this time it wasn't his overprotective attitude speaking, it was his soft side, I haven't seen that side of him in months.
"I do really hope you two end up together KhoKho, I really do. Never thought I'd be able to say this again, but I'm happy you've found someone who you can trust." With that he stood up and walked out of the room, back to his room where Dylan awaited him.
