WE'RE ALL SCARED OF
COACH SYLVESTER
AND RACHEL'S BORING!
THE COMBINATION OF SUE SYLVESTER AND WILL SCHUESTER WAS AN AWFUL ONE. As the days went by of the glee club having Coach Sylvester as their Co-Director, Penelope had already counted the two had argued over ten times a day. Whether it be something as simple as choosing the wrong colour marker or sitting in the wrong chair, they were always at one another's throats over something or other and it was exhausting for everyone else.
Today, the glee club was splitting up and Coach Sylvester had flipped a coin to decide who could choose first, inevitably landing on whatever she chose, "alright, the following students have been selected for a special elite glee club called Sue's Kids." Not bothering to even listen to Mr Schue's protests, Sue was going to do things the Sue Sylvester way, "when you hear your name called, cross over to my side of this black, shiny thing."
"That's called a piano, Sue." Mr Schue huffed, bluntly.
Ignoring him once again, Sue immediately began reading out the names of those in her club. Expecting the footballers and Cheerios to be brought along to her side, no one was really listening out for the names until Sue started yelling out names, "Santana! Wheels! Gay Kid! Lesbian! Asian! Other Asian! Aretha! Shaft!"
Upon hearing 'lesbian', Penny knew she'd been summoned and jumped off of her seat and shuffling over to stand in between Mercedes and Kurt, fearful that she'd be yelled at if she wasn't quick enough.
Glancing towards the group that had now huddled behind the piano, a wicked grin came to Sue's lips, crossing her arms over her chest, "I don't want to participate in a group that ignores the needs of minority students."
Eyes widening in horror, Mr Schue rushed forward to defend himself, "you've got to be kidding me!"
"Oh I wouldn't kid about this, William. Bigotry is no laughing matter." Sue said, the feeling of victory growing more and more as she saw the frustration on Mr Schue's face.
"And that's how Sue sees it." Santana piped up.
With Mr Schue looking fuming and Coach Sylvester full of overconfidence, it came as a blessing that the bell had rung and the glee club scurried out of the choir room as quickly as physically possible before it could erupt into arguments once again.

SUE'S KIDS WERE SCARED FOR THEIR FIRST REHEARSAL. Slowing making their way to the choir room muttering their worries to one another, they were in fear that Coach Sylvester was about to scar them for life.
"I'm k-k-kind of nervous." Tina admitted first of all as they gathered in a group around chairs in the choir room.
"Me too." Penny agreed, taking a seat besides Mike as he patted the chair next to him with a warm smile, to encourage her to join him, "If I see Sue in the halls, I've been turning round and walking the other way just in case she recognizes me."
"I debated not even showing up." Artie added on, whipping round towards the door every few moments out of fear that Coach Sylvester would hear them talking about her and go mental.
Shrugging her shoulders, Mercedes had taken the opposite approach after watching Sue's Corner that night, hoping to be given more time to shine in the new glee club than Mr Schue would've ever given her with Finn and Rachel still there, "I don't know, after Sue's Corner last night I think it's gonna be great."
With this in mind, the members of this glee club had began to agree when Coach Sue came waltzing into the choir room with a wide grin on her face and a brass band following in behind her, "hey kids. Brought some of my brass buddies with me, thought they could help us out a little bit. So I chose a song that I think will speak to the frustration you've felt under the failed leadership of Will Schuester."
Reading the title of the song from the sheet music as Sue handed it round, a sparkle of excitement came to Mercedes' eyes and she beamed up from the paper to look round at everyone else's faces, "Hate on Me!" She gushed, "an R&B song!"
Directing a victorious smirk at each one of their excited faces, Sue knew her plan was working, "you like that?" As they nodded, she pointed a finger right over to Mike, "Changster, i wanna see some of that pop and lock groove you're so famous for." Mike's face lighting up, he showed off a few of his best moves to the sounds of his friends cheering before Sue's attention had turned over to Mercedes, "and you Mercedes, i wanna see some Mariah hands."
Pushing the sheet music down onto her lap, Tina glanced round the choir room at her friends before turning back to Coach Sylvester with a beaming smile, "I think we've g-got this one Miss Sylvester."
Nodding understandingly, Sue took a step to the side and gestured to the floor for them to begin singing, feeling incredibly smug as to the way her plan was going as smoothly as she'd expected it to.
[HATE ON ME โ SANG BY SUE'S KIDS]
Finishing, Penny couldn't help but beam at Mercedes as the group all cheered along excitedly. The girl's talent was extraordinary and honestly, she was shocked she hadn't seen more of it shining like it had in this rehearsal. Maybe Sue's Kids was better than they thought it was gonna be.

THE GLEE KIDS HAD MISSED THE FUN SIDE OF GLEE CLUB SO WERE MAKING THE MOST OF BEING TOGETHER AWAY FROM THE PRYING EYES OF THEIR TEACHERS. Waiting for the main glee club's rehearsal to begin, Sue's Kids had snuck into the choir room and the group had instantly burst into song together.
Barely being able to speak with one another in the hallways without being ambushed by an angry Coach Sylvester, the two groups of the New Directions felt lucky to manage to sneak an impromptu jam session as a little catch up for all of them.
Coming up behind her as they both sang out the lyrics to 'Ride With Me', Quinn spun Penny round so they were facing each other and grabbed onto her hands so the two of them could dance along together. The smile on her face only growing, Penny goofily twirled her around before letting Quinn twirl her back.
Once the song had finished, Rachel was first to speak up with a nostalgic sigh, "I miss us all being together."
With Rachel putting a dampening on their fun, the group looked round at each other with pouts coming to their faces. Hoping to turn their frowns upside down, Artie shrugged, a grin coming to his face, "I hope we don't get in trouble for our covert jam session."
Nodding in agreement, Mercedes widened her eyes, "if Sue catches us mingling, we're cooked."
"I wasn't even allowed to sit with Finn in class the other day." Penny pointed out, sadly turning around to face Finn so they were pouting at one another, before furrowing her eyebrows in concern, "it's like she's watching us all the time on some strange secret camera." Instantly realizing what she'd said, Penny instinctively looked room the choir room for fear that she was right.
"She told me if I even talked to one of Mr Schue's kids, she would shave my head." Kurt explained, raising his eyebrows, making Penelope lean her head against Quinn's shoulder to muffle her laughter as the image of a bald Kurt floated into the back of her mind, "and I just can't rock that look. Even Justin Timberlake's growing his fro back."
Glancing up towards the clock in the choir room, Mercedes let out a sigh, "well we've gotta go you guys, Coach Sylvester is expecting us in the dance studio in ten minutes. And we've gotta make sure Penny knows the choreography this time because we don't want her to have her head shaved."
Laughing it off, Penny gave Quinn a quick hug before turning to Finn and giving him a pat on the shoulder before following after Mercedes, leaning her head on her shoulder as they went to leave the choir room, hopefully not giving away their secret jam session with an awkward conversation with Mr Schuester.

JUST WHEN THE WEEK COULDN'T GET ANY WORSE, MR SCHUE AND COACH SYLVESTER WERE SHOUTING AGAIN. After she'd shouted at Rachel as she'd tried to introduce hers, Finn and Quinn's, well mainly hers and Finn's performance of 'No Air' to Sue's Kids, Mr Schue had of course instantly jumped to her defence, only sparking further eye rolls and loud tuts from each person.
Two lines into the song, Sue had already had enough of hearing Rachel sing, "Alright, that's it." She interrupted loudly, rallying the rather confused Sue's Kids up from their seats, "come on, everyone up, she's had her chance. We're leaving."
Looking round just as confused as the rest of the room, Finn took a step forward, his voice filled with concern, "I'm sorry, is there a fire?"
"No. And that the point. There is no fire." Sue shot back, "you know, it's sad enough that my Sue's Kids are living in squalorโ"
"My dads a dentist." Mercedes interrupted, furrowing her eyebrows further and glancing round at her friends skeptically, as Sue ignored her once more.
"โ but to drag them here and bore them to death? I won't stand for it. Come on kids, out. We're going to Coneys, my treat." Sue announced, pushing the back of Penny's seat harshly to get her to wake up from the sleep she'd fallen into against Mike's shoulder.
Jumping awake, she gave him a shy smile which he returned brightly, whispering, "what did I miss?"
"Sue's taking us to Coneys because Rachel's boring." Mike explained with a shrug of his shoulders slowly beginning to follow the rest of the group as they all tentatively stood from their seats.
It didn't take long for a grin to come to Penelope's lips, slapping her hands down on her knees as she jumped up from her seat after him, "makes sense I guess."
As Sue's kids began to move towards the end of their rows, Mr Schue's anger was only increasing by the second and he eventually had enough, snapping, "you know what, Sue? You've been pretty honest about your feelings for me so let me return the favour. You're rude Sue. You have no class and you're a terrible teacher."
Outraged, Sue gasped over exaggeratively, "I'll have you know I have a PhD!"
"You got it online Sue!"
"You're a failed performer Will! You weren't good enough to make it in the real world! You're not even good enough to run this stupid little club that no one cares about. Time after time Will, you fail! Sue yelled, pointing her finger right at Mr Schue's face as they both ran down to confront one another whilst the glee club watched on awkwardly and judgingly.
At this point, nobody except Mr Schue and Coach Sylvester knew what was going on and Penelope had practically tuned out the argument, shaking her head through a whisper, "this feels like when my parents got divorced."
Eventually, Finn was fed up too, "enough!" He shouted down from his place on the stage, causing the two teachers to go quiet, clearly embarrassed, "I'm sorry Mr Schue... Miss Sylvester, but if we wanted to hear mom and dad fight then those of us who still have two parents would just stay home on payday."
"I agree." Mercedes spoke up, "glee club is supposed to be fun. And furthermore I don't like this whole minorities business. I may be a strong, proud, black woman but I am a lot more than that. I'm out."
Naturally following after Mercedes's lead, Mike and Penny jumped up to leave just as Rachel Berry was eager to bring the attention back to her, "Fellow glee clubbers, it would be an honour to show you how a real storm-out is done." She announced before stomping off of the stage in her ever-dramatic matter.
