"Just great." you sighed. You were about to leave school when you approached the doors and found it raining outside. You groaned as you remembered that you didn't bring your umbrella since you forgot check the weather today.

"I should really keep an umbrella in my locker so this doesn't happen." you whined.

You didn't know what to do or where to go since they would be kicking you out the building soon. The hallways were getting empty and no teacher had after school hours today. You were wandering around trying to think of what you could do and after about 30 minutes one of the staff members caught you and told you that you had to get out.

"Excuse me young lady but we're going to be locking up the building so I need you to leave unless you're on your way to the gym for the volleyball team." the staff member said.

Your eyes lit up, why didn't you think of that earlier?

"Oh right, sorry haha, I actually am on my way to the gym since I'm the manager, sorry :)" you replied.

You began running and thought to yourself "Why didn't I think of that earlier?" a little rain while exiting the school building to get to the gym was way better than trying to get home in the rain, right?

You exited the school doors and ran towards the gym doors so that you would avoid as much rain as possible. You pushed the doors open and walked in and started squeezing your uniform a bit in order to get out as much water as possible, what you didn't notice was how much of an entrance you had made. Once you finished squeezing your uniform you looked up and realized you that you were facing the boy's volleyball team.

"Shit..." you whispered.

You scanned the room and saw Oikawa, no wonder you didn't think of coming to the gym, it was because you tried getting rid of any thoughts that would lead you to him. Your eyes met for a second until you tried to make it a little less a weird by continuing to scan the rest of the room. You saw Iwazumi and he gave you smile as you returned the favor, you looked to your left and saw r/n in the bleachers sitting in the exact spot you used to in order to see Oikawa as much as possible.

You didn't know exactly what to do as everyone was looking at you, you looked to your right and saw that no one was sitting on those bleachers so you decided to walk over there and sit on those. As you were walking you could feel everyone's on you, it made you anxious and scared but you reached the bleachers and sat all the way at the top. You pulled your laptop out of your backpack and quickly opened it to avoid looking at anyone. You heard a door open so you looked up and saw the coach,

"Hey! Why are you guys stopping? Get to work! he yelled.

"Yes coach!" the team said.

They all began moving around to practice drills and you were on your computer trying to work on the project you had with Oikawa.

"WATCH OUT!" you heard someone scream.

You looked up wondering what was happening only to see a volleyball coming straight to your face, you quickly put your hands up to your face and caught the ball. You let out a sigh of relief as you saw Oikawa come up to you to retrieve the ball. You didn't say anything and put your hand out with the ball in it so he could grab it.

"Sorry about that..." he chuckled.

"Mhm." you responded.

He stood there for a minute looking at you and you were embarrassed so you looked down at your laptop screen and said,

"I think your team's waiting for you."

Just as you said that you heard Iwazumi yell,

"Oi! How long does it take to get a ball back Oikawa?"

"O-Oh, right, sorry Iwa-chan." he laughed off.

Oikawa started walking down the bleachers as he got back to where he was and you heard his fangirls scream. You were relieved that he left because if he had stood there any longer you probably would have started crying. You grabbed your airpods and connected them to the your laptop so you could listen to music instead of hearing the squeaks of the gym floor and hitting of volleyballs back and forth. You played your favorite playlist and started working on the project.

About an hour later you finished your project and checked the weather only to see it still raining outside, you groaned because all you wanted to do was go home, you checked the time and saw that the boys still had half an hour of practice left. You decided to watch the boys play since they were doing a little scrimmage against each other. You watched Oikawa and Iwazumi and then turned to your left to see r/n staring at you, you pulled out your phone and decided to school through instagram for a little until you felt a presence right in front of you. You looked up from your phone wondering as to why r/n was sitting down right in front of you, you took out your airpods and r/n had started to speak to you.

"Hey." r/n said softly.

"Hey..." you responded in a confused tone.

"Listen. I'm sorry. I know you probably hate me right now but I'm sorry." r/n let out as she started to release a few tears.

You looked at r/n confused as to why she was crying and apologizing, and then it hit you.

"Ohhh, she's probably apologizing for the whole Oikawa thing but why is she crying..." you thought to yourself.

"I'm so sorry. I-I shouldn't have gone with Oikawa and I- I- I'm sorry! I knew you and him were together and decided to go after him aways... God I'm such a terrible person... I had a crush on Oikawa for the longest time and when I heard about him and you I got so upset.... I backed off and didn't do anything the entirety of the relationship except for three months ago when I found him by himself probably waiting for you and I went up and kissed him and I-" r/n stopped.

"And then it turned into a make out session and I- He- He had broke the kiss and he said it wasn't right since he had a girlfriend but then I didn't listen or care and I just- I kept getting at him and we kept doing stuff until the day that you caught us and now. Now were dating and I- I'm SORRY!" she exclaimed.

"Shhh!" you said trying to quiet her down, you didn't want any attention on you two since everyone would probably have thought that it was weird or sketchy that Oikawa's ex and his new girl had been found talking to one another.

"Hey, don't cry..." you said while lifting her head up and giving her a soft smile.

"It's okay, theres no need for you to cry. It's not entirely your fault. I'm going to be honest with you, yes it is partially your fault for getting at him while we were together because you knew he was dating me and didn't respect that but it's also Oikawa's fault for not loving me enough to go ahead and cheat on me with you. Oikawa didn't value our relationship enough to prevent him from cheating and that's ok. Please don't blame yourself for all of it. " you said while starting to tear up in attempt to make r/n feel better.

"Its just...." r/n started. "You're so pretty and you're so nice. I-I..... There was no way I could compete with you! I mean look at you! You're ten times prettier than I am and your smile is so cute and here you are talking to me trying to make me feel better- and- and you're probably so much more respectful than I am that you wouldn't try and break up someone's relationship and still date the person you wanted let alone knowing what you did...I- You're probably so much of a better person than I am... The way Oikawa looked at you it was all, all so frustrating and I was so jealous of what you had that I wanted to take it away for myself..... And not once! Not a single time have you said something rude to a fan girl of his... I always caught you in the hallway talking to and smiling with his fangirls like they were your friends and.. even when you two were together they wouldn't try and hit you or anything it looked like they genuinely loved talking to the both of you despite being together I- they really loved and respected you. Unlike me who has said a few rude things to them and they, they avoid me no matter what and they sometimes say rude things to me and throw things at me its- its- i don't know..." she finished.

You looked at how vulnerable she was and you could tell that she meant every word that was coming out of her mouth.

"I appreciate all the compliments but please don't cry and put yourself down. You are soo pretty and probably have a great personality if Oikawa is dating you." you told her while tearing up.

"It's okay, and thank you for coming to talk to me about this. I really appreciate it." you said while wiping off your tears.

"Mhm. Thank you for listening and not blowing me off." r/n said while giggling.

You looked up and saw Oikawa looking at the both of you, you looked back at r/n and said,

"You should probably get back to your seat, your boyfriend is staring and I don't want him to think anything bad about this." you said while giving her a reassuring smile.

"Right.." r/n said, she wiped off her tears and got up to walk back to the bleachers she was sitting on.

You looked back at Oikawa and then at Iwazumi and gave them both a reassuring smile to let them know that you didn't do any harm to r/n, they didn't expect you to anyways, they knew you weren't like that. You went back on your phone for the remaining of practice and once you saw the team starting to clean up the gym you decided to put your stuff away and waited for the team to finish up so you could ask someone something.

oh m geee that was a long chapter AHAHA- anyways i hope yall enjoyed this chapter as i feel like there was a few unexpected things ykkk, but i hope i dont worry you too much with the ending ;3333, AHAHAHHA i swear it's nothing bad LMAOOOO but i hope you enjoyed this chapter even though the writing is kinda shet, i kept trying to edit it the best way possible and i just couldn't figure it out? LMAOOO, this was as far as i could get LOLOLOL. i dont want the next few chapters to be sad so ima give yall a little break from that, i need to come up with some ideas as well for the next chapters soooo... i dont know how long i want this to be anyways but yk, i have another book thingy planned but its not a story, speaking of which lmk which characters you want me to write stories of :P i wanna do what you guys want and not jUst oikawa stories LMAO, even though im fine with that- AHAHA- anyways i hoped y'all enjoyed this chapter and have a great thanksgiving if you celebrate it, if not i just hope you have a good day overall :)) ill see you in the next one, bye!
